🌱 Week 3, Day 7 Update: Buds Are Blooming! 🌿 Hey Grow Fam, We're cruising through Week 3, and my girl is really coming on—buds are starting to form, and it's a sight to behold! The girl is growing so fast now, drinking 4.5L a day. She could even do with in-between waterings, in my opinion. She's aiming for the stars and shooting for the moon, getting bigger every day and stinking out my room. I had to tie my light higher up with some rope as it wouldn't go any higher, and shoots were getting way too close! I did SCROG when flipping, and I should've been a bit more strict on it (did it longer), but now I realize why SCROG is used. Imagine if I never used it—she would be way too tall. Overall, I'm so happy with how she is growing and can't wait to see the final product. :) But, as with any journey, we've hit a little bump in the road. Despite keeping our feeding consistent at 850ppm, the runoff readings have been creeping up. Last check-in showed a runoff of 1400ppm. It's got me thinking we might be dealing with a salt buildup in the root zone. To address this, I'm sticking with our feeding routine at 800-850ppm. If the runoff ppm keeps climbing or if our plants start showing signs of nutrient burn, I will adjust accordingly, but as of right now, I'm sticking to the same feed as she looks great! ( If I do begin to notice signs of nutrient burn (excess), I will try to water with a lower EC/PPM, like 700ppms, to bring it down. But if I don't get the results I'm hoping for, I will just flush the plant with 3x the media size of water (just plain pH water) to wash out any old salts and reset the medium. You don't really want to do this with coco depending on what stage your at in flower, veg on the other hand flush.? Sure!, if you really need to reset that medium go for it, (i do see tiny signs of burn but thats fine if it gets worse then i have a problem) Let's stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize—beautiful healthy buds. I just need to wait to them to be out :) Day 2: The winner is Blackberry Kush she is the first out. :) Rest of them still not out but I think by tomorrow most of them will be. Day 3: Super Skunk is not viable. The seed isndead all were out I checked she stopped growing but I didn't not find any broken part or the seed was not even dried or something like that. It has never happened to me the seed just stopped its life:( I will grow this strain next time. I replaced with Glueberry OG. All out by the way :)❤️ Day 5: All of them grow quick, 4-5 cm already, they are so fragile ❤️ Day 6: LSD-25 and BlackBerry Kush is 10 cm long they are the tallest gamers. Rest of them are fine with 6-7cm.

Questa settimana come è andata? Hehehehe è andata a meraviglia!!! LEI E SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTA!!! cresce sempre di più le cime si ammassano e diventano sempre più dure! I colori sono stupendi e il profumo di limone mi ha invaso la villa!!! La struttura della pianta e veramente robusta ovviamente dopo un lst molto scrupoloso! Veramente una grande bella signora! Rimango sempre meravigliato con i semi di fast buds, veramente secondo me e la più valida di tutti! Ho visto i tricomi con il mio lumagny 100x e sono ancora bianco/trasparenti e si ammassano sempre di più! Deduco altre 2-3 settimane penso di fare un ultima settimana di nutrimenti e poi via con il flush! Laverò le radici per almeno 10 giorni, voglio un fumo morbido e deciso! 17/01 So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference! With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :) 20/01 So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%. On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :) 23/01 She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.

The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. 6.6.25. 5th week of flower and not much change. Putting on bud but under performing tremendously! Can’t wait for next grow I’m over this one.

Week 9 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, She really bounced back from her last topping to 16 tops. now just keeping her levelled in height. Because of the messed up light schedule + massive shifts of temps from 28+ to 6... outside the tent so really for 7 hours their growth is completely stunted, but I'm making due with what I have 😂

The plants become surprisingly resinous and have a very pungent odor. The Strawberry Gorilla is already turning purple.

