So here we are, day 72 september 8th. RIP first grow, I shoulda had a dehumidifier guys.... The 3 other plants are transpiring wayyyy too much and I didn't realize how much of a humidity problem it would cause. Low and behold, it ruined my girl. I believe only the main cola is affected. Can I chop her top off and continue on till the rest of her buds ripen? What can I do ?? Please help I fucked up, this really sucks ass.... EDIT EDIT: ITS NOT ROT YAY! IT'S SPIDER MITES I BELIEVE! I saw a little red bug and i was like OH SHIT. Turns out they can leave little webs in your buds. Any recommendations on how to treat this ? EDIT 9/10: Okay, after not wanting to believe it was mold.... it was mold. lol. I removed the top part of the main cola that was in the early stages of bud rot (botrytis) I have never seen the inside of a developing bud like this. I wasn't really sure exactly what I was looking at lol. So I probably removed more than I had to and some parts probably could have been salvaged but fuck that I just got rid of all of it. Cleaned the tent with lysol disinfecting wipes and got a cheap dehumidifier. I am almost 100 percent sure I am gonna have to buy a 150-200$ dehu in the near future..... i hope not tho. ALSO, changed light schedule back to 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Hopefully this will help with some cooler temps during the day. :) and @Philindicus recommended I switch it, I am gonna take his advice this time after he warned me of mold issues xDDD Sept 11th Day 75 - Got a 50 pint GE dehu setup today, big boy moves. Plants are thriving now, 55% RH controlled and ooooo its so nice! Feels good to regain control over the grow again xD. Will post some nice pics tomorrow :) Sept 12th day 76 - sorry no pics again today, just been super busy :p Plants are still thriving, currently 50% rh in the tent and 74.5f degrees :) TEXTBOOK! This week I did a single topping at the 5th node. Along with this I applied low stress training and tucking to expose the new growth.

27.4.//Definitely those flying bugs were Fungus gnats. The soil was infected even I bought it in the store. So I had to use the insecticide which I'll attach as a photo; There is great natural replacement for this poison - Neem oil mixed with Hydrogen peroxide but unfortunately I couldn't find pure Neem oil in my country. 2.5. //plants are looking healthy and beautiful. Each plant has a fourth tier of leafs; Each plant is 5cm tall. 4.5.//finally I've got two more lights and now each plant is covered by 100w led light; Humidity began to rise as the plants also began to grow and humidity reached 62%;

Day 58 - As you can see, buds are looking full but still looking like they want to go a bit longer, checking the trichomes frequently and seeing a lot of cloudy.. think i saw the first few ambers too. Any how, we shall keep going. Flush time soon. Day 62 - Looking good, smelling better.. really fruity and sweet. Seems ripe too. Feeds lowered and a little flush. Buds are rock hard, very dense and sticky. Looking forward to harvesting. She will be ready by day 63, but I'll see weather or not ill let her go longer. Stay tuned. Day 64 - trichomes ready, little flush and shes ready for the chop. Beautiful smelling strain and easy to grow. Very hard dense gassy and sweet buds. Once dry and cure, will be back with a little update.

(Expected flowering: 9 weeks) Germination: 24h 7/9, 48h 8/9, 72h 9/9 Transplant: 4(6)/9 not sure yet, some issues with overwatering, rot and previous week Paris heatwave prolly luckily i have some back up plant nearly ready for transplant in the veg area, so gonna use them to fill the tent empty slot this cycle.

Day 36. Girl is a stretcher, will have to do something, but most damage is behind and I think next watering I'll give her food again. Couple leaves taken off, couple branches bended , thinking to put support after main stretch will be over. Happy Growing !!!

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

The girls have chilled right out growing up and are growing out an phat , I’m seeing some purple there . Big defoliation coming up as soon as I can move that auto out which is looking chunky as but a bit on the small side prolly due to the 12/12 , still odds on to have some fresh Chrissy smoko .

I love my west Coast OG from fastbuds.. The smell is crazy and after I touched a bud I couldn't believe the smell and the stickyness... Wow.. Aug 10 I just flushed today.. might have been feeding her to much last week and my leaves started to get brown spots... Buds are getting thicker and they're very hard now.. Think I have 2 or 3 weeks left... Been under the mars hydro sp150 and it's really doing it's job... Update... After flush looks like pH is a bit high I guess but not crazy high

Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it . Desde el momento uno fue fácil de cultivar, no tuve ningún problema en todo su desarrolló. Como planta supero todas mis expectativas, se encuentran densos y muy pegajosos los cocos. En algunos hay partes de color violeta/lila. Y por ultimo recomiendo mucho cultivar esta genética por lo sencillo que fue cultivarla y sus resultados finales, todo de diez.

Moved them outside today for extra light and some good sun... They responded well with leafs praying upwards... The 1 small Sour Puffs is still compact and definitely one I am looking at for the future breeding project
