Nov. 5 - start of week 6 and this grows so far gone off without a hitch. Third node on each side come’n out now so expect to be topping some time this week. Until then it’s all keepn er spread and low until we have our last 4 tops. The clone experiment is a 2/3’ds fail. The last one is hangn in there but probably just dying slower than the other 2. Bent er down a little and reset the thing ties. Alls good! Nov. 10 update - they’re drinking a consistent 3L a piece on a 3:1 nute feed to ph/calmag only regimen and loving it. Trimmed off some fan leaves dragging in the dirt and covering the first set of tips. Was hoping to top again this week but it’s starting to look more and more like next week at the this point. That 4th node just hasn’t stretched stretched out enough yet. Alls good!👍 Background After the batshit nonsense with this years outdoor grows getting jacked, I need some kush and I need it fast! This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Der Geruch ist göttlich..

After 11 weeks, I harvested the plants in two stages. It went faster than I thought, and the yields are impressive. The yields are much better for the four plants that I was able to keep shorter in height. They developed more dense, firm buds than the taller four plants, which is why I harvested them a few days later. I only watered with water during the last week and lowered the light to 600-700 ppfd. I'm drying now at 20 degrees Celsius and 55-60% relative humidity until the first stems snap, then the herb goes into hygrometer jars for curing. This time I trimmed wet because there were some really thick branches, and I didn't want to risk mold. All in all, it looks like a good harvest. I misjudged the height with this strain. I thought I could keep the plants relatively short by using topping and LST (low-stress training). This only worked for half of them. One of the plants was about 3 cm below the light, which is really suboptimal because I have no space above. I might have chosen a smaller pot size and swapped the plants' positions more often. I was also a bit too cautious with defoliation and pruning, but this was planned as an experiment to grow bushier plants, which didn't make me as happy in my application. Due to the high CO2 content, the cannabis grows exceptionally bushy and leafy. It requires regular pruning. The buds themselves have turned out really well. They are nice and firm, some quite large, and covered with many trichomes. The smell of the strain is less intense than I thought but still very pleasant.

She's at about 20 percent amber trichomes..im chopping her down this week. Smells absolutely amazing.

On the second day of this week, I filled the reservoir again. This time I have an RO filter available to deal with the tap water (EC 0.8mS). I mixed 10l of RO and 10l of tap, which netted a pH of 7 and an EC of just below 0.4. But of course I had to add more CalMag to make up for the filtered calcium. Even after adding all nutrients, the EC was still just shy of 1.5mS which surprised me a little, I was expecting to land closer to 1.7mS, so I am going to increase it a bit next time, probably to around 1.9mS. The plants are in stretch, and they are indeed stretching quite a bit. NYC and SAD are the tallest right now, although the BJ has been catching up a bit recently. They are between around 45cm and 58cm tall, so overall not too much of a difference, which is also good, but I need to keep an eye on it as I would like to keep them below 70cm. I have no plans to put a net in place at the moment, but this depends on the growth of the next week. All of the plants have been showing preflowers around day 7-9 of flower. No signs of pollen sacs so far. Aside from one calcium-deficiency-lookalike type of leaf issue, which I suspect is something else, ther are no issues whatsoever, which makes me happy.

Flowering week two

Hello. This is the end of veg and the first week of flowering, starting tonight. Man what a cold spring around here. We had a week of over 21* c through the day. But the last couple of weeks have been cold, barely getting over 13* c through the day. I didn't open the tent till noon because it was raining here. So, these plant will be going into flowering tonight. I'll be lowering my bamboo type of net later this week that will hold up the big BlackMoon buds. Got 2 males to work with this year. Panty Punch and Pinoal Kush (my own cross) These males should make some good seeds this year, they are "FREE" if you want to do a diary on them. I use a 3 dollar international stamp and a Christmas card to get them to you, I just want a diary done in return. The plants inside will be put into flowering a week after the ones in the greenhouse. I know it will take me a week to harvest the ones in the greenhouse. The plants in the greenhouse all got a big drink of rainwater last night and all had their first overflow into the reservoir. I'll be mixing up some flowering nutrient for the next watering. Well, that is the end of the FFFB comic book. Hope you enjoyed it. He's one of my favorite artist. Ok just finnished a blunt of this a out an hour ago, and I do not smoke blunts lol But it seems only right too do a real smoked reveiw , So the fbt7 has been dry now for about 2 weeks and in a jar and today was the day too take the first bud too try so I rolled a fat one " fat one in photos lol , So for me the flavour just isn't there yet and am hoping that will come after a cure , So I smoked this all too my self and qiukly , Within a few minutes I went white as a ghost as was twitching the the corner hehehe, This is very strong bud and I would go as far as saying it's probably the strongest bud I've had in years , I am what I would describe as a joker smoker , as I turn my bud into oils and do not smoke it , But any serious cannabis smoker will absolutely love this strain , Well done fast buds and thank you :)

Nothing much to report. The smell is growing more distinctive. Lots of pistils are coming out. It's an exciting time but much less work than veg was. I changed the nutrients on Thursday and just topped up with more water and pH down this morning (Monday).

I know these are not typical ways of training but then again the norm was not the norm at first :)

Feb 9th - first day of week 10 flower for Black Willie (4 more to go… ) - Plant fed last-nite; 5.75L -overall Humidity targets raised to 55-60% last week, and I SMELL DANKNESS THIS MORNING, definitely a heavier odour has settled-in Feb 11th, - wrong info from the Breeder had me working towards a 14 week flower for the High THC version of Black Willie. Turns out its the CBD version that takes so long. Only when I saw the Amber trichomes did I realize the opposite was true. Easily there are still clear trichomes, but there is also plenty of AMBER... Looks like as soon as my water is ready, I'm flushing Black Willie. Feb 12 - Willie was Flushed last night. Same conditions; 15gallons flushed through 7 gal flex-pot Feb 13th - Light cycle reduced to 11 hours, and the Tent Temp has been reduced by 0.5C. Feb 15th - last day of week 10 - still have control running a higher humidity. Plants seem to love it. Good airflow = Ohmm - 2L sip of water/Molasses tonight
