Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. Trimmed up WG little bit later in their morning. Top view pic is after the small defol. Some fans only had the middle finger snipped, to be on the safe side. Progress seems slow on WG atm, but it's getting ready to fatten up and mature. ============================================================================================= Day 59- i just cut back GC AGAIN!!! like HALF of its branches, and cut all the tops to the same length before snapping todays pic. after comparing 58 to 59's pic... it STILL looks like it grew.. WTF... that things confused ASF or something... just dont herm on me... WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4? Jan 8th - plant(s) fed last nite @ 3.5/(3.0)L - both plants laying down patches of FROST, Congo is changing the Pistil colours to a rusty orange - w/ reduced nutes and Molasses Congo tds was 970ppm. Nat Mystic @ 1100 - solved an old desire to have a lower temperature in the tent, when the lights are off. Using a pin timer and restricting the operation of the Heater during the plants nite-cycle, has brought the average temp @ nite, down to where I’d like it; 18.5-19c Jan 9th - Natural Mystic got Flushed tonight. Aiding in the flush I am using FloraKleen to help @ 5ml/gal. 20 gal total used to get run-off below 100ppm Jan 10th - new meals posted above for the kids Jan 12th - with both plants flushed, I am building a nutritional snack for their next watering; tonight or tomorrow. I’m building an Aerated Compost Tea; 1 cup Worm Castings (compost component), 1 tbsp Kelp Meal, 3 tbsp Molasses, 1 Dead banana skin and a 1/3 tsp of Power Bloom granule - tea’s E.C. has gradually grown to 305ppm over last 18 hrs - last big feed for each plant maybe - both plants display some Amber but there is still a good showing of clear trichomes, as of the 10th. Jan 14th - last day of the week - natural mystic moved to the small tent for finishing - congo remains in big tent, made more accessible for photos / feedings - each plant fed 5L of aerated compost tea. Great timing, they were ready

Day 0. New start. Sponsored grow. ALL NUTRITIONS ARE GRAMS TO LITRES !!!! Neutralise is in real measurement only. Soil was mixed two weeks ago !!! That line needs cooling time, have in mind !!! Main sponsor of this grow is Mars Hydro. They sent me new light again, this time i will try out TSL 2000 model. First impression : easy to assemble, but i would create longer screws and put spacers , that way would ventilate better than now its bolted straight to board. MSNL send me 5 strains to try out, first to plant was Tropicana Cookies Purple Autoflower, just check breeders photos and you will know WHY ;)))) Hope i will be close ;) Went for two "funky colours" strains this time, left myself a chance to have some harvest ;))) i always fail with them ;)))))) Day 4. Girl sprouted on forth day, lets GO !!! Day 5. Made a video, all runs smooth, a bit lanky, needed to put lights on on 3rd, not 4th day ;))) saving electricity not always pays off ;) Happy Growing !!!

*Increased ppm from 1050 to 1100. *seems like this might be a 9 week strain or maybe 10. *not a lot of resin production, but flower stacking is long on this one.

in veg to allow humidity to be high I had plants on risers and left water in the bottom tray of tent after feeding. I cleaned the tent and reintroduced drip trays under pot risers and now I shop-vacuum all water out of drip tray to keep rh lower for flower. also increased exhaust from low to high and added a 4 inch booster fan to bottom of tent as intake to draw dry air in. sour 76 #5 (fastest largest grower) was male got pulled out of tent but later eaten by my cats :( rip didnt get any pollen collected

Saw some excellent lateral growth from their branches in the last week. Been removing fan leaves from main stem to allow meristems to grow more. I was using kelp in a foliar to induce apical dominance but have since removed it from the girl's regimin with the hopes of flowering beginning soon.

Looking for optimal led height. RQS' Northern Lights auto and Diesel auto look very sophisticated and detailed. They are standing in the middle. Rest of the plants are auto lemon Hazes and they have may varieties. Two are growing very fast and two are stunted. At least one more week of indoor growing before going outside in a bigger pot.

This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. Going to be Timber 2 days into Week 9 of FLower. 1/20/2023 Week 8 (Day 5)- Flower- Day 107 overall T - 2 days until start 48 hour Flush T - 2 days until Start 48 hours of Light T - 4 days until TIMBER!!! 1/22/2023 Week 8 (Day 7) -FLower- Day 109 Overall Flush Day and 48 hours of Light. I subscibe to Dr. Bruce Bugbee's suggestion that production is under light instead of under darkness so I no longer do 48 hours of Darkness, I go 48 hours of light before Chop, sending my plants on a marathon run before I Cut. Привет садоводы Началась новая неделя и я решил перевести ее на цветение хотел подержать еще неделю на вегетации , но надоело сегодня я заправил ее по полной удобрениями и стимуляторами так что остается ей пожелать доброго пути и следить как пойдут у нее дела всем удачи и красивых цветов !

