8/31 I harvested Auto Opium today. This is 7-10 days early. I intended to grow her inside the tent, but when she stretched quickly i had to take her outside. This did not give her time to harden off before going fully into flower. Then my area went into extreme heat over 110 for extended weeks. High heat and humidity. She couldn't handle this. Then Hurricane Debby whipped her back and bent her main stem in several places. Repaired with chopsticks and electrical tape. Her limbs were thin and spindly, I tried to support with garden hoops but many stems just bent regardless. One bent and cut off its water & nutrients and died. All in all Auto Opium did not transition well from tent to outside. If I had understood her structure before her grow was underway, I would have done some topping or mainlining. I'm watching several growers demonstrate training techniques that I will try. You know you you are. Many thanks to you. We had some cooler nights in the last week or so which allowed leaf color changes from lime green💚 to purples💜 and some reds. I see some lavender in her buds. Trichomes are mostly milky white, so a bit early. Harvest shows, many long, hollow stems which couldn't support her own weight. To be eco-friendly, you could use these for beverage straws 😅. Week 7 for AK Triple Haze by SSSC She's been doing some flower bulking even though she's been in a darkish shed all week due to the rain😐 And as you can see by the pictures the top of the main cola is looking odd... well due to the high humidity/rain she developed some bud rot right on the top of the main cola😭After removing the damage & really having a look at her & all the other flowering plants it seems like it was the only spot thankgod... Will keep checking this plant for more bud rot development just in case i have to chop some more off, but the rain is over so the humidity should start dropping nicely hopefully that's the end of the troubles. She's fed water only because of @naturelivingsoil beast of autoflower soil mix, still doing its job nicely.

Trocknet gerade alles .. Habe nur von den Blättern über 5 gram Hash hergestellt. Sehr lecker und hat aber eine sehr starke zitrus note. Ich habe vor ca. 3 Monaten ein Ableger meiner Mutter gegeben um zu vergleichen wie die Sorte auf Erde wächst und schmeckt.. Also anbauen würde ich Sie nicht mehr. Hatte bei beiden Sorten von Pure Intenso Cherry cookies und Peanut Butter cookies auf Hydro echt viele Probleme. Meine Sorten werden es nicht für die Zukunft.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fifth and last autoflowering for now of this round that we present to you is another classic of the classics always in the Zamnesia version. We have already grown it once and we sincerely hope to find the purple phenotype, Mythical mythological herb really in music and in everything, WE ARE TALKING To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand well whether it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in a jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water almost certainly the seed is healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening of the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root has come out it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out too much, in the absorbent paper you can wait a little longer in water no. - Phase 3 --- While I soaked the seeds I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. Up to now I have not put the light on, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Just couldn't resist to give a go 😁🤤 Week 0 Germination Jan 25-Feb 1 Germination in propagator. beans landed directly in substrate within 5 min after opening the package. Started believing that all methods like glass water, paper towel etc. are really useful if seeds are old, stored incorrectly or coming from shady seedbank. If seeds are from trusted source with strong genetics wouldn't be bother trying anything else than planting your beans directly to substrate. So far 100% success This time both baby girls started showing their heads within 2 days after planting seeds. Jan 25 Seeds planted. Propagator at 20 degrees and 90% humidity. Jan 27 Girls popped through the soil. Warm welcome to Kitana and Aphrodite 😍 Jan 28-30 Both babies growing at the same pace. Jan 31 Time to move from this baby size propagator to a better and more comfortable place. Feb 1 End of germination week. All went painlessly and successfully. I am super excited for whats to come 😁 Hopefully this will be another easy and successful ride. Overall grow cycle was easy,strain reacts very good to topping and will work great in a scrog,smell tastes and effects are on point,more sativa to it.

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest.
