DAY 49 F: Hi Growmies. It seems that the girl scout cookies have thrown me a curveball by going for another pistil flush !!. I thought they were close to finish , especially #1 who looked ready to trot at the start of the week but as I watched , the pistils began popping up on the plants. With 2 weeks left this was a relief!. A quick finish is never my goal with flowering but not trying this strain before , I did think it may be the auto version finishes quicker. They are now on their dragon force finish feeds for the next week to power those converted nutes to good use. As there are now 3 Girl scouts and only 2 amnesia haze , they are all naturally fading with some beautiful colours among the leaves . The Amnesia are going strong on building the bud stacks and plenty of trichromes build up now too. They are starting to look quite potent and they smell so fruity sweet now. I am keeping the rh at around 55% so far but have plenty of airflow too. All the bud sets are really nicely compacted on these girls so far with the exception of the critical cheese but she is a sativa and only now hitting her true stride. Hopefully her long colas will be formed into long donkey appendages before harvest.!!. I will keep feeding as the Amnesia gets fed as they should finish around the same time too. The tent is filling up with varying strain smells now and when I opent the flap , a sweet , pungent weed and fruit aroma oozes out. Be safe and well

D-104 : Last week, I noticed a problem related to the calcium OR to the Ph. I didn't know if it was a deficiency or an excess. So I tried to just wetered girls with the right Ph and A bit more of CalMag 0.8 > 1.2/L. We'll see this week if It was the good choice. fingers corssed ! D-110 : As Chocolate Haze 1/4 start to show nanners and her trichomes are mostly mature, I desicided today to remove her from the main room to settle her in the small room for 48h of black out. For her, the harvest and the drying process will start in 48h from now.

I wanted to title this weeks grow "How Big Are Your Balls? (root balls that is, lol)". I've been wanting to post pictures and video of the root balls for a while now, so today's the day! The temperature has been dropping here, so the plants are getting much less heat stress. In a couple of weeks the temperature should be down into the 60's and 70's during the day and all will be good.

What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Hi! First of all, this is my first time in my life. I planted 2 different kind of plants one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe), Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto By Dr Krippling Seeds Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto. Ground breaking genetics have gone into the Triple G range. Grand Heft Auto’s genetics main characteristics is its big composition, and heavy yields. Whilst stabilizing their specially selected Girl Scout Cookies strain with the GHA a number of times, they also crossed this with an amazing Gelato Auto. GGG3’s fruits are ripe with aroma’s and flavor. Yields are approximately 80 gr/plant and the aroma from these flowers are special. The taste from these dense, sticky buds are sure to have you coming back time after time for more of this great tasting flower. The other one is feminized (Purple Punch). Purple Punch Feminized Seeds By Barney’s Farm. Purple Punch Feminized Seeds are a 90% indica dominant hybrid. with a combined lineage of Larry OG x Granddaddy Purple this genetic is capable of an indoor yield of up too 700g/m2. Expect aromas of Baked Apple Pie as well as Cherry and caramelised Blueberries. Also expect a short bushy plant with great trichome production and a THC count of 25%. This high yielding, high THC hybrid is an all-round quality genetic with a fast harvest window of 50 to 60 days. Yet another great addition to Barney’s Farms Cali Connection Range. I started counting my day from the day I started germination. 2 different seeds, one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe) and the other one is feminized from The Bakery Co. called Purple Punch. I started germination by putting them to the water for 12 hours in the evening on Sunday. After twelve hours I put them between paper towels. It started sprouting very quick, the next day I needed to put them to the soil. Purple Punch the feminized one started growing faster, bigger sprout, compare to the autoflowering Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I started using a 60 W led lamp for the seedling stage this lamp has 2 head 30-30W that was divided for the two plants 30 W each. The next day they came out of the soil and started their life. The Purple Punch was growing faster. First, I had my own made place made of kitchen foil under my computer desk :D, and then I purchased a grow tent which is 140x60x60. I did not use any ventilation the first week and kept the humidity 85-90 percent, and I used trigger spray on the plant also. Watering the first 7 days was 10 ml in the morning and after 12 hours later also 10ml, so every morning and evening 20ml a day. I also used trigger spray to keep the soil wet around and sprayed the plant also. I never use tap water at any stage I buy still water from the shop and they love it. I want 100 percent organic plants so my nutrition will be bat guano mix with acacia honey. My soil mix is Coco coir, perlite mix 70:30 which is mixed with a soil that consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high-quality organic Worm-Humus, 30% perlite, and 5% Pre-Mix. These two kinds of soil ratio are 50-50 Percent.

planted in July it started to grow uniformly with very fragrant leaves of Sicilian lemon peel you can smell the citrus notes in the pre-flowering leaves I enjoyed its very fresh zkitty phenotype which tended between the sour green apple and the gaseous lemon the variety is particularly susceptible at high temperatures and is the only one that on the fourth day without water this summer literally twisted its leaves on itself variety that had some problems with leaf problems but the yield was excellent with rock hard buds! THE AMAZING TERPENES THE BEST IN THE WHOLE GARDEN. GROWING SCENTS: green apple organic citrus peel TERPENES: THOSE WHO SMOKE THEM ARE STUNNING.🙌🙌😍 the complexity and flavor of zsrawberry begins with a very deep hit of hearty heavy spicy smoke which soon reveals itself as a fresh lemon zest surrounded by nutmeg spice followed immediately by the sweetness and fruit of zkitty swallowed the smoke closes with a note of completeness of the three perfectly balanced flavors that tends towards diesel, strawberry spice and a dream of blackberries and redcurrant fruit salad, lemon peel with an acid finish and a round spice of aged jam😵😭😭😍

2/2: not much to report. Slow going, but going 2/5 NL: Still have a few weeks to go, but buds are fattening up. Watered with pH balance water as she was given nutrients on last watering. I didn't have high hopes for this plant. Still unsure of the density of the buds.

She has a nice structure, hope to get many buds from this lady, it's a strain I'm very excited to work with, hope to have a nice jar full of this diesel in a few months, stay here with me to see her performance! 💚❤️👨‍🌾

I'm adding week 2 first, then I'll go back to week 1 and fill in all the details on my set up and strategy. But at this point the CBD Medi Kush is 2 weeks out of the humidity dome. I sprouted these seeds in a paper towel again (even though I swore it off previously) . I started with 3 seeds and all 3 sprouted within 48 hours, transplanted the seeds to soil with the roots sticking out of the shell about 1/2 inch (or 1 cm) then only 2 of the 3 seeds grew out of the soil. Also, I'm growing 2 DinaFem DinaMed CBD plants also from seed and had the EXACT same experience with the 3 DinaMed seeds. I still feel I have the best success rate with putting the seed directly in soil. I'll be planting seeds directly in soil from now on. If I try something else again please slap me 😉 Anyway, since out of the humidity dome both plants are looking great! Nice and bushy looking little seedling. I don't plan on feeding anything for a while and let the plants use up the nutrients in the soil.

It’s a scent that’s both refreshing and promising, making me excited for the final product. At this stage, everything looks great, and I’ve decided to start flushing the plant with clear water only. This should help remove any residual nutrients and ensure a smoother, cleaner smoke. I’m planning to continue flushing for the next one to two weeks before harvesting. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this plant turns out. The buds are dense and sticky, and if the smell is any indication, the end result should be amazing. Can’t wait to see how she finishes!