Harvest day for 2 plants , I forgot to take a picture of the 1st plant when pre trimmed , both are pretty huge , the 1st plant I expected her to be a lot smaller than what I got in my hand once cut down, the second plant was huge from the start , there is still a monster finishing her buds in the tent left so I I left this grow unfinished due to that for the moment

So I'm hoping that were all done stretching because I'm all out of room to raise my light! Lol These ladies are huge! I'm so friggin stoked for these two, I cannot wait to see more flower production. I increased the nutrients for transition and everything is looking lovely except for some minor calcium deficiency showing on some of the bottom leaves. Next feed I'll add 5ml of cal mag to the mix and see if that helps. It has started to go away little by little since the last feed because the nutrient solution dies gave some cal mag in it but I guess just not enough for this big bitch lol. Until next week.

Diese Woche gehts nach draußen, denn das Wetter ist gut und die Eisheiligen sind durch. Die Tropicana Cookies hat ihren Endtopf bezogen und darf jetzt als erste im Außenbecken schwimmen. Das System besteht aus 2 Solarzellen. Die linke betreibt eine kleine Luftpumpe und hat sogar einen integrierten Akku, sodass sie auch nach Sonnenuntergang noch weiter pumpt. Bis zum nächsten Morgen schafft sie es allerdings nicht. Die Leistung ist eher mäßig, aber ich habe durch einen anderen Schlauch und einen durchlässigeren Airstone alles rausgeholt, was möglich war. Die rechte Solarzelle betreibt eine kleine Teichfontäne, die ich direkt gegen den Deckel spritzen lasse. So läuft die NL am Deckel und am Topf entlang bekommt dabei viel Oberfläche. Ich hoffe damit die NL zusätzlich mit Sauerstoff anreichern zu können und die NL an sich so weit in Bewegung zu halten wie in einem RDWC. Die Zelle ist nicht besonders Leistungsstark und dadurch pumpt die Pumpe tatsächlich nur, wenn die Sonne scheint. Ob das reicht werden wir in diesem Experiment feststellen. 😅 Dann habe ich zusätzlich noch den Eimer Isoliert, indem ich einen 40L Stofftopf drüber gezogen habe. Der Schatten schützt den schwarzen Eimer vor der Sonne. Die Steine auf dem Deckel schirmen den Deckel ebenfalls ab und halten abends ein wenig die Wärme, sodass der Eimer langsamer und hoffentlich etwas weniger in der Temperatur schwankt. This plant is gonna be a beast. She is up to the desired 32 tops so it’s just maintenance here on out. I am thinking about moving her into her bigger pot but I might wait another two weeks perhaps 🤷. The final pot will probably be a 20 gallon pot filled with my custom super soil and I might add a couple spikes at transplant. I haven’t had to feed any teas so my super soil has been keeping her happy which is nice. I have done a little top dressing but only a couple tbsp of Gaia Green all purpose and a couple tbsp of Kelp meal. That’s been enough to keep her super happy. 😎🍿🍻

Bonjour à tous, Après avoir pris une petite semaine de vacances , ces demoiselles n'ont eu qu'un seul arrosage avant mon départ... Stupéfait que celle ci soir encore en "pleine forme" malgré les chaleurs qu'il a fait et le manque de nutriment !! Elles ont encore grandit.. !! J'ai donc du re faire une sorte de palissage , (Photo before / Photo After). Pour leurs redonner du Peps' comme ont dit chez nous, je leurs es tapisser au pied , une bonne couche de fumier de vache très riche en nutriment et surtout en Azote avec un gros arrosage pour que tous les nutriments puisse bien parvenir dans les racines 👍👍👍 La près floraison est toujours semie présente mais aucune fleurs n'apparaît... Sur aucun pieds... Si vous avez des remarques , je suis preneur !! Affaire à suivre !!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

Amazing the difference a week can make on some of these plants. She beautiful and getting gassy already. Lowered the temp to 72. Juice is still pumping

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Thanks for all the support & help along the way & happy growing friends!🤙🏼✌️🏼🌱 Update on 1st plant - dry weight 42g, still smelled pretty Earthy when I put it in the jar but the smell is definitely coming out now, extremely sticky & frosty buds❄️: 1:🏼🙏🏼 Update - plant 2 Dry weight was 40 grams! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow!
