Week 6 begins for LSD and Green Crack! These ladies were thirsty! They will get an extra 1/2 round of feeding later this week to satisfy their hunger. LSD smells so fruity and citrusy and is frosty. Hopefully they'll bulk up from here to the finish line. Green Crack is just starting to show frost, she's got lots of bud development, but still waiting for them to bulk up over the next 2-3 weeks. Sorry for the late update. It's been a hectic week at home and I barely had time to do the basic work. Bit of a nightmare also. These Pinapple are flying along and probably have 2 mabey 2,1/2 weeks left until harvest. I'm now getting leaf damage on both plants despite keeping EC below 1.8 at all times. Really cant put my finger on it but I've decided just to let them run out and ill try and be more thorough on my next attempt with this strain. Really happy with them despite that and bud structure is looking really great.

This plant has been full of surprises this week lol. First I found spider mites! Then I found a little powdery mildew 🤬🤬 Well.... now that the bad news is out of the way how about some good news. She is starting to really fatten up. The smell of this girl is fantastic😎 It really smells better by the day!! 🤪 She has been yellowing out a bit quickly as of late so I may need to add a bit more feather meal and kelp meal to her top dressing routine. I may also add some cal-mag to a watering here and there as needed. I have some predatory mites and ladybugs coming soon so the spider mites time is running out🤨. As for the powdery mildew, I will have to spray her every 3-4 days with greencure to keep it from invading my precious flowers. Greencure is an outdoor farmers best bud!! (Pun intended). I’ve been in this battle before. It comes with the territory when growing in a greenhouse outdoors. Sit back and enjoy y’all. I’ll get this lady to the finish line. 😎🍿

Hi Gromie's, well it's the end of another problem free week! Week 9 going into week 10 of veg! I don't usually veg for this long but I'm just trying to get the timing right for perpetual harvest. Plants in flowering tent were harvested & drying now for 5 days, so these girls will be transferred to the flowering tent in the next few days for the start of flowering, I've allready planted new seeds for the following grow, so just trying to get on top of the timing for everything related with perpetual growing. Thinking of setting up a 4x2 tent with a 4 inch extraction fan & filter for drying, so I can cut out around a week, that way as soon as I've harvested & cleaned the tent I can transfer plants from veg instead of having to dry in the flowering tent. Have developed really strong & thick structure's from the H.S.T & L.S.T training. Plants are nice & healthy. Performed 1 last defoliation before they go to flower as they get very bushy quickly.

Day 29- I topped all of them except the little ones plus a Love Drunk and the Fruity Pebbles. I also removed the lower branches from the bottom three nodes. I didn’t feed today, instead it was plain RO water, their feed will be later in the week. My phone cut out in the video as it ran out of juice. But the discoloration inside the new growth has been outgrown, even though it is once again appearing in the next set of leaves. I really hope she hangs in there! Morning Glory stands 6” tall. The rest are approx. 5” tall and the littles about half that. Day 31- As I suspected, the whopper dose of potassium from that seaweed bliss is showing itself potentially. The not Fruity Pebbles that already has been looking off, was pushed to far with the potassium. I believe the excess of potassium to be causing a manganese deficiency. Not the magnesium found in Epsom Salt, but the other more uncommon one. I read up, did some quick research, and this is my most likely conclusion as the fruity pebbles is exhibiting almost textbook description of manganese deficiency. The cause being too much potassium. To my fortune, I found manganese from the fox farm Bushdoctor!! Also, I will add Botanicare Fulvex at half strength. Mainly to help absorption and include some Mg to help mitigate all the potassium. Fingers crossed! Tonight I will foliar feed the rest, that way they can stay out in the sun for now.

Strawberry Amnesia is growing well. I have defoliated her and lollipopped her some today. I switched her light time today for flowering. I will do a solution change on her next update. Everything is looking good. With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Week 13, Week 13 is the final week! Woohoo! I used some ClearEx at the start of the week to help the flushing process. I am beyond happy with the results. The buds are big and dense! Super easy week, just watering the ladies when they need it. Still concerned about the humidity so I’m going to start using my dehumidifier outside of the tent. I’ll monitor the humidity each day and set my humidifier on a schedule based upon the data collected. Soon I’ll be adding in another layer of netting to help support the branches and space them out more for better airflow and a more “sea of green” look. I usually vegetate for longer but I wanted to see if I could shorten my grow times and produce about the same results. Time will tell!
