Gemiddelde hoogte: 45–60 cm. Eerste bloeiharen zichtbaar op de hoofdtoppen en oksels. Structuur blijft open en luchtig door eerdere LST – ideaal voor deze LED. Bladeren ogen donkergroen en gezond, geen zichtbare tekorten. --- 💧 Water & Voeding Watergift om de 2 dagen; potten zijn vlot leeggetrokken. Bloeivoeding gestart (NPK 2-4-6) op 75% sterkte. Extra CalMag toegevoegd om calciumtekort vóór te zijn. Geen tekenen van overvoeding of verbranding. --- 🌿 Training & Verzorging Extra LST toegepast om canopy gelijk te houden. Lichtafstand bijgesteld naar ±35 cm boven de hoogste toppen. Onderste takjes en bladeren weggehaald (lollipopping light) voor luchtcirculatie. --- 📌 Opmerkingen Planten reageren prima op de omschakeling naar bloei. Geen herma's of stress gezien. Luchtvochtigheid verlaagd naar ±50% ter preventie van schimmel. Volgende week: verdere ontwikkeling bloeiharen en begin topvorming.

It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.

The only thing that happened this week was that I added under-canopy lighting. I don't expect much as it's a cheap light with only 24W (four LED strips x 6W), but since it was just lying around, I figured I might as well use it.

Day 104 - Final harvest taken place after I noticed a sprinkling of amber trichomes over most of her flowers. I will update this diary in a week or so with dry weights. I did not bother to weigh it wet. Upper buds seem nice and dense.

Glorious summer sunny days 🌞🌞🌞 The plants has now started blooming well 🌷🌷🌷 Third week of Light Deprivation 👉👉👉👉Every morning at 8:30 am I move the plants in the greenhouse. 👉👉👉👉Every evening at 8:30 pm I move the plants (together with some other strains) inside the growroom (which I don't use in the summer) Before I placed the plant in the growroom, I took these photos outside on the lawn A few days ago I noticed some little insects running around on plant #3. I think they are some members of the Heteroptera family... 😕 They are not harmfull 😇 (See last photo) 👉 Once a week I give the plants a liquid booster with OPF 4:2:8 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm compost extract. Hey everyone 🤗. This week they both continued to develop very well. Flowering day 35 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and the plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 36 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. 89 days!!! I came back after an unplanned long vacation, and when I saw her I immediately realized that today is harvest day, it's a pity that I haven't seen her ripening for the last 12 days, I wasn't with her:D but the result really impressed me, I've never had such a beautiful strain :) the girl has been growing throughout the growth cycle, she's been growing really vigorously!!! Her smell really reminds me of cherries :) the flowers have grown very stiff and full of trichomes, I can't wait to taste her:) the update will be after the harvest has dried up:) good luck to everyone:).

Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

What a week. First off these girls are way to damn small to be 8 f'n weeks in. But I've delt with about 2 weeks of very hot weather eary on. The water temp got up to 85 that I know of. So it fried the roots. I discovered hydrogen peroxide little to late but it has helped. I really thought I was gonna lose a couple this week but they are doing much better. I got my new grow tent lights in. Using them on the main grow room until I get the other new light built but thatbwont be for some time. The other light is almost done. I've got the new pvc pipe frame made. Yaya I know cheap. But hey that's why I did it. I just ordered to more light setups. That puts me at $300 for this light alone. But damn it is so Brite. Right now with just 6 lights on high its at 283watts. I'm adding 2 more that should put me around 376 Watts for a 5x5. These are the large cog legs. I have 3500 wave length ones. I also built a cloner. Shout out to @icanthc for one of his videos that gave me the inspiration to build my own with improvements. I've had bad luck with clones so far so I hope this will help. I'm going to cut down CDG#2. She so damn far behind. I will get 3 cloned out of her. Fingers crossed.
