Hey Growers. It鈥檚 going great around here. These girls are happy, healthy and growing like mad. They鈥檝e chunked up so much that they鈥檙e starting to lay down. It鈥檚 just a couple at the moment so I鈥檒l keep an eye on them and see if intervention is needed. The trichomes are so gritty it feels like table salt between your fingers and the Cali has a orange/lemon citrus and woody scent. The Jack is sour skunk and the cookies Kush is a sweet sugary scent. I鈥檓 not 100% sure if they鈥檙e fox tailing from light stress or just natural Kush characteristics. I鈥檒l be keeping an eye out for hermie鈥檚 and stress. I鈥檝e added some Green Planet Rezin, as I think it鈥檚 awesome and helps with aroma and makes oily terps. I鈥檓 thinking this will be my last top dress and I鈥檒l probably just do half dose and top up with monster bloom for the next couple waters then drop everything except cal and Rezin. Happy Growing 馃尡

Buds everywhere鈥he smell is also coming along. I gave her too much tiger bloom which is noticeable on her leaf tips but the benefits are worth it. I had an attack of the aphids trying to destroy the stem but I pulled out the spray and got rid of them. She takes training really well and bounces back from the pest attack quite nicely. I am also impressed with the way she leafed out after the defoliation.

This week was key in identifying as to why my growth has slowed down so much. I already knew that the temperature of the tent would affect the growth and with the nutrients still being pretty high, I don't see why it's the way it is other than that being the culprit. The scent is still very weak at the moment too so those trichomes were just getting boiled. In comparison to the rest of the grow, the temps rose at the wrong time smh. It's alright though because as I am posting this, I bought a more powerful oscillating fan and it's giving me night temps of around 73 and should give me around 76 day so we will see how she looks on Sunday.

Hello Diary. We have reached the end of the journey.馃檶 Fat Banana exceeded my expectations in every way. Smell, taste, yield. In the end I got a little less than 70g of dried flowers which is above average for my farm. 馃挭 Here's how it all went since the last call. 28/11/2020 - Day 65. Harvest. I checked with a microscope and most of the trichomes are milky and about 5% have turned brown. Everything is ready. After the last photo shoot, I cut the plant at the very bottom of the stalk. Before that, I prepared a handmade cardboard box in which I would put the branches to dry for a minimum of 10 days. After hanging the branches in the box, I put the box back in the grow box, between Haze Berry who had further extended their stay at the Farm. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.5 degrees and 38% humidity. 10/12/2020 - Day 77. After 12 days of drying, I took the dry branches out of the box and pruned the rest of the dry leaves. I put the dried flowers in jars, put in moisture fighters for better moisture regulation and for better curing. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 39% humidity. 20/12/2020 - Day 87. Tasting. Great smoke, fruity tropical flavor. A brief overview of the whole story. Fat Banana Auto (Royal Queen Sees) - 18/09/2020 - Sprouted - 28/11/2020 - Harvest - Total 72 days. Three weeks of vegetation and six weeks of flowering. I did a small defoliation twice. A total of 68 g of yield. The best strain so far on my Farm. Finally, I would like to thank James from the Royal Queen Seeds, for his support, seeds and nutrients. And I would like to thank all of you who support me and give advice with the help of which I also grow along with my plants. Many thanks to everyone and see you soon with the new diaries.馃檶
