With the new netting up, I switched on the red lights along with the blues to help the plants stretch a bit to reach through the screen. It looks like it is taking effect, so late in the week (Friday) I trimmed some of the lower branches. Last week I FIMmed Zoe and Grace to give River a chance to catch up, and I expected 1 of 2 results: 1) FiMming will encourage growth in the cut plants causing them to grow taler than River, or 2) Things will stabilize and River will be on par with her siblings. But instead, I discovered a 3rd result: River is continuing to grow bigger and thicker each day and is even taller and fuller than her sisters. In addition though, the trimmed plants are developing nice, strong, sizable leaves, and most of the new growth is coming from down below, rather than near the top. Oh, and this week I added a new camera (Wyze) to the time lapses so I can take my pro camera out.

Things are winding up! Have been flushing #2 for a couple of days. Replacing half the water each day.PPM is under 100 and that's been consistent for a day. The harvest will be going into a dark closet in a day where it will stay for 7-10 days (7 I'm sure), then be jarred for curing. 20 branches harvested! BHB#1 is still packing it on! Guesstimate, two more weeks. Will start flush Wednesday taking 50-75% solution out and replacing with water. Weights will be shared after #1 has dried. Have had a couple 'testers' already and am not disappointed. Harvest was better than my last soil grow and this first DWC was not a disaster. I'm happy with it. I'm gonna have to try this strain again as the pheno that I got was not 'The One'😞. It didn't display the really dark, desirable, coloration in the leaves and was EXTREMELY sensitive to nutrients and water amount! Hard as I could try I couldn't get her dialed in. She looks and smells amazing but she ended up much smaller than I expected and was not a big resin producer. Have to see how she smokes after a 4 week cure!😛 I did end up trying out a nug from a jar that was @ 58%RH. It was ROCK HARD, crystallized and smoked incredible! You can immediately feel it hit you right in the forehead, them moves through you with a tranquil relaxing stupor.

Well I configured my tent to run two 750s in air cooled hoods I have some impressive airflow using air mover fans I bought off of a hard ware store as you seen in my other video the light set up.

It's been a big week for these girls and I have a LOT of photos as well as a video. It's a lot to rearrange because I should have uploaded them in better order. Maybe I'll fix it later, but for now most of the content from 8/5 is before 8/1 On 8/1 I purchased some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled them around the base of each plant. My main reasoning was because of the Night Nurse that's been having some problems, but in the end I think all the plants will benefit from the added mycelium, especially during this flowering phase. The mycelium will spread through the root network allowing a greater uptake of nutrients in trade for sugars, which I'm supplementing in the form of molasses. I also defoliated the fan leaves on 8/5 since we're only a couple weeks from harvest. I think it was a good sign that those leaves were strong and weren't easy to come off. We got a lot of rain that day!

Pheno #2 remains a bit smaller in comparison, yet it's catching up with an increase in bud density and trichome development. Day 1 Success! Both seeds germinated after 4 days although considering how tall they already are (2,5 cm / 1 inch) I guess they popped out of the soil yesterday already but I didn't check on them until today. Both seedlings had a piece of the seed shell still attached so I used a qtip and gently removed those shells. Overall humidity in the tent is low but I'm not overly concerned considering the humidity domes, which help to increase the humidity around each seedling. Day 2 Not much to report except that each plant grew 2 cm since yesterday. Day 3 Each plant added another cm of growth. The Blumat Digitals showed that the soil moisture was still in a good range (100-120 mbar) but the topsoil was a bit dry so I sprayed each plant with 1 liter of water (pH 6.5). Day 4 No noticeable vertical growth in either plant but the leaves are getting bigger. Day 5 Leaves are getting larger and another half centimeter of vertical growth. Day 6 Each plant added another half cm of growth. The Blumat Digitals showed that the soil moisture was still in a good range (102-115 mbar) but the topsoil was a bit dry so I sprayed each plant with 1 liter of water (pH 6.5). Day 7 Some additional growth, both vertically and leaf size.

Here we are again to tell you about this crazy strain that we found: White Truffle by Zamnesia, worked with a main lining sent into flowering very quickly due to the arrival of the heat. We can spend two and a half months doing main lining but guys it also depends on the times and many other factors, if it were up to me I would always make trees but you have to adapt. ** We remind all users that we grow two plants per strain, one worked with specific techniques and the other left to grow freely this was main lined. Trichomes and maturation // We did a thorough microscopic analysis 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and noticed a good percentage of milky/lumpy trichomes; The percentage of amber trichomes was also excellent and still a bit transparent, but that's fine for us as we're not crazy about THC oxidation and hyper indica effects around here. Here too some red head trichomes I had mistakenly said that they are a little rarer but obviously I was wrong sorry guys and girls. The grow ended on day 100 from seed. The latest trichome check showed plenty of amber on the buds, so it was time for her to come down. 784g/27.66oz wet - anticipating perhaps 5-6oz dry - time will tell. Overall this grow has gone pretty smoothly. Update 14/6/25: ---------- Final yield was 4.815oz (136.5g) dry.

Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. This week, the plant is feeding heavily and has grown well. I super cropped the main stem to help with the plant becoming too tall. It has taken very well. The plant was becoming very tall so I thought this would be something to try out.
