Week 3 has come and gone. I think the stretch is now over. I got roughly 8” of growth on top of my net. Hopefully all 8” fills up with nice bud. I counted over 150 top bud sites. Goal is the get at least 14 grams per bud site. The frost production on this plant is out of control. Week three and you can already see trichomes producing on the fan leaves. I have been having to take off close to 50-70 leaves a week in order to keep proper airflow. She is so packed in the net I'm afraid of low airflow once they start getting fat. Only downfall so far is this plant develops loads of leaf. Hopefully that stops during the bulking phase. I keep bumping the nutrients up and she is taking every bit of it. Currently at 2.8ec. She was drinking tons during the stretch but has now gone back to normal amounts. I’m reverting back to every other day watering since last water I got nearly 50% run off. So far the smell is exactly like you open a bag of fruity pebbles. It’s not quite there when you open the tent but once you rub some bud it’s undoubtedly fruity pebbles smell. Hopefully we start seeing the mass put on in the next few weeks. 1/3 of the way done with flower already and she has been doing great.

The smaller Potter of Gorilla Glue is doing good. Looks like I will be changing to flowering In about a week. She is growing under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. One more week and she should be in flowering excited to see how she does been leaf tucking and lst best I can wish main stem was longer but hey it is what it is :)

Aug 24: cool and rainy lately but will warm up again in a couple days. Gorilla Cookies looks really good and is flowering nicely. Very nice strain. Added some soluble seaweed to the water mostly for the K. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Using the far red light like this is known as phyto-forcing and it’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness making a 26 h day. This far north I think it moves flowering up by 3-4 weeks so obviously a huge trick. Easy and cheap if you have daily access at dusk. Aug 26: it’s been a couple of weeks but I figured it was time for a lazy compost tea. I watered with it slightly diluted and the plants look almost immediately greener and more vigorous…amazing actually. 👍👍 Aug 27: this is definitely the fastest flowering of the four. Hopefully it stays sunny for a few more weeks. Thinned out the understory a bit as there were some small branches and bud sites that were not going to do anything. Check out the birds sounds on the first video. The magpies thought I was too close to their nest in the tree or something…they’re usually not quite that annoying. Aug 29: this is a great strain, and the manifold is working its magic.

This diary is going to be a day by day if I keep up. Unless I am on vacation I will take pictures every day. Sorry for some of the potato quality pics earlier on. After week 2 or so I'm going to only take pics with my camera flash. The first image is about a day after sprouting. No pictures for the pineapple for the first week as I wasn't sure if it was going to grow or perish. It must have had a mild root infection but it has won the battle against it as of now and is doubling in size daily after a week of not doing much. I am using a uv light in the reservoir. My method is using 3-D printer root sprayers to pump water directly to the roots, I also have an air stone in each 5 gallon bucket. I have an overflow on each bucket to drain the water back into the reservoir. I positioned the buckets on top of chairs to let gravity do its thing there. Humidity has been fine lately so I am not using the dehumidifier. Future grows I will get a controller to turn the dehumidifier on if needed. I wanted to clone these but realized it's not good to do with autoflowers so I have ordered regular feminized purple haze and cbd blueberry for my next grow. Stay tuned!

Growth is phenomenal , scent is starting to get stronger. Looking super healthy noticeable growth daily. That bud candy from advanced nutrients is really coming into work now. Week 5 and here comes the fun part: let flower begin. These girls are hungrier than ever, like they'd grow forever if I let them. For a lot of you this might be "normal," but as a newbie I'm honestly blown away. I've never had plants this healthy and aggressive since I started growing. As expected, the tent has turned into a jungle. The only one still a bit "bullied" is the Runtz, she's been the shy one since day one, but she's catching up and finally found her rhythm. I'm slowly pushing VPD up and trying to sit around 1.1-1.2 kPa, and I added another fan under the canopy to keep airflow moving through this thick forest. Leaves keep expanding, calyxes are swelling, internodes are stacking, and they're clearly competing for light. First time in coco and I'll say it: this changed the way I look at growing. I've also been defoliating gradually to open up sites for the upcoming flowers. In one session I probably removed up to 15 leaves per plant, and they didn't even flinch. Still turgid, still pushing. I can't wait to see how this flowering run develops. Only downside is the limited space, I wasn't ready for this level of growth, especially after my past soil struggles. Hey folks. Into week 16 (week 7 into flower) and the ladies are doing great! Again putting on some mass! Temps have been optimal hover around 12-25degs, night to day respectively. They are starting to stink up nice, lots of pine, kushy undertones and a hint of pepper! Sounds and smells insane. Its not loud yet but the aromas hanging out on the deck are amazing with a gentle breeze! They are packing on some serious mass and producing an amazing amount of resin. Has cured very nicely the taste and smell is just Amazing , and the effect is so relaxing I can not really give you a negative side effect too this as I absolutely love it ,
