Week 9 (Week 1 of flowering) has been a jaw-dropping experience in my Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is absolutely killing it! Her luscious green foliage is a sight to behold, and my Lego Ninja buddies are always on point, making sure everything is in order. The excitement escalated as I spotted those little preflowers showing up towards the end of the week. I have a strong hunch that she's going to turn into a flowering monster during the first two weeks! <3 <3 <3 To support this explosive flowering growth, I made some savvy moves in my nutrient game. I decided to switch from my root booster to the fruit booster. Why, you ask? Well, my Tangie is transitioning her focus from root development to bud production. So, it's like shifting gears to give her exactly what she needs to create those magnificent flowers! But that's not all. I also added some P-booster to my nutrient mix. You might wonder why? It's because this little ninja booster is packed with phosphorus, the secret ingredient that stimulates robust flower formation. We want those buds to be big, dense, and super potent! <3 <3 With a canopy as lush as this, I'm already contemplating a potential defoliation around day 21 of flowering. It's like planning my ninja strategy in advance! But let's keep that for the next update hehe. As for her TDS numbers, they might not seem massive at 230, but remember, I'm using those amazing Aptus All-in-One Pellets mixed with the soil. Her main NPK is already packed in there, and these boosters are just giving her that extra ninja kick! With room temperatures at 28.9°C and a humidity level of 62%, the conditions are perfect for our Tangie to thrive. I can't contain my excitement for this epic ninja run! Week 6 - Dialing in the LST and Managing the Fade 🍁 Description: We are officially in Week 6! This week has been all about canopy management. I’ve continued with the Low Stress Training (LST) to pull the main stem down and expose those lower nodes to more light. You can see in the photos how she’s starting to bush out horizontally rather than just shooting up. I am noticing a bit of yellowing and some "rust" spots on the older fan leaves. I’m currently checking my pH levels to make sure I’m not hitting a lockout. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the new growth to ensure the nitrogen levels are where they need to be as we prep for the flip to flower soon.

Just potted... Plants are a bit in shock. curled down leaves on some. After Day 1 new growth is praying. Removed Damaged Leaves 😀 9/18/2020 had a problem that looked like Cal-Mag issues & overwatering... Was using the tank labels for water marks to tell how much water was in the tank. Discovered that the marks from the factory are wrong. Measured back in exactly 100 Gallons of water and re-nuted the tank. It didn't solve my issue. So I changed the water flood schedule to see if I was overwatering or underwatering. no response from the plants except it was getting worse. After trying things for two days, I "Phoned a friend"... and they suggested to turn the lights down to 25%. BAM! after 20 min or so, there was a positive response and lifting of the leaves... Moral of the story is to start your clones at a lower light setting and gradually bring them up over time. Pics included...

Area getting partial sun only. So need to move them to full sun. But so far just normal.

I topped both plants once thus far, cleared their lower nodes up to the 3rd node on "nemo" and 4th on "v" names are easier then saying seed 1 and seed 4. added pics and video of day 34/35 for these two. hope y'all can stand the slight off hue from grow light. pics/vids are taken on phone camera thru grow room glasses, when watered the 3 gal pots are heavy and not easy to yank out for a picture.

This is final foliar feeding. 02/14/22 PH 6.15 TDS 942 02/15/22 PH 6.15 TDS 902 tomorrow morning will start feeding 2x day.

Time’s up and harvest must happen in a couple of days due to traveling. The plant on the left could’ve used a little longer, it was just starting to show its own personality. The plant on the right looks like it has plateaued more in size but still has several white pistils. These are auto seeds for Punto Rojo and Punto Morado. The issue is that I got two seeds of each, these four seeds got mixed up, and then I lost two of them. So now I can’t tell if these are two Punto Rojo, two Punto Morado, or one of each. I now have more of the same seeds, this time well labeled. So my next grow -whenever that is- hopefully helps answer what it is that I have here. Smell is great, one of them smells like a ripe tropical melon (left), the other one citrus fruit and pine (right). My second grow ever. Many mistakes. Still stoked for pulling this off in this neck of the woods.

This strain of Kings kush is a smelly one, I still can put my finger on the terp profile yet. Almost a kushy herby dank is all I can describe atm. Growing these plants, I would suggest pruning every second node once you get her into flower since the bugs tend to push up against each other and may cause bud rot. Say ontop of defoliation and try to qork on them on a daily basis rather than lolipoping. Another key thing is to keep rH in range during flower, I will recomend to set it to 40-50rh in flower. Also if you are growing outdoors, Be sure to cover them up during rain when in flowering, I uses a transparent tarp for the last 5 weeks of flower. Save my plants from 9 huge rain events during the last 5 weeks, my plants would of died from br. This strain had some decent cold resistance also! She stay alive with with few events of temps getting down to 4 deg c.

Over all this was really fun to grow ! I had a good time and I learned a lot from growing this strain . The yield was pretty good got a wet weight of 412 grams ( no stems mostly just solid buds ) they smell faaaaaaannnnnnntaaaaassstic Im going to let them cure for a good bit then put in my dry weight . As i described earlier when I was checking trichs Id take little nugs away as i smoked them GG#1 tasted like disel and GG#2 tasted like disel with a hint of chocolate and berries . Overall a deffinate recommended strain to grow for anyone out there be it a beginner or pro . Id like to give a big shout out to ALL the people who come down to diarys an help me learn you guys are the bomb . Week 5 for the Green Papayas from super sativa seeds club. Some of the lower leaves are letting us know that the mother plant need a lot more food. we added additional PK booster to her. The clones seems to go a lot better, these buds are bigger also, but happy in general. I still need to get used to all this organic nutrients. Lots of things to learn and a long way to go, always happy to learn new methods of growing! For the rest, as always just water!

This strain loves the nutes that's for sure.The way the main cola is forming ...gna be huge.Sweet asf smelling,gna feed her tmw again, every 2/3 days she needs to eat atm.Cant complain

This week the Jelly Donutz clearly entered the heavy resin and terpene production phase 🍩✨ Buds are stacking nicely across the plant and the overall flower formation became much more pronounced. • Stretch completely finished • Focus fully shifted toward bud swelling and resin production • Spear-shaped flowers continue developing across the canopy The structure remained unchanged at around ~100 cm, confirming that vertical growth has fully stopped. Instead, the plant is now investing all energy into flower mass and trichome coverage 🌸 One of the most noticeable changes this week was the increase in frost production ❄️ Sugar leaves are now heavily coated and trichomes continue spreading deeper into the buds and surrounding leaf material. The aroma also became significantly louder 👃🔥 The terpene profile is difficult to describe but extremely unique, sweet, fruity and very reminiscent of jam or fruit confiture, with a candy-like background typical of the Jelly Donutz lineage. Light intensity remained high: • Top colas receiving up to ~1100 PPFD • Lower canopy still receiving ~800–1000 PPFD ☀️ Despite the strong light intensity, the plant continues handling it well with only minimal signs of stress. Water demand remained stable: • ~4L every 2 days 💧 Feeding this week was intentionally simple: • RO water + BioBizz CalMag only Environmental conditions stayed consistent: • ~24°C temperature • 50–55% RH 🌡️ No major training or defoliation was performed this week. The branches were only slightly adjusted and supported with stakes to improve spacing and light penetration through the canopy. Overall the plant looks healthy, increasingly resinous and very aromatic, with the flowers now entering the stage where density and terpene production begin accelerating noticeably 🍓🔥

Overall a good harvest yielded pretty well for how short they were and how short it’s grow cycle was so needless to say rhe nugs density made up the weight nugs lookin good!
