Grow diary 11 stage 7 Day 61-70 She has had to fend for herself most of the last 9 days. When I got back I was hoping she would be in flower. 70 days in and not in flower so she has fucked up my schedule a bit. But on the plus side she going to have a bigger harvest from the extra veg time.

Hey Friends, end of week 9 from seed Plant #1 is growing big, not too much flower yet I started noticing a weird smell coming out from the plant. The nutrients I use do not have a pleasant smell but this smell coming out from the plant smells very weird. When i touch the leaf with my finger it leaves a strong smell like Lemon and green mango which is good, but when I put my nose close to the cola it smells weird like wet socks. I searched for mold and didn't see any signs. The plant looks healthy, humidity is at 51% Temperature 76 f This week I also noticed some of the leaf stems close to the light were turning red, only the top ones were turning red so I lowered light intensity and the stems are slowly turning back to green. Looking forward in seeing some flower development in week 10, will keep you guys posted, see you next week 😊

1/21: I rotated the edge plants and foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/22: I fed them about 3/4 gallon each after top-dressing their pots with a heaping tablespoon of happy frog cavern culture( bat and seabird guano). That will make some P and K available to them over the next 2 weeks as they begin to flower. Aside from that, I went with full strength veg nutes because I'm still seeing some yellowing and som cal-mag deficiencies. I also added some more liquid molasses. They're gonna need the energy as they start their stretch. I foliar fed a few times throughout the day with big bloom. 1/23: EXPLOSIVE GROWTH last night...love it...everybody is stretching...pretty sure the 14/10 photoperiod is working!! I foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/24: These girls look particularly sativa in leaf shape and plant structure. The one that ignored my FIM job has the typical pyramidal/coniferous shape. I'll probably tie her main down tonight or tomorrow to encourage the lowers to gain some altitude. 1/25: I tied down the mains of both of them today, then watered with about a half-gallon including cal-mag, humic acid, bembe, armor si, and signal. 1/26: Tied down more branches and raised the lights a few inches. 1/27: No pistils yet on either of these two... That's it for week 5-

So this week has really absolutely crawled by from my perspective, I imagine it is common with growing that the closer you get to harvest the further away it seems. Anyway I am a bit worried about the middle sized plant - she has a lot more yellowing of fan leaves from the inside out. My reaction to this was to flush her with clean water, my thinking is that everything was fine before I started feeding, and perhaps I didn't mix properly and the soluble stuff was unevenly distributed. That was yesterday (week 6 day 4) It's too soon to tell if this has helped, fingers crossed it doesn't begin to affect other leaves. Despite this being only 5 days into week 6, there have already been fairly drastic changes. Some of the buds are starting to fatten more, and I'd say we're at about 15% pistils amber now, the smell has noticeably increased day by day. It's really beautiful to look the plants in the dark with a flashlight or phone light, the way the light bounces off the frosting of trichomes, as if someone had sneaked in the middle of the night and misted my plants with a million tiny diamonds. I think I will stop feeding the middle plant now and water only (unless it gets worse). The other two I will continue to feed until the end of this week. At the rate of accelerated change I suspect harvest time may not be too long past the end of next week. It's a shame they don't have much more time to grow but at least what small quantity does come from them, I am determined it is harvested at the right time. At the end of week six I have watered only as I now think these plants are maybe 7-12 days away from harvest.

Noticed some yellowing tips. I think I need to dial back the nutrients a bit. I increased them last week to see what they could handle. There is a lot more growth than I expected this time and I've let them veg longer than I usually like to but it was necessary to let them recover from my previous mistakes. Tomorrow will be a good day to defoliate and start the flip into flower. If it isn't nutrient burn, then what is causing the yellowing leaves and tips?

The Blackberry Moonrocks have a really solid structure, they're looking super healthy. They're nice and big, but it does seem like they could be stretching a bit more. We might need to adjust the lighting or the nutrients to encourage them to grow taller. Well, another year has come and gone. New week, new growth.. Will hopefully start the LST and Topping in a few days. They are really starting to grow. Fan leaves looking healthy and big. Girls coming with vigorous growth now, everything dialled in and happy. Just adjusting the EC/pH as needed when the girls show me the relevant signs/deficiencies if any. D31/D35- Decided they were in a good enough place to start topping the girls, all 6 topped and just some defoliation of the bigger fan leaves that are shading the growth shoots some HST was also done. We were also due a water change, so I cleaned the whole system just to keep things extra cleanly, very important in a RDWC system. I also switched over to a sterile system instead of using beneficial bacteria so I will experiment and see how this goes. Time to let the girls ecover before the next training session. Cruise control for now.

April 23 Fading leaves and turning purple. I'm making sure to do my due diligence in removing all dead leaves between the buds as they die, so that I'm not having dead leaves stuck in the bud as it dries. Trichomes aren't quite where I want them yet. The ones nearest the light are orange, but not much orange is anywhere else.

(You noted solution pH ~6.3, low input EC because the medium is pre-charged, and healthy daily uptake at ~1.5–2.0 L per plant, irrigating around 19–20% substrate dryness, kept as operational context.) ⸻ Environment, Monitoring & Why It Matters • Temperature & RH: ~29.6 °C and 67% RH.
