Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. Last week I got myself a humidifier. So right now my grow tent is 60/60/160 and features a Spider Farmer 2000, which is kinda oversized, but still works in there despite what other people told me - but who knows, maybe I’ll learn my lesson later on. There’s a small exhaust fan and a regular fan without oscillation + the humidifier. I also put in a young vegging chili plant I got from a coworker - it’ll be put outside eventually tho. 05/21: Starting week 5 and my plant is looking very bushy. She has gained some height in the past few days and I hope that’ll continue a bit. Can’t wait to see her flower. 05/22: She grew a bit since yesterday - especially sideways. Her newest leaves have yellow tips, which I suspect is due to me moving the light down to experiment - my mistake. I hope that’s what it is and that the next set of leaves won’t suffer. 05/23: Not much to say - she’s looking lush and nice to me! Since the beginning of this week she’s grown to 23cm height, so 5cms in a couple of days. 05/24: Found some down-clawing leaves today and some people suggest it can have something to do with air circulation. I only spotted two leaves doing this and I hope it’ll stay like that 😬 05/25: Haven’t had much time to look at my plant today, but my wife sent me a nice picture of her. She seems to be doing fine! 05/26: I think she’s started to flower? So that’s pretty cool. I also removed some of the lower branches, since I felt like she was too bushy for me. I like how she looks now. 05/27: I’m so happy with how she looks. She does have some burnt edges on her leaves - but she’s had that since she was born, so I’m starting to be less worried about that and just let her do her thing. I think defoliation was a good decision. She is also flowering now - it took me a little bit to realize... I thought the leaves were just looking super strange.

Working on getting these girls a bit bushier to fill up the pots a bit more before bloom. Tried to top them both the same, but one grew two new stems (as expected) and the other grew 4... No idea what I did?

I finally got them in the garden! It was a trip getting out there, so they don't look the greatest because they're stressed. I broadforked the bed because I have very hard clay soil and put down Ocean Forest potting soil. I have some wire support hoops for the AG19 row cover I'm going to be using for the transition. It's lightweight and breathable but it will cut down on some of the sun so they don't burn and it will also keep them warmer at night since it's still pretty cool. And please disregard my comment about the Chamomile and Nitrogen... Chamomile sequesters Calcium, Potassium and Sulfur, not Nitrogen😜. Clover sequesters Nitrogen. I added about 5-10% Biochar in with the Fox farm potting soil which is an excellent source of carbon and helps retain soil moisture. I added some lime to stabilize ph and try to deter lockout which I had last year. I also added mycorrhizal inoculant for root health, it helps to reduce stress in plants and helps them to uptake more sugars which is exactly what we want.

End of another week and dang are these girls going! The alfalfa Ferment is definitely doing work down in that rhizosphere. It's pretty amazing how well this Ferment does for veging cannabis. I seriously cut my veg time down by almost half when I use it! That's the main objective right there, to be able to continuously flip into flower right after harvesting, and we're basically their now that we have everything dialed in. These girls will be getting synthetics next week. We're going to start them on a light feed of Athena blended then go from there. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week.

Another successful week with her stretching and making new leaves. This may be her last week in veg and then I move her to direct soil outdoors.

Well... What a very very stressful week this has been, A few pistils started browning. I went over each girl no Nana’s definitely all female, started panicking thinking I maybe had bugs, root rot e.t.c. Flushed for two days and all new growth showed healthy signs kicking out some serious trichomes! Smells beautiful and PH for the run off was exact. Gave 1/2 Nutrients/Feed today for the first time just to ease the girls back in but fingers crossed I have either had some PH issues or wind burn possibly. Had to Defoliate again today as the foliage was ridiculous😂 I hope next week isn’t so stressful 🙏🏻 Wish me luck man please I need it 🤦‍♂️🏻😅

Wow wow wow... Apollo what have you guys made at SweetSeeds... My dear this strain is a monster and a keeper. Do you want regular-sized plants and buds in 8 weeks? No problem! Do you want plants that can handle any condition even as a noob? Check! This beast of a strain is out of this world and I'm over the moon with the results. I can't believe it. Normally I've seen auto's do 30 cms and some buds on top... This is simply alien tech... I think I have never seen any plant grow that fast... This is something to try if you haven't already... Completely amazed... And this is while making all sorts of mistakes: too hot, soil also too hot in nutes and temp, hotspots in tent by lacking fans, less PH buffer. Stuff I learned: - In my climate: at least 20 liter grow pots, maybe bigger. - Add hydro corn, I forgot this - Less bloodmeal and bonemeal - More perma tea since mine is now too old to use, it will rot the earth. - More often more water, in smaller pots - Better ventilation and routing of fresh air. - Light a little higher also during flower. - No training is needed, a little defoliation is enough. This week, the plants were defoliated, selectively topped, and lollipopped to prepare them for the flip to flower next week. So far, I'm very happy with the AC Infinity wick watering system. It's been working great and has made watering much more convenient.
