Hopefully she is able to take everything in after what happened yesterday. She is showing good signs of hope. Had to pluck part of a leaf that shriveled up and died. That’s the only shock that I’ve seen her take as of yet. Fingers crossed. -7/27: She is still thriving! Day 2 from accident and only 1 fan leaf died off. She is starting to give off that funk! 😝 -7/28: She is still thriving! Did some more “very light” LST today. Wanted to bush her out more after her boom last night! She took off. Seems like she had a blast off moment listening to Kid Cudi with me last night!!😁😁. Fed her the remaining nutes from this weeks feeding on Monday. Filled rez back to a little over 2nd line. Roots showing peaking out bottom of bag today. I seen a couple actually! Next week will start filling reservoir to 3rd line which is 6 gallons.😈. My girl said she smelt them today when I opened the tent for my 4:20 maintenance lol

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. Hi gromies! Been away for a while but back at it again with some improvements to my set up. First of all bought a new tent (Homebox ambient 120×120×220) which has had a HUGE impact on controlling the plants' grow environment. Also bought a new blower (Primaklima whisperblower 800m³). This is really an overkill but it is really easy to keep the temperatures in control with it. In addition I got myself a Lunatek 315 CMH lamp for veg. A great improvement for my vegging. Been thinking about using my CMH lamp alongside with my two LEDs, but haven't had the balls to start messing around, until I have some more info in this area. I am just starting week 7 and now the ladies have started to gather some volume. It's looking really nice so far. My first time growing one single strain (gorilla zkittlez from Barney's farm)😄. It is really interesting to see different fenotypes in a single strain! Two of the plants are significantly lighter shade of green than the other three. I am hoping to see purple colouring in, at least, one of these plants as the grow proceeds. So far everything looks ok.

Soooo week 10 :) These girls are looking reeeeaaal nice SS1 (on the left) is <25 days from harvest and SS2 has still a while to go id say 😄 But all in all things are looking super good buds are looking super nice and frooosty with SS1 starting to shift its energy into budding whereas SS2 is still throwing out some wild pistols :) The smell is super strong which I’m happy about, some staaaanky skunkalicious bud🤤 I have stopped giving SS1 nutes, giving her only water after her flush in week 9and she’s doing awesome! SS2 I’m still giving biobizz grow and bloom 0.5ml/l ea. And she is also loving her environment Got some mushies growing in the one pot though 😄 pulled them out just to be safe still have to do some research :) might have something to say about the enviroment at the surface of the soil. ??

Hey there everyone , Im so happy to start this diary and this new project for this spring season. I just received some seeds from Amsterdam Genetics seeds team and im really happy and thankful for this chance those guys gave me to grow their genetics 😁🙏 Due to limited space at the moment , I cannot go bigger than 60X60 grow tent and at the same time I cannot wait to grow at least one of them all so this can only be a multi strain grow under just 100W. So , I will be growing : 2 X FatKid's Cake 1 X Royal Choco (fresh one 2022 😋) 1 X Double Blue Will be growing them in 3,5lt plastic pots in 100%coco enriched with mycorrhiza and will not transplant at all. Thinking of keeping them in vegetation for 4 weeks maximum but the plants themselves will show me if they need some more time . Germinated them using the paper towel old time classics method for me , 4/4 showed little root after less than 48 hrs so I stuck them in the substrate , straight in the 3,5lt pot of coco. Decided to skip the germination in 0,5 lt cups, like I used to do because I had the feeling that I was just loosing time and adding a bit more stress in their early phase while transplanting. Coco is a well aerated substrate so lack of air/ oxygen won't be an issue, hopefully ! Germination date : 4-4-2022 Date in coco : 6-4-2022 Sprout date : 10-04-2022 Let's GROW then ! I still have some more seeds of them but decided to just grow those two for the moment and grow FCs on my next round. Although, considering that fact, I will keep those two in vegetative schedule for more time to cover up the canopy as much as possible!

Lemon Cherry Gelato will need a little more time before she is ready. However, the buds are already covered with trichomes and also very sticky. Buds smell very sweet and lemony, with the classic Gelato aroma. 🍋🍋🍋🍒🍒🍒

Hello everybody! :) The 4th week of growth. I continue to train the growth, try bending it every day. I water the plant every day: 1 day fertilization / 1 day water. Fertilizers from the RQS COMBO package works perfectly. I add additional root stimulator from GHE and Diamond nectar. I will give one more week to VEG growth, then I will down to12 hours of light to provoke flowering. Also next week a grid will be installed to adequately control the tent area. In the photo you can see the result of FIM cropping. now the baby will have 4 heads instead of 1. I removed all the large leaves for better air circulation and for better light penetration.
