Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil to be spread evenly on top of the soil Day 1 we had a high temperature of 80°F. The skies were partly cloudy with a healthy breeze. I water 2-2.5 gallons today. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 79 and partly cloudy skies. This cooler weather has been nice. I watered 2-3 gallons each pot once. Day 3 we had high temperature of 92°F. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 85°F. Skies were cloudy to overcast with off and on rain until noon. Then partly cloudy in the afternoon. I added 50ml of blood meal and 50ml of iron spread evenly across the tops of the pots. No watering today. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 86°F, a short rain shower, with cloudy to partly cloudy skies. Watering done today by the rain. Day 6 we had high temperature of 81°F skies were cloudy to partly cloudy. We had some intermittent heavy rain so everyone was watered by nature today. Day 7 we had high temperature of 85° F, with sunny skies. I watered 3-5 gallons each plant from the water hose. This week was a success. These girls have really added some height. I need to do more work shaping these. They began to run low on nutes. The built of phosphorus from the recycled soil is beginning to play out finally. I added 45ml coop poop and 50ml plant tone spread evenly across the top of the soil. We had our first signs of flower today. I love these fast flowers

She's flying along and looking healthy probably close to the end of stretching but we'll see. The shogun nutrients are amazing and seem to work incredible in coco, she is very thirsty too getting through around 4 litres per day

Day 40 ( 3 in flower) : These girls are amazing and deserve some star status for their growing ability. From the off these girls have given full attention to their growth , even the 2 girls that were suffering under the intensity of the lights ( moved to 24 "now.) It gave 2 of them tip curl like too much Nitrogen does so had me head scratching on the new Mega crop and dosages. Now figured they are continuing to outgrow most of the other strains running. They have been easy to work with on their lst and pin down and far extend the pots edges. #1 The living organic girl is loving her spot in the room and paying me back in her spurts of growth. # needs a little thinning out but happy .#3 Is a willing bush in the making but a good defol will open her up.

She grew another 17cm this week! 145cm tall!!!!!!!!! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola is through the lights and getting close to the roof of the tent 😅 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 It's accurate, she is a MONSTER of a plant. This week I have done a quick video showing the result of my experiment a few weeks ago where I FIMed a couple of side branches. Take a look 😃 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. 12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season.

Had to pull the trellis because watering was getting to difficult. She is doing beautifully, dark intense tones of purple, with just a hint of candy(specifically smells of grape needs IMHO). Just another photo dump lol This girl is proving to be a slow finish for me. Going on to week 16 now and I’ve decided to give her the flush as her trichs are all starting to go amber. I felt I’ve traded enough potency for yield now and I don’t think she’s really racking on much more weight. This might be the last update until after harvest. Up until it’s time to trim and jar. Wish me luck folks. I’m thinking I’ll be close to a half pound of this fatty 😍😂

Gave some extra grow B in this week as it is higher in P and K and will act as a small PK boost for the stretch that is to come. Flipped my plants to flower as well so they are now on a 12/12 setting. Been using the medic grows mini sun 2's internal timer in the lights and they appear to be working just fine. They have pre-programmed setting of 12/16/18/20/22 "on" cycles, I thought it might have been hold the dial till the number you want came up but its not that fancy. As of now my photoperiod is from 1:30pm-1:30am but I might move this up to 12pm-12am so when I need to look at my plants I'm not waiting till the afternoon. Its really only an issue on the days I'm working. over all happy with the progress, Plants are drinking lots so I'm happy with that. Lights still running at 80% with V1 spectrum, will increase to 100% after stretch, don't need to growing into them and burning up. This is the first day of the first week of flower in the first video and the 6th day of flower in the second video.. you can see me shit myself when I saw that one of my main top sights snapped from tying the branch down … the lights were using are lights we designed and are testing at the moment also we are trying to keep a good distance between the tops and the lights to keep the temps down around the bud sites ! You can tell there are a couple other strains thrown in there the one purple punch from Barney’s farm is just Caking on nodes upon nodes like it’s impossible to get light to them unless they are pulled down in really liking the structure of the ocean fruit and am looking forwards to the finish!

Week 10 - - - - - OMG she got frosty!!!!!!!!!!!!! She smells so beautiful! So Citrus! So Lime!! 😂 😍 This week I have added a couple of grams of 20-20-20 fertiliser to her water. For a few weeks now I've been loosing a lot of lower leaves. They turn yellow and fall off. I did send the growcaps rep a pm a couple of weeks ago now asking about the active length of growcaps but it's gone unanswered..... so I took things into my own hands. She seemed to like the boost in nutrients with the amount of frost on her and not dropping any leaves. I do think the growcaps worked very very well at the start but I think they need to make them last a few weeks longer.

It's week 4 for the Purple Haze and it is awesome!!!! this is the first year I D I ever fell in love with when I first smoked high-grade cannabis way way back in the day and I could never get a definitive answer from anybody about the variety.. in many big cities I realize that they claim Northern Lights to be purple haze at least in NYC
