Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. Light defoliation next week switch to overdrive in place of rhino skin, for next 3 weeks then flushing begins with distilled water,till leaves fade and trichomes turn 20% amber.

The el dorado og is a fast growing plant. I can tell this plant is going to be a strecher. Also this plant in particular loves water. It prefers to have the soil watered again when the soil is still a little damp this strain starts to show stress from lack of water if you let the soil dry out to much It’s day 41 from seed all of the plants are starting to really take off.

Now all germinate and i really happy about that. They get their daily bath on the balcony if possible!

Things are going well , almost done 2 weeks of flowering already tops are forming up nicely very excited to see what the future hold in store for me with these 2 lovely ladies I might start training them soon depending on growth so stay tuned for that ! I seem to be improving every time -based on the quantities obtained (70g of buds +15g of leaves) 😁 - this time a marvel of smells and flavors came out 😍 the apical top is decidedly fatter than GG1 (this time I avoided messing with the pH) as well as all the other buds 😍 I don't have much experience with the various strains for now, but I definitely love this one

AMS Supreme is doing really good with the Athena Nutrition, under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. She is stacking nicely , and starting to develop a aroma. She is due for a solution change very soon. She has been drinking a lot, she should be a nice harvest if she stays on current path. Nothing else to report at this time. 16.03.21 alles läuft super die Damen erholen sich immer besser von meinem entlauben 1x die Woche. Sie sind nicht wirklich Stress empfindlich und nehmen das Training sehr gut an. Hab das Netz jetzt auf 20cm über dem Topf eingerichtet und beginne nun alles zu verteilen werde wohl nächste Woche in die blüte gehen hab Schiss das mir sonst das Netz zu voll wird und ich die höhen Kontrolle verliere weil nicht genug Platz zur Seite da ist. Mal sehen was diese Woche so bringt.... Edit:21.03.21 so heute is tag 70 ab samen einpflanzung mein letzter tag in der vegi phase wenn heut abend das Licht aus geht stelle ich auf 12/12. Hab heute schon mal angefangen für mehr luft unterm netz zu sorgen die Pflanzen haben diese Woche wieder alles gut mit gemacht der Dauer stress macht ihnen nichts aus hab bis jetzt auch noch keine Nährstoff Mängel oder Überschüsse feststellen dürfen bei ihr alles in allem eine sehr stabile Genetik bis jetzt.....

Update: I made a Flowering feed guide for myself so I figured I would share it. I'm going to do a small flush on them soon to remove nutrient buildup. I'm sure it will help finished quality. The first girl has been stretching all week. I have had to LST branches to keep her short. I hope she is done stretching but if not I will just keep tying branches down. She did make it too close to a light and it burned one of her buds. It did not cause any issues tho. On the second girl I was tying down the main stem and damn near snapped it off. I freaked out and cried IRL. 😭 I braced the top broken half and taped it up then I gave her a large dose of Silica and Recharge to help her recover. Only the broken top of the main stem went a droopy for 4 days and she almost stopped growing. She developed some rust spots on some of her fan leafs. I gave her Cal-Mag the second I saw the spots developing but they developed regardless. My guess is that she used energy in her fan leafs to help her recover. The good news is she looks fully recovered. 👊 I can feel a knot where the break is, very fast recovery for such a bad break. For sure this was my worst LTS accident to date. I will get a pictures of the break when I feel comfortable removing the tape. I upgraded there lights with 2x 100w 3000k flood lights with the lens plate removed. I have had really good results with these lights in previous grows and they are thin so they fit perfectly. I now have: 2x Castnoo 300s (really 100w) 1 Grow Star 150 UFO(really 70w) 2x Viugreum 100w 3000k thin flood lights (really 60w) 2x MAIICY 45w (really 30w) That's a total of 450 true watts. 225w for each of these girls. Very bright inside. Maybe over kill?

Starting the week defoliating the babies, hopefully, they'll get more light penetration and recover in the pre-flowering phase, I think two more weeks until flowering stage.
