Well well well thanks to all of you for reading my diary and supporting that project 😎 This was the longest run I've been through for a while, but it was worth it. I was rewarded with 168g of top shelf quality buds, while she was under a 110W SMD (LM301B) board. Only 110W... I was amazed by these boards by InvisibleSunLed, and very happy of my investment. Samsung diodes are game-changers and it will get even better in a near future, what an exciting time for us modern growers! If you plan to buy some SMD boards, make sure the driver is dimmable, the light intensity can be so strong at its maximum, you could burn your plants (or your eyes). I started the board at 50% (~55W) and slowly increased the wattage as I was seeing a happy plant enjoying her indoor sun. I was also very surprised by the cheap IKEA bulbs, some ingeneers at IKEA must be growing pot, these tiny things do really work! I wouldn't try to flower anything with these, but it was perfect for the first weeks of my THC-Bomb. I made some canna-butter using the sugar leaves from the trim and some decarboxylated buds, and cooked a big cake. That s*** was strong as hell, I was unable to do anything for 24 hours 😭 If you're not used to edibles, start with small pieces rather than a big cake, I learned it the hard way 😜 I will now work on gaining knowledge about nutrient absorption in coco, improving my photo skills (must get a new camera..), and I will also look for a better way to produce timelapses. Changed res and added the bloom nutes beginning of the week. Big leaf strip and lollipop, although you wouldn’t think it 3 days after. Starting to get a little frost. Looking good.

08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower Day 65 out of stated 70. I think this one might be about spot on. Quite a lot of milky trichomes when I checked a couple days ago. I will be checking again today. Not much else going on, other than water only now and decreased light intensity to about 55%. Gotta say that even with the fights I had with this girl in parts of veg, I’m loving how things are turning out. She’s a freaking sticky, frosty, smelly beast. Can’t wait to see what harvest brings, but don’t worry.. she won’t be rushed. Anyhow, Ill update if anything changes Update: 09/03/24. Banana is no longer with the living. She was taken last night and is hanging fully in a dark closet at 61/72 with a small fan for air movement. It’s pointed down and not blowing at her. I don’t have a way to wet weigh, I always just give dry weight so no point in doing the harvest update week yet. I will do that when she’s dry and ready to cure. She’s definitely heavy though :)

I use a 70/30 solution of H2O2 and tap water inside a small capsule, allowing the seed to soak for 24 hrs, and she was ready for her birthday, already showing a tap root in that time span... I then place the seed into a damp paper towel to allow the tap root to extend a little further out in preparation for the transplant. I'll start her in a small grow bag filled with my amended Pro Mix seed starter blend, hopefully making a strong seedling for my first AutoPot run. This is for their grow off, which I found on their Discord server, but they are very active on FB and IG... Their catalog of offerings are definitely connoisseur genetics, most importantly, Made in the USA! 🇺🇲

The plants are comming along nicely. They got some horsetail extract in the past 2 weeks, nothing else. I will top dress with a handful guano the comming days. The sativa pheno seems to be the furthest aong in terms of trichromes. We will see, when we start looking at the trichromes with a microscope soon. Numbers 1 and 7, the indica phenos, are similar. Only number 1 is lagging behind 7-10 days. All plants started to receede from their bigger lower fan leaves. I keep picking them of as they turn yellow. Happy growing everyone!

So yeah just grow an auto. It takes the same amount of time but you get a much greater yield/quality of bud. Oh yeah... dont buy from msnl... horrible customer service, I have never had a problem germinating seeds until I ordered from them. I couldn't germ 10 ww I bought from them and when I contacted them they were more then useless trying to get a refund or more seeds. I will never buy from them again. Besides that I would like to see a good diary of how a non 12-12 of this strain would go. I'm glad for it to finally be over but am excited to start another grow soon. The 7 blue gelato 41s are doing ok theyre hermie/pollinated perhaps as the calyxes have swelled but gonna run them the whole way through as an experience for my first grow. The stems also smell very good like blueberry/ cookie

She looks very healthy and beautiful. It was raining two days ago, so I decided to pour her some of that rain. As I said above, all I use is water and I give her light 24/7.

Es geht ziemlich schnell vorran ansich bin ich zufrieden, bei einer Pflanze habe ich vermutlich den Samen falsch herum gepflanzt das konnte man vorher auch leider nicht sehen!👍 It is progressing pretty quickly in itself I am satisfied, on one plant I probably planted the seed the wrong way round, unfortunately you couldn't see that beforehand!👍

This is doing good just swelling up. Its gunna have some fat buds it looks like. Some of these never fully recovered from being stunted from the cold. I added some microbe life photosynthesis plus to the mix.

The Trichomes are really coming in now. White as snow. I cleaned up the bottom one more time. the purples colours are starting to show up on the upper leaves. I will be top dressing this next week and it will be the last before harvest.

Hello to my growmies, friends and visitors 👋👋👋 This was a happy week for me and the Blue Cheese, the plant has grown a ton, and finally started producing normal looking leaves :D The plant branches lovely with a little LST and under the bright Mars Hydro TS 1000 lamp which is set on 70 watt and kept about 27 cm from the plants, both of the plants look really happy under the Mars Hydro TS 1000 lamp :) I wanna thank Mars Hydro again for supplying me with this excellent equipment 😇😇😇 That is all for this week friends, growers and my grower friends...hopefully will see each other diaries next week... The Durban Poison crew is looking robust as we hit week 19 of the grow! The plants continue to thrive in their vegetative stage, filling out their space under the netting with healthy, vibrant growth. Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Consistent IPM remains a priority to keep the garden healthy. By utilizing companion plants like African marigolds and strawberries strategically placed around the grow bags, we are successfully deterring pests naturally. The Marigolds: This year, the yellow marigold has truly stood out, growing even taller than the surrounding orange varieties, making it the tallest in the collection. The Plants: The crew is holding steady. Plant 1 and Plant 6 are showing great development, benefiting from the ongoing low-stress training and the support of the custom netting setup. It has been a productive season so far, and I’m looking forward to the next phase of development as we continue to nurture these plants to their full potential.