Hey guys, it's been a great journey but I've finally hung my Stardawg out to dry! Yesterday was their last day totalling 8 weeks on flower. Realistically they could have benefited from a further week because the lower buds are somewhat underdeveloped but then I would risk losing the preferred sweet high smoke of the top buds. With this being my first attempt it's been a great learner not only for how to care for the plants but also the environment. As soon as these went into flower and started stretching I knew that putting 6 in a 2.4 x 1.2m tent was a bad idea. They just got so big which is the cause of the lower sites not being as good as the top colas. Despite that I'm really happy with the outcome and I'm hoping ive got 30oz+ of real good quality nugs. All of the top colas have turned a gorgeous violet colour too which you can see on the pictures and I absolutely love. For my next grow I've gone with 6 fastbuds strains which hopefully will go under a scrog. Check back next week for the harvest and weigh in!

Day 51: The plant still maturing nicely, and the fade has slowed even though I have pulled nutrients. Buds are swelling and trichomes are continuing to cloud up; Leaves 90% cloudy, 5% clear, 5% amber. Buds 85% cloudy, 10% clear, 3% amber. pH is swinging wildly last few days (6.6-8). Keeping an eye on it and checking twice a day - adjusting as needed. Likely related to having no beneficial bacteria and no nutrients. Day 52: Leaves; 90% cloudy, 2% clear, 8% amber Buds; 90% cloudy, 7% clear, 3% amber Added back in 2mL of beneficial bacteria to the final gallon of top-off water to help with pH control these last few days and work out any remaining nutrient salts in the water or expanded clay. The plant is looking like it will be ready for harvest here in the next few days - maybe day 54/55 harvest. Day 54: Leaves: 85% cloudy, 1% clear, 14% amber Buds: 90% cloudy, 3% clear, 7% amber The plant is definitely looking like it is ready for harvest on 3/4 of the plant. Very top buds are still showing some white pistils - doesn't appear to be fox tailing but looks like the buds are filling out nicely. The colors on the fan leaves are finally starting to show up - some nice purples! Trichomes are turning nicely on most of the buds and leaves as well. Smell changed slightly - I think due to a pH drop in the reservoir (down to 5.0). Day 56: Harvest day I decided to harvest today as the buds were appearing about 10% amber on day 55. Some top nugs had white pistils but still had amber trichomes with the majority cloudy. Ended up with so much plant material for bubble hash, approximately 2 lbs worth wet - straight to the freezer. Nugs worth drying and curing are hanging in the tent. Scissor hash from light trim and cutting, the plant is super very resinous. The smell was incredible and quite potent during harvest until I got the tent sealed back up. Plan to hang for approximately 5-6 days depending on the stem snap test. Targeting 55-60% humidity, 65-68F. Looking forward to getting to taste some in the near future!

Have been clearing out a lot leaves and branches, decided to just LST on one plant and Fiming on the other one. And training have been applied to all plants.

Do you see that SWAMPMONSTER in the corner of the tent there ?? The Queen towers above the canopy and the rest of the plants lol. It's really interesting from using the Smart Proteins, i think how they work is that the plant is able to process them and compensate any kind of slight deficiency which means that each plant that gets the proteins is able to grow to it's maximum potential and at the same time grow to its **individual** potential... that's why each of these plants has so much "character", because if you look closely it's less a question of phenotype but more like "individual expression".... INTERESTING !!! Anyway that's about the visual... my main concern about these is how loud they f-ing smell !!! ITS PROBLEMATIC, so be conscious of that if you plant to grow these one day ! REALLY REALLY LOUD, honestly there should be an additional category on GD like "problematic" which is beyond the "strong smell" category. I have two large carbon filters on two 1330m3/h fans and it's a problem. Hope you understand how unusual that is for a plant in veg lol... I think the smart protein probably affects how strong the plants smell because all the plants seem more smelly than expected... TBH i'll fix the smell issue but hopefully it's a good sign and an indicator of the quality i can expect by harvest time? These also got two rounds of defoliation , and i flipped them to flower like 4 days ago. This was an exciting veg to me, but now is when it gets interesting, let's see how beautiful these flowers are !! Test genetics always have that little bit of mystery to them right?
