March 13, 2019 Update: Transplanted and moved one of the CBD Medi Kush plants into the Flower room this weekend. The other seedling will remain in the veg tent for another month, then I’ll pick the next plants to move into flower. I’d like to keep a 6 plant per month rotation going in flower. Also, switching over to organic feeding. Feeding with Living Water (2-3 ounces of fish tank water per gallon of well water) and also trying Jobe's Organics Fertilizer Spikes for Vegetables 2-7-4. I planted 5 spikes per 5 gallon grow bag. I pushed the spikes down finger depth about 2/3's of the way from the base of the stem to the side of the bag and spread the 5 spikes evenly around the pots. The plan is to just add water from here on out and see how it goes. I have 'high hopes', I recently read "True Living Organics" by The Rev and he seems to be a big fan of spikes and living water. I did change to a new 1000W HPS bulb in the flower room. The old bulb was in use for 3 months. p.s. I'm starting a couple new diaries next, check em out! 👍

Hey there! Welcome to this diary! I made it easy back in 2021. Sorry in advance for the Spanish audio. For my germination method I always use both the glass of water and the paper towel. Let me explain, the glass of water only goes for 6 to 12 hrs, it's just a soak that also contains 3-4 drops of hydrogen peroxide, this way we kill all pathogens that the seed may have on the outside. Then to a warm, moist and dark place with the paper towel, this seed sprouted pretty fast using this method. Then, once it has that tiny mouse tail of it goes to the pot, I keep it moist by putting a transparent cup upside down. Just to keep the dates, it just took from the 17th to the 19th to go from the cup with water, to the paper tower, to the soil, AND SPROUT!!

Week 6 flower : I stopped the pk half way through week 6 so it had a total of 10 days feed with pk13/14 I also cut out the silicone and calmag on the same day . I defoliated a little as there was a lot bud sites covered . I am going to start the flush in 3 days which will be . .6 1/2 weeks into flower , going to give them 2 weeks flush with plain water . Still have a bit of leaf curl from the light being so close I did move it but because the canopy is not so even it’s hard to get it right .

FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. happy growing!!! its just been a shit week and I am just trying to make time to see the girls everyday before lights out. last week of nutrients and then its flush. I didn't go heavy at all on the nutrients, tried to stay organic for the most part using FOX FARMS soli and nutrients. 2/6/2I I try to stay away from chems to beef up the buds and I am relying on the light, bit of CO2 and the organics. problem is, I love my SF2000 so how to get more light out of this LED? do i I add another SF1000 to the mix? should I look to another lighting group to help enhance with another light bar? I don't want to get rid of a perfectly good light, I just want to enhance the buds with more light...,MAYBE if I ask SPIDER FARMER to build a custom light ( and I DID) I could get something to run down the side of the SF2000......fingers crossed

Still looking a little green, I would prefer the leaves to be more faded. I'm gonna give it another week and see how she looks then.

Need to transplant two of these girls! --- After bit of self-debating (and quite a few bowls), I’ve finally decided on the ones! --- Going to transplant Gorilla Goat #1 along with the original Garlic Budder #1 --- Decided to the transplant the Gorilla Goat #1 for the loudness and overall lemon chem gas terp profile. --- As for the Garlic Budder phenos, going with the purple pheno. For a while, was planning on transplanting the #2 pheno, but after a 5-month cure, the unique and smooth smoke of the #1 pheno was the ultimate reason for switch. --- Ca-Caw! Always pheno hunting! This is why we grow! --- Okay, anyways! - [18:22]: Time to transplant! --- Both 7-gallon pots have been pre-amended and ready for more roots! --- Alright let's go cutty! --- Placed both of the spare Heady OG clones in the propagation tray. - [18:25]: Gently removed the solo cups from both fabric pots (on the right side of the tent) leaving perfect holes. ------ Sprinkled 1/16tsp of Great White, --- Dusted the sides of both holes. --- Also sprinkled a bit around the top soil. --- Great! Time to transplant! --- It’s been two days since both have been watered. --- To loosen and unstick the rootball from the cup, I gently squeezed the sides before pressing the bottom upwards. --- Once fully loosened, I simply Vulcan-gripped the base of the plant and flipped her upside down. - [18:33]: Gorilla Goat #1 dropped straight out of her cup! --- Hmm. Not as rooted as I would hope, but roots look white and healthy! --- The original Garlic Budder #1 pheno easily slipped out of her cup! --- Similar the Gorilla Goat, she could have more roots, but that’s okay. Roots look healthy and that is all that matters! --- Did not break up the rootballs. --- Gently flipped and placed each clone carefully into the pre-inoculated holes. --- Pressed and evened out the top soil for both phenos. - [18:39]: Transplant done! --- Gorilla Goat #1 was transplanted into the back right quadrant. --- Garlic Budder OG#1 was transplanted into the front right quadrant. --- To prevent transplant shock and to help even out the soil moisture, going to give 2 cups of wetting solution each. --- Also adding in a few extra microbes. - [18:55]: Filled a pitcher with 6 cups of RO water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Recharge ------ Added 1/32tsp of Stash Blend ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Aloe ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Coconut ------ Added 1/8tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp of WDG3000 Extra Strength BTI --- Mixed the solution and poured 2 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted Gorilla Goat #1's straw mulch with the wetting solution (back right quadrant). --- Took my time and tried to go evenly. - [19:15]: Repeated this process for the original Garlic Budder #1 pheno (front right quadrant). --- Using the remaining 2 cups of the wetting solution, misted the straw mulch for both Heady OG (front left quadrant) and TKO (back left quadrant) mothers. --- Ca-Caw!! Grow strong my veg queens! - [19:22]: As for the remaining veg clones, --- Decided to try to preserve the genetics in solo cups and basic clonal cycling techniques. --- Plan to take new cuttings in a few weeks or so and will begin the rooting process once more. --- Curing has really changed the way I currently hunt phenos and I really don’t want to lose another keeper pheno (recently regret not keeping a cutting of Garlic Budder #4). --- Oh! Also finally decided to fully give tissue culture a go! --- Another huge shout out to Laur and her independently ran business, Plants-In-Jars! --- If successful, learning tissue culture will be a huge ganja journey milestone by providing a sustainable way to preserve and maintain a diverse genetic library. --- Through continuous subculturing and micro propagation, I should be able to maintain unrooted explant cuttings forever. --- Then when needed, theses cuttings can be rooted and conditioned back into a clonal state and back into solo-cups for transplanting. --- Of course, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, so developing a successful cannabis tissue culture protocol is going to be fun and full of failure, err, I mean, learning experiences! --- What can possibility go wrong right!? --- While learning (which will most likely take a bit), will continue to maintain the vegging mothers and solo cup clones. --- The ganja journey continues! High GD community, Week 9, Sweet Thai looking allready better then ĺast week. The topping start to grow gently and a full 13cm in height gained this week. Since 3 days(friday), the lightcycle changed into 13/11. Nonetheless spidermites are spotted on this lady, she doesnt back down. After a treathment with orio bugs, who i actually misordered because I didnt had my new microscope yet, trips are definitly gone, and orios do eat/attack spidermites, its not their favorite. So a second army of bugs, this time phyto mytes, its gonna be all about attack and digesting spidermites, Who didnt yet get crowdy so far. But after a check up of some leafs with the new microscope, i can see a lot of eggs and pretty active young spidermites. So the phytos will not come to early. Phytos do eat eggs as orios dont, so thats a big difference.
