Week 8 flower and the Sour Diesel is still fattening up and looks like about 2 weeks to go. Going to swell good I think. Lots of frost and getting thick. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn Sour Diesel are turning out really good and smell like gas and are strong on the nose! Thanks for the view

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Plant starting to flower. Removed a few fan leaves that were blocking the centre if the plant. Started to increase the power of the light slowly while keeping 12" (30cm) away from the top of the plant. Increased the feed by adding: 2ml of Seaweed and 2ml of Miracle-Gro to 2 litres of water with a 6.1ph - 6.5ph range.

Day 78. Humidity keeps very high, all fans on max, extraction exhaust is on 70%. Day 83. Found maybe WPM on one plant, so now all air movement on max of all maxes ;)))) Happy Growing !!!

Overall, we are very pleased with the end result of this grow! For the harvesting process itself - once the trichomes on the buds were milky white (see zoomed in photo above), we cut down the branches and hung to dry in the tent. The light was on in the photo to display the hanging to dry method, but the lights were turned off for the duration of the drying process. On the first day the buds were hanging, all large fan leaves were trimmed. Over the course of the next week, day by day, more leaves were trimmed. After 8/9 days of drying, the buds were ready to move into the curing stage (the test for this: the skinny branches would snap when bent, and the thicker branches were near snapping when bent). On day 9, buds were cut from the branches, trimming off the final accessible leaves, without damaging the trichomes, and placed in glass jars with dehumidifier pouches to begin the curing process. For the first 7 days, the jars were opened (burped) for 10 minutes twice daily. After the first week, burping was reduced to once a day and then every few days. Strain first tested after 10 days of curing, but cured for a total of 4 for optimal results. Citrusy flavor, excellent sativa for mellow productivity and a mood boost. Now that I have my first grow under my belt, it's time to move onto the next!

Day 28 - These ladies are growing like crazy! 2 of them are already almost as tall as my white widow autos that are about 2 weeks ahead! Day 30 - Still stretching like crazy, starting to look much better though I have to say! Day 32 - Ladies are starting to get nice & purple!

Moon rock auto has been progressing more into her flowering stage. I have been keeping up on her kst and selective defoliation when needed. Not much has changed beside she is just getting bigger. I don't forsee this plant getting really big. I could be wrong. Nothing more to report on. Good start to the week, of course it's only been the first day. Got the humidity up with a new humidifier and all has been great for a couple days. "Plant Success Revolution: Great White" Is in, so that'll be used once I repot as an inoculant as well as a root dusting. Depending on the growth of the plants over the next couple days to a week, I'll be repotting this week or next week sometime. Updates as they come; of course. - This prior week's timelapse will be up tomorrow. -2/23/2021 Gave a foliar spray of kelp extract right before lights out, the morning of 2/24 I noticed gray/white staining on the leaves where the droplets were. Will keep an eye on it. -2/24/2021 Carl 2 looks to be experiencing a deficiency, perhaps a nitrogen deficiency. Slight yellow mottling of the lower leaves. As with the spots, will keep my eye on it. -2/25/2021 Carl 2 is certainly experiencing what I believe is a nitrogen deficiency. Will be feeding properly next watering. -2/25/2021 Additionally, Carl 2 has definitely been helped by the kelp. It's almost the size of the plant that had been larger before and hadn't been sprayed with the kelp foliar. -2/26/2021 All plants were root drenched with some Great White Mycorrhizae - Should be fun too see how this plays out. The feed concentration in the "nutrients" section is NOT accurate. I put a light dusting into the sprayer. -2/28/2021 - Significant growth from all plants, seems the kelp and the GWM are doing their jobs.

We added a 300w unit farm light for the girls hopefully they don't get to upset in the shift.

These girls are in full flower now. Each day is a blessing as you can see the pistols and flowers developing daily. They smell like a fresh open can of 7up. Absolutely wild. I'm excited for the upcoming week's. Happy Growing.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la quinta semana de floración de estas Thunder Banana de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de floración. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor, cambié el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y también apliqué una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, las flores están tricomando que da miedo. Hello everyone week 4 has passed 😎 They are very well growing at fast pace and with a beautiful green colour on the leaves🤩 I’m so impressed with the roots structure😳⚡️ For the nutrient my homemade fertiliser 100% bio🌿 For the light schedule they spend around 16 hours outside full of sunlight☀️ Some LST🔗 Its the last week before 12/12 I will force the plants to flower in my garage 100% lightproof😎 See you next week…

Dia actual: 37🤩💪🌱 Estas semanas fueron regadas con "SHOT", "N", "A" y "F" de @treemixpro El "SHOT" es un concentrado de Nitrogeno que se disuelve en 5 LTS de agua, hemos puesto unos 800ML a cada planta. Las Amnesia aparentemente sufrieron un bloque de Calcio debido al PH, hemos puesto para solucionar esto: Dolomita de @cultivatesustratos Las amnesia son las unicas que sufrieron carencias hasta el momento.

Ladies and gentlemen, today is day 27, and this girl is doing great.. i just gave her a feeding around the rim of the pot .. she's leaning a little bit because my eternity grow plant is taking up all the tent, and this poor little girl is struggling to get light.. She's looking good though she will prevail and I believe end up being a great plant.. Kannabia seeds much appreciated. You guys are great genetics, so far doing great as well..
