Day 53 and the second candy kush is done

This was the girls last week! I decided to call them finished on day 63 the tricomes are almost all cloudy, with a small amount of amber. I’ve learned that they continue to degrade as you dry and cure your flower, so I’m trying something new for me, and pull them a little earlier than I usually would. In addition, after watching a podcast (Dude Grows Show) if you don’t know, check it out… I decided to run the lights for 18 hours instead of 12/12 for the last 5 days before harvest. The idea behind this, is to stress the plant enough to increase its natural sunblock/protections, which would be terpenes and tricomes just before you harvest, while also possibly quickening the finishing time for your plant. The group was discussing the benefits of this (listed above) while some already had implemented these practices when finishing plants. The recommended time to run extra light time would be around the last 5-9 days of the plant, without having any nanners or weirdness happening with your plants. Another Defoliation at the end of stretch this week for the Northern and she's now in full bud mode at end of Week 8. 3-4 left I think before the chop and she's just a happy monster. Buds forming nicely on't Chemdawg despite a bit of Nutrient Burn on some of the leaves. Skipped a feed last week and replaced with Molasses only just to help her fight off the excess 2nd Chemdawg looks like she will bud from head to toe a fairly straight forward week for all the girls but started to stink and show their flowers nicely. This week was good, Did the transplant from 7.5L/2Gal to 28L/7Gal, Stared to do some LST but the main stem broke on two "blue and Red" of the three plants. Kinda sucks but a bit to aggressive, on the third plant "yellow" I also used LST just not as strong and got the shape and placement I was looking for. Will have to wait for the others to heal and then I can try again. IDK how long it will take, but I'll give it a full week. Sucks as the tips will be getting more light then the others. I also ran out of soil so had to make up a half batch as well to top off the pots, got about 8L leftover for transplanting the peppers and what not, tents so full I had to remove the clones and one smaller plant. They are growing in a window now. The extras where Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4, Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4, Gaia Green Insect Frass 3-2-4, Gaia Green Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, Bokashi Grains, Epsom Salts, Yeast Powder, Fluvic Acids, Enzymes, Silicon and Multiple Microbes. PH adjusted really low as the amendments have a lot of rock dusts and such, wanted them to be broken down by the time the roots reach em. Watered in with 4L on each container, Should be ok for the first few days, will need to judge how they are doing in a bit and see if their roots are colonizing the new area. no idea how the clones will do outside the tent, Still have them in a plastic bag till I can see roots in the containers they are in. Checking about once a week. My goal is to veg this out for another 3-4 weeks and top it one last time they switch to bloom with a SROG net, should have good coverage and lots of cola sites per plant. She doing so good after the lst I did earlier this week. Topped her towards the end of week 3.

Miss Mango was reaching for the sun this week. She grew 5 inches this week, however, it is still on the small side of 17 total inches. There is a lot of undergrowth on Miss Mango, so I am thinking this may be a bushy plant. The @Zamnesia website: "This plant stays close to the earth, only reaching 2.5ft indoors and around 3.2ft outdoors." I included a magnified picture of a possible flower. @Zamnesia website it says, "All it takes is 10–11 weeks from seed to harvest to really get the best out of this cultivar." So, at 5 weeks, with a magnifier, I am seeing the beginnings of flower. It is only It has been dreadfully hot here and I am giving 1 gallon of nutrients per day. I also have a large pool umbrella shading my plants from the direct sunlight.

Good development like her sister dark devil #3 planted tje same day on August 3rd,good size for 17 days old, let's see how she performs,looks super happy in a very rich and complete soul full of organic amendments and beneficial bacteria and fungi life.

Ladies are doing great, finally fixed the pH problem, so the lockout should be fixed. Great growth, amazingly icy buds, especially pheno #1 is looking incredible. Smells of sour cherry candy with some hints of that gelato too.
