i decided to give my girls their first cut. i used the so called Fuck I Missed technique in which there is the possibilty to grow up to even 8 new main stems. i'm currently stil thinking if i should do this multiple times or use topping. next week i will post the results from the cuts and hopefully they are all done correctly. the plants are getting a great smell even though it is still weak.

Day 18: The canopy is developping nice and evenly. I wonder how much mire they will stretch. I think that ill do some defoliation at the beginning of week 4 Day 20: Today I did a big defoliation right before the third flowering week ends. It was a tough job reaching all the leaves in the back because I cant move the plants.😅 But we made it! Now the light can reach much further down the plants for better/bigger buds and better aeration.

Melon Gum has been loosingva lot of leaves. I think something is effecting the roots. I did a solution change and rinsed the roots in a H2O and water mix. 🤞🏻it helps resolve the issue enough to get to the finish. 4/10/2023 Week 1- Day 1 of Flower (Day 68 overall) So when I looked in the tent today the leaves were just above the Net. They hit my " I have to flip mark" so I did just that I flipped them today. I drained the system and filled it with Week 1 Day 1 Flower Nutes. The lights are set to turn off at 8:00pm EST and will turn back on tomorrow at 0800 EST and everyday for the rest of the Grow. To get my water change schedule back on track to Saturdays, since I had to flip tonight on a Tuesday, I will wait 1 week and 5 days instead of the typical 2 weeks for my first change out of the system, so not this Saturday coming up but the following Saturday. A few branches are close to where I can SCROG them down. 4/13/2023 Week 1- Day 4 of Flower (Day 71 overall) Super Cropped it and SCROGed it down to the net, I will keep and eye on it and take action as different branches reach over the line. 4/14/2023 Week 1- Day 5 of Flower (Day 72 overall) I defoliated the canopy some and I cleaned up some of the under bruch that was getting no light. Deep in the middle and low under the canopy. I also did a little Super Cropping of any branches too far above the canopy. 4/15/2023 Week 1- Day 6 of Flower (Day 73 overall) Continued defoliation of the top bottom and front and some heavy defoliation of the backs of the plants today.. 4/16/2023 Week 1 - Day 7 of Flower (Day 74 overall) Did Some Heavy Defoliation of the stuff on the inside that isn't getting any light and I cut off anything that I found that seems weak and is still just not making it to the canopy. I also did some super Cropping of the branches as well SCROGing it down. I flushed her for 4 days and give her 24 hrs of darkness before harvest . By that time her lower leaves are yellowing and the spider mites are still posing threat so i guess this it the right opportunity to cut this huge lady down. Thanks to my bro i was able to pre trim all the buds in 3 hrs . Doing this all alone would be a total pain in the ass . The wet weight of the buds stem is = 821 g , 29 oz The dried weight of this one lady is 137g which is not bad but is still disappointing for me , she is huge i could have gained more but overall it is okay :)). She has that mangoish and earthy smell which i really like . The high is more towards happy than a coach lock high . Some of this will be turned into tincture and will be for my dad personal use . Lets wait and cure this to see if it taste any better!

I ran 5 plants in total. Wet trimmed weight (with shortened branches) per plant was: 1. 720 g 2. 760 g 3. 773 g 4. 780 g 5. 580 g Total wet weight: 3,613 g There are no “larf” or airy popcorn buds everything came out dense and frosty. I did heavy lollipopping throughout the grow, and even the lowest flowers turned out hard, resinous, and full of sugar. Estimated dry yield is between 720–900 g (based on the typical 20–25% dry ratio from wet weight). But we will see after drying.

Ice Bomb grew well under the Unit Farm UF4000, and UF2000 that was added in flowering. She was 1 of 5 in a group grow under the lights. She got nice and frosty. Smells like strawberries 🍓 to me anyway. She is suppose to be a good medical cannabis so curious to the smoke report when I get there. So I posted a update on the previous week of how the Big Bang wasn’t looking so good…Well She really continued to show signs of distress as time went on, the plant wasn’t drinking anymore, was yellowing and dropping leaves. I repotted it yesterday because when stuck my finger in😉 I got a pretty bad Oder from her, the roots didn’t look too bad but I’m no gardener (yet) I rinse them down and placed her in some fresh soil with a little extra earthworm castings mixed in. I was thinking about chopping her and just using it for a tea or something but I can’t bring myself to do it, especially since I know there isn’t any any pest or infection(because it hasn’t effected the crystal candy which it is in every close proximity to)🤷‍♂️🏾 I’m rambling now but if anyone has any suggestions I’m all ears…Well eyes, and open to criticism. This week looks great so far. All the plants seem to take there leaf stripping in stride and have pushed out more frost. The bud sites are exploding with white hairs and the smell is starting to take over. There is definitely orange citrus coming from pheno #3. The #1 pheno leans towards its fathers side and has a mild pine under tone but a very sticky almost sap like stem rub. Everything has been cruising along this week. environment is in check and the plants know it. I will start adding a few bud shots in the upcoming weeks to get a better look at the pheno types.
