SUNSET SHERBET 9/13-21 The transition to my new grow has been chaos. After reading the events of the last week you too will shake your head in disbelief, but honestly friends you can’t make this stuff up. After germination on 8/30 Sunset was transplanted to her final 3 gallon pot on 9/3 because her early true leaves were brown on the ends which I attribute to the ph of the seed medium. I also cleaned and disinfected the AC Infinity 4X4 for this new grow. The Frosted Guava that germinated on the same day did not make the transition. I started her replacement seed on 9/8 followed by germination on 9/12. The babies are starting in the 3x3. Meanwhile, new fans arrived from AC infinity to replace the fans that weren’t working correctly. One fan made clicks when it rotated and the other did not rotate at all. These new models needed a different splitter than what I was using. Ordered that, now wait for the splitter. A splitter from Amazon arrived quickly and I moved the new gals into the 4x4 tent. Since I’m using controller 69, I set the program to seedlings which has high VPD. The following morning, moisture vapor was seeping out of the tent through the zipper as well as the controller port. It was basically raining in the tent with about 1.5 gallons of was on the floor. Clean up on aisle 2. While I was mopping the tent, the lights were flickering on and off. I just knew the electronics were fried. I reported the situation to AC Infinity. Working through each step determined that the lights were not impaired by the moisture. With each step, areas that could have been the issue were eliminated. Aha..The vent motor was burned out. They are sending a replacement. (note: AC Infinity is very responsive and at no charge to me, replaces malfunctioning equipment). My babies are back in the 3x3 until the new vent arrives. But wait! There’s more! While all the issues with the 4x4 were going on Sunset Sherbet and Frosted Guava were in the 3X3. 9/13 The day after Frosted Guava germinated soil, I opened the tent only to find hundreds of bugs on the floor clustered in corners and in puddles (drippings from wet towel). I took the pots outside and flushed them with about 3 gallons of well water. Sprayed the tent with diluted vinegar water, wiped up the bugs then wiped the floors, and walls with alcohol and put the gals back in the 3x3 tent. It’s not over yet. 9/17 open the tent with more bugs on the floor. That did it. Another transplant for both gals into brand new Happy Frog soil without any amendments. I put the gals on crates and put a humidifier in the tent until I move them to the 4x4. Autoflower plants do not like transplanting so I hope they have not suffered. To help alleviate stress, I provided a light feed with Plant juice. 2 TBSP /gal plant Juice Ph to 6.62 PPM 470 Water temp 70 Pics taken 9/18, 9/20 & 9/21 Sunset Sherbet 200ml with extra poured around the rim of pot Frosted Guava 50ml with extra poured around the rim of pot It can only get better from here. Week 6 starts 12/31/21 but I happened to notice a weird leaf the night before. The Northern Light X Blueberry auto is very dark green and has sharp downturned tips. Which starts down the rabbit hole of google search to see the cause. I decide that is is Nitrogen toxicity caused by underwatering. At this time I was not really paying attention to when I feed them just whenever the pots were light. I watered them I later realize that while it may have started with underwatering it was so many other problems at once. I forgot to check the ppm or ph going in one day last week so I checked them going out. The run off was 2700ppm and I forgot to look up what that meant. I also doubled the strength of the nutes. 1/2 Saturday I flushed all the plants with 5 gallons of fresh water each that read 6.43 ph & 51ppm. I have Fox farm sledge hammer but for some reason I decided to use just water. The run off was consistently 6.2ph and I rinsed until the ppm was about 450 on NB. 250 ppm on Gorilla Glue and Pineapple express. I then decided that since it was nitrogen toxicity from underwatering that I should not starve the plant so I gave her week 1 of flower nutrients from the Foxfarm feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. I did not use Calmag since it's nitrogen was 2 and I didn't add the boomerang because that has nitrogen as a 1 and I thought since this plant has nitrogen toxicity I should skip the extra 3 nitrogen for now. I set each plant up on blocks so air could totally circulate to dry out the pots. Turned the fans on and waited. 1/6 There has been almost no growth since the flush. NB started off at a little over 9 inches and if I stretch her she is 10 at most.

