The end came surprisingly fast in the end - I had to move quick. Popped and planted on 11/15/2025 in domes under 200ppfd tent being held at 0.7 vpd. 11/17 all 10 sprouted and look healthy. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. Both plants grow with a nice healthy green color and develop well. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barabara Bud) plant # 2 is a little taller than plant #1 at this time, but both show nice side-branching and overall growth. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are well protected inside the Secret Jardin grow tent.

📆 Semana 6 La Swag MDC sigue a su ritmo… ¡y qué ritmo! Esta semana ha consolidado su estructura floral con cogollos que empiezan a compactarse bien, aunque lo que más llama la atención sigue siendo su morpho swag: esas hojas tan peculiares que la hacen única y que, además, están empezando a cubrirse de tricomas con ganas. A nivel de alimentación, continúo con XpertNutrients, ajustando las dosis para que no se sobrealimente. La respuesta está siendo muy buena, sin signos de bloqueo ni exceso. Se nota que la planta va cómoda, aprovechando cada gota. He afinado también los riegos para no saturar, manteniendo el sustrato activo y bien oxigenado. En cuanto a luz, los Adlite siguen repartiendo calidad a todo el dosel. Esta variedad, al tener una estructura más abierta, está aprovechando especialmente bien la penetración, incluso en los cogollos interiores. El entorno se ha mantenido estable, con temperaturas suaves (22-25 °C) y humedad en torno al 55%, algo alta pero bajo control gracias a una buena ventilación. No hay señales de botritis ni otros problemas, así que seguimos vigilando sin agobios. Los olores están empezando a despertar, con matices que mezclan lo afrutado y lo herbal, pero aún queda bastante por definir. Los tricomas se ven ya lechosos en muchas zonas, aunque sin ámbar, así que estamos justo en ese momento de empuje antes de la recta final. Una planta muy curiosa, distinta en todos los sentidos. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news! This black cherry punch is getting some really nice purple in it faster than my last one did. The voodoo juice x platinum hermed this week so moved it to it's own tent. We have 6 plants remaining in the room. I cut out the maxigro this week. They are getting .5 tsp per gallon of maxibloom now. Seems to be keeping everyone happy. Not much to report other than that. Buds seem to be progressing pretty nice.

Skywalker putting on tons of frost and seems to be happy with the status quo so no more compost teas for her. Starting to have a distinct Kush scent filling the tent now. In the future I’d probably LST this from the start to increase yields but other than some defoliation throughout, I haven’t done any training which has been nice. Blueberry impressed me with the size of the buds starting to form. Signs of frost for sure. Not very aromatic yet at this point. Stem rub is a different story. She has been showing some signs of calcium/mag deficiency in some of the leaves which seemed to improve with top dressing/Recharge. Been drinking a steady liter minimum daily Glueberry OG continues to explode in growth. I’ve done quite a bit of defoliation to keep tops exposed and it has bounced back quick each time. I can see why this would be a fun strain outdoors, as it is slowly taking up a solid 4 square ft of the tent. I may end up finishing this outdoors depending on its desire to consume the canopy space. Due to the longer flower period, I’ll keep up with compost teas to support all that growth. So far, it seems to be working Week ended 7/20
