Wizard Fuel - Wizard Trees Day 77 - Watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3 💪🏻 Great week, she is bulking like crazy and requires feeding every second day, her buds are getting so big🤘🏻 I removed a couple of the lower hanging fan leaves and that's pretty much it, she has been a super easy grow so far!!

An in to soil she and her sister testers go, i know that for know everything looks the same , apart from the photos, but this will start changing with them growing. For now all of them are growing pretty much the same and now that they move in to soil and start feedings they will start showing the phenotype and genetic differences, but for now all looking great , healthy and strong af!!! This week went well. No water or food for the girls because I have been busy. They seem happy . Glad to see Mantisis patrolling the greenhouse. Pretty good for now i did not have to train themthis week

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Starting the week healthy after a week of recovering from nuit burn. Strong growth continues and added a 3000W LED in the middle. Lights as far up as possible and raised the reflective curtain to capture the escaping light. The tallest tops do not appreciate the speed two of the fans. Lowered to speed one and added an oscillating fan to move air below the canopy.

great strain, it has an awesome scent and taste, average yield but really great buds! it was a pleasure to grow it, i harvested a bit early but due to bad weather and high RH i had to harvest

4/20: I have 3 good clones of the shortie growing, and another FFT6 seedling. 5/1: The seedling is now in a 5 gallon pot outdoors, and 2 of the clones are in my closet getting ready to be transplanted into 5 gallon pots and moved outdoors. One of the FFT6 clones will be grown in my tiny tent. 5/6: I took the last two clones outdoors and fed them really well. I also did some training on the seedling and the clone in my tiny tent. 5/7: I did a foliar application of Axiom Harpin proteins today. 5/9-5/11: Did foliar feeding and lots of training every day. 5/12 - 5/17: Fed the outdoor girls on the 13th, then we had lots of rain all week. The seedling is a beast. Installed a new 200w 3000k waterproof LED over the outdoor plants. The indoor clone looks great. I gave her some water on the 16th. 5/18 - 5/19: The seedling and two clones outdoors are all flowering?!?! I suppose it's because I germ'd and vegged them for a month under 24/0 before taking them outdoors under 14/10 of daylight... I'm really hoping she sees the days getting longer and goes back to vegging. I need time to bush her up really well! I ordered another 200w 3000k waterproof LED to replace the two cool white 60w LED's, so that will be 550w total watts of lighting outdoors in addition to the 5'ish hours of direct sunlight they get at mid-day, and the tree-diffused sunlight they get for the rest of the day. Thinking about trying a product called Bud Bomb...has lots of hormones, cytokinins, and auxins that when applied at the beginning of flowering supposedly causes more lateral branching and less vertical stretch. As it is, I'm spending too much time training her and the other outdoor plants to stay below the eyeline of nosy neighbors, so I'm really considering giving it a shot... 5/20: I went for it and sprayed them with Bud Bomb this morning...hope it works like they claim.. 5/21 - 7/4: The clone i grew in the tiny tent got to move in under the quantum boards for her last 2 weeks and fattened up nicely. I harvested her on 6/28 and washed her buds, then jarred and weighed her on 7/3. She produced 110g of cola and 51g of lower bud...very little of it was larfy.👍 After a few great weeks flowering outdoors, i was invaded by spider mites and grasshoppers. The #6 seed-grown plant didn't make it, but i brought the #6 clone indoors and treated her for spider mites a few times, along with the 2 x #1 clones and the #7 plant. That outdoor clone now in my closet is still flowering as of 7/4, but had her last dose of nutes on 7/3. Flushing in a few days.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy.