Hi meine Garten Freunde ich hoffe Ihr hattet eine sonnige Woche. Die Pflanzen haben jetzt die 11 Blüte Woche hinter sich gebracht, und somit kommen wir dem Ende immer näher. Jeden zweiten Tag schau ich nach den Trichomen, und ich muss sagen das die Köpfe sehr reif aussehen. Ich gebe den Pflanzen maximal eine Woche dann können sie geköpft werden. Seit Anfang dieser Woche gebe ich schon gar keine Nährstoffe zum gießwasser. Ich hoffe das die n diesen Pflanzen nicht soviele seeds zu finden sind, ich gehe aber davon aus das in der einen oder anderen ein paar vorhanden sein wird. Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen zwei Super Silver Haze Pflanzen geerntet und die waren förmlich verseucht mit Seeds. Ich muss aber gestehen das diese direkt neben den zwittrigen Pflanzen standen, und somit am meisten abbekommen haben. Ich habe nicht komplett mitgezählt haber es müssen um die 400-500 Seeds sein. Ich hoffe das die Pflanzen die ich jetzt noch habe größtenteils verschont geblieben sind. Ich danke euch fürs vorbeischauen. Wie immer könnt ihr gerne ein Like da lassen und mir folgen. Week 12: June 14 2020 - June 20 2020 Topped Blue Dream and Purple Kush for the second time on Thursday (June 18). New growths are starting to pop through the canopy of Girl Scout Cookies. Did a little outside action this week as I had to clean out the tent and make some ventilation adjustments I’m 9 weeks in on these plants and it kinda has me wondering why I’m not seeing much more vertical growth I’ve decided to pull the light up a bit and decrease the intensity let ‘‘em work for it a little bit.They are healthy tho and as usual the vegetation never fails to impress happy growing yall

11/12: day 35 of flower. final defoliation - just on autopilot now. These ladies should now be moving on to that last stretch of maturity. And so I did a final defoliation. The dramatic differences between all 4 of these is interesting to say the least. #4 is probably my favorite pf the group. It is so frosty compared to the other 3 and its not even close. #1 is the monster of the bunch with #3 close behind it. Both of those plants have grown monster buds considering I'm only in week 5-6. #2 is just a disappointment all together. It is small, has produced only small popcorn nugs. They all now smell very strongly of sweet lemon chemicals/fuel. The smells dramatically changed this week and im hoping it gets even more smelly. I am still very frustrated with the lack of purple. So much so that i am considering tossing all of the clones i have for these cause i dont yet see a reason to keep a mother. I was after the purple and lemon. I have lots of green lemon smelling seeds that i already know love the bud from. I am looking forward to the next week as these start to finish up.

08/09/2020 She is a little wilted but she will be fine water now.Gave her LAB earlier this week and feed her next week with Fox farms 4-9-3 fruit and bloom? I think? She will bounce back to life in about 10min.

9 weeks from sprout. Week 3 in flower. Everything's going smooth.. i think. Had degrees up mid 90s for a couple days and plugged in the ac. My bedroom is cold as fuck now which has my closet ranging from 77 at night to 81 during the day. I really don't want any colder than that. They are starting to smell jus a little more these past three days. At first i didn't smell them unless i touched em for the most part. Ppms staying between 2000 and 2300... Playing the damn waiting game. I got some free time tomorrow. Maybe ill take some of them close up glam-style shots of some buds starting to form.

ladies have started to take off much more this week. I added heavy 16 finish to schedule of nutes. may be adding fire and roots also over next weeks. no huge issues this week, felt pretty dialed in for most part. using grow room glasses ive found i can get decent video of the girls under lights vs having to take them oit find ok lighting and taking a pic. noticed smell coming off the plants this week, its weak right now, but definitely starting to stink! going to top at the 3rd node once they reach 8 inches tall. after day 28, I transferred into 3 gallon fabric pots, which will be their final homes til harvest! (bottom leafs on plant #1 got some spotting, one side was windburn from earlier in grow, the other side I got a few drops of nutrient mixed water on them, and even after wiping away it left spots on leaves, its all good they are going to be removed after topping)

Day 22 - 06/04-2024 - Watered 2L - I am trying out LST with this one. Starting out with a soft bend using cotton thread. before bending i gently rubbed the stem between my fingers to soften it up Day 25 - 09/04-2024 - Watered 1,5L - I am really satisfied with my LST work so far and now i regret i did not try this out earlier....
