Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Made sure to be gentle around the glass probe and tried not to touch it much. --- Also cleaned and rinsed the cap with distilled water and dried with a paper towel. - [13:16]: Opened and poured about 3/4 of the KCL solution into the cap. --- Placed and probe cap back on making sure the sensor is fully soaking in the storage solution. --- Done! - [13:19]: The unit should be ready for a first-time calibration after a 30-minute soak, but going to be soaking for a lot longer. --- The probe needs to stay stored in this KCL solution and will top off with more as needed. --- Plan to calibrate the meter right before checking and adjusting the pH for the establishment media. --- Compared to my last pH meter (cheap Amazon pen), this one is a huge upgrade in both accuracy and complexity. --- Will need to do a bit of research on how to calibrate and use this meter properly. - [16:36]: Evening check on the 3x3 veg tent. --- With the recent TKO disaster in the main tent, glad that everything is looking healthy in the veg garden! --- All mothers (including TKO) are looking green and getting bigger! --- Now that the watering system is working again, the Heady OG mother is looking a lot better and she is starting to perk up. Switched into flower this week!

Day 15 I added a second trellis netting for scrogging purposes but mildly mostly it was for support as the buds start to thicken up. It looks like things are coming along very well no deficiencies no pests and everything looks relatively healthy. I'm still toying around with the idea of having a continuous drip of water into the pot so that never dries out I'll just have to tweak it when I decide to go that way cuz that are not over-watering and causing root rot

Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. These girls are just glistening and filling with trichs and resin. Such vibrant color.

Week 5 has home and some of my plants are flowering already. With the lst i made a lot of good branches, i had some snaps but nothing that i need to worry about cauuse i fix it with electrical tape. I added GuanoGalong Dry powder 1.10.1. and GuanoGalong Palm tree ash 1.30. I mixed those 2 powders and feed my plants with top dressing 100 g per plant I Will lst my plants a little bit more and then i will add the sgroc net to help my plants later on .. :) <3 See you next week :3

Week 5 on these amazing girls. They're full into the flower stage and the smells are starting to come through super strong. I've switched over to bloom nutes and they seemed to never skip a beat. All in all excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing.

I am an irredeemable wet-trimmer. Trimming this one was reasonably easy, but because there was so much of it ... it still took some time. Some of the "trim" was completely covered by trichomes but I treated her like any other plant in this regard and I'm satisfied with the results. The trim bucket looks ridiculous though. I added a pic of some of the last trim to the gallery. I tried to make a few videos too - I think my videomaking style is called "spaceship flies over woodlands" so please don't judge.. at least there is no audio of me making plane noises.. 💩

Girl Scout Cookies - Kannabia Week 3 of Bloom 🌸 She's one of the smallest girl in the tent, so I've had to prop her up towards the light, but she looks beautiful and is working hard on developing her flower 💪🏻 From today, all the girls have been moved into a 8x4 tent, because the 5x5 has been hard to manage. ✂️ No work on her this week, I'm just letting her grow. 💧 Watered every three days with 2L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then finally, I pH'd the solution to 6.3. I've increased all of her nutrients, now that she is focusing on developing her flower, she'll need it. 💡 PPFD: ~850 ♒ VPD: 1.32kPa 🌱 Days from seed: 87 🌸 Days in Bloom: 26

Que decir os esta semana?!? Pues os dejo un vídeo en Alta Definición 4K, que os dejará ver los aspectos preciosos que se han desarrollado en los últimos 10 días. Primer aspecto de relieve, la cantidad muy elevada que he estimado tener hasta el momento y que puede que se encuentre en casi 350g sin secar y es muy sencillo, el árbol Sativa que se diseñó con el ScroG, ha tenido un crecimiento fantástico conectando internudos que tenían un espacio que no dejaba anticipar que los cogollos se fueran a unir unos a otros. La descripción de la cepa, dava a la Strawberry Cheesecake Automática de Barney's como un "cultivar" con posibilidad de yeld/m² sobrepasando los 600g/m² y la matemática de mi grow tent nos dice sin lugar a duda que tenemos una área de 0,7 m² o sea que la cuenta de productividad nos enseña que de modo muy claro estaremos por arriba en lo expectable y con lo que está diseñado en la estructura de cogollos, se han formado con los supercropping y el Scrog, al menos 6 colas que tendrán como casi 30 cms, sobre las ramas y un espesor casi como una lata estrecha de bebida y en el vídeo es muy presente lo que os digo. Después y en una línea alternativa nos ha salido adelante, pero muy justa, la Critical Jack Herer de Delicious Seeds. Ambas las cepas son fenomenales cuanto a la calidad de sus terpenos y las hojas de azúcar y porcentaje de resinas es muy elevada...pese a que como he ya referido en la pasada entrada del diário, que las dos cepas no son las más aromáticas y eso no representa un problema...o a lo mejor, si olieran mucho, ahí si tendríamos un problema que cualquier productor puede que tenga si las familias Skunk,Haze, Cheese o Sours se presentan a "grow". Se de experiencia sobrada que cuando empezemos la seca en el saco red y bajando la humedad de la habitación para un nivel aceptable en la seca de los cogollos (rondando los 40%) seguro tendremos un olor mucho más intenso y en esos momentos y por que el armario y el área de red de secado se encuentran en la habitación más interior de mi piso, tendremos por precaución el cuidado de a diário, quemar un par de astillas de incienso de preferencia, el sándalo de Sri Sai Baba, que es un increíble disfraz del olor canábico. Por mis cuentas tendremos más 10 a 14 dias de Strawberry Cheesecake, antes del flush final y después a los 6 días del flush, haremos el "sacrificio" de esta bella planta. Cuanto a la Critical Jack Herer, tengo seguro que todavía tendremos como al menos más 3 semanas como mínimo, para la engorda de cogollos y para la maduración de pistilos y terpenos. Es muy claro para mí, que la temporada de otoño 2022 y por que nos han tocado dos perfectos fenótipos Sativa, tardarían mucho más que los 80 días que cuando consulte las caracterizaciones de las cepas, pensé en principio que tendría y queda muy claro que con las Indicas que se anunciaban y con la evidencia de Sativas que al final nos salieron, tendríamos más tiempo de grow. O sea que esta temporada de otoño del 2022 que con el seedling, empezado el día 12 de septiembre en las dos cepas, tardará al menos en una de ellas, a desarrolarase casi como se de una fotoperiodica se tratara. Si lo sé plantaría fotoperiodicas y eso sí, por el tiempo consumido en esta temporada, tengo muy presente que las opciones para la primavera 2023 se decantan, de momento y de modo muy claro, por plantar tan solo una fotoperiodica que pueda garantizar un elevadísimo yeld y una calidad sobresaliente y en este momento, mis opciones se decantan por el experimento de grow con la cepa Bay Burger de Delicious Seeds, con su potencial de producción de casi 1kg/m² y su impresionante cantidad de THC que sobrepasa los 27%. Supper easy growing , great genetics , a must have in any garden . Im still amazed by all of it, This was just a delight grow, over all everything was great , genetics are among the best i ever grew, litle small and compact plant to what iam use to, but non or less they delivered on the quality, and also they did great on the number hehehe. Defently recomend this Runtz from Zamnezia Seeds, shout out to them, shout out also to Viparspectra and the amazing 200w LED they send me, this P2000 delivers way more of what i was expectic and omg do they love the spectrum , yes they do. Shout out also to AptusHolland since all of this wold b impossible without the best (for me ) nutrients on the market .
