As promised — I fixed everything, dialed it in 🙂
Plants are doing great now, growing fast and looking healthy.
You often see people asking: “My runoff pH keeps dropping, what should I do?”
I used to recommend increasing potassium, even though at that point it was just a theoretical assumption — I hadn’t actually tested it yet.
Well… now I have. And it works.
Situation:
Input pH is stable around ~5.8, but runoff pH keeps dropping over time (in my case down to 5.2, even 4.7 on one plant).
At the same time, EC is either dropping or at least not increasing.
I tried light flushing — yes, it helps temporarily, but:
Only short-term — next day pH drops again
Adds unnecessary stress to the plant (basically suffocating the roots)
Solution:
Increase potassium.
First, I boosted it by about +50%, then added another +30% on top of that.
Example: I had ~2 ml per 10L → increased to 4 ml → after 2 days up to 5.5 ml of Canna Mono K.
It took about 3 days to stabilize — runoff pH went back up to ~5.7–6.0.
If you’re using base nutrients:
Just get some Canna Mono K — it’s made exactly for situations like this.
Yeah, I know I’m basically mixing my whole solution around it, even though Canna says you can’t build a complete feed with it alone — but in practice, it works for me.
Also, side note — now 10L lasts me about 2 days.
And that’s it for veg — switched to 12/12 on day 36.

Trim jail was real on this one. Put a pillow behind the back and that really made life easier. Next time will be lollipopping this variety to make the process easier all around.

White Domina from Kannabia Seed Company — Day 23
Everything is going great, and she’s really spreading out — over 30 cm wide now! She looks amazing, with big, healthy leaves, already showing more than 6 fingers per leaf. After topping, she has gained noticeable mass in just 6 days — a real chunky girl 💪
She has very beautiful leaves with an interesting, almost round shape, reminding me a bit of strawberry leaves. The color is rich and vibrant, and she’s already starting to give off a light aroma — not strong yet, but definitely noticeable.
Also, take a look at the leaf shape and how thick the stem has become — she’s building a very strong structure.
Watering: 0.5L every 2 days
Today we stretched her out again and will continue to enjoy watching her grow.
Lighting: 50% power, about 45 cm from the top
Temperature — Day: up to 27°C | Night: 19–22°C
Humidity — around 80% day and night
We are not using any nutrients yet, as the soil is already rich and provides everything she needs for now.

26.2. - Yesterday I've dropped the light lower and it's already doing it's work. Plants got noticeably back to bud development. Gelato plant is just an experiment at this point as that pheno went completely mad 😁

28.2. - I've cut down the Gelato plant. Unfortunately, it would not yield any decent buds. Rest in peace Gelato
29.2. - Week wrap-up: I'm left with 4 plants. 2 creamatics got their last feeding today, only water for one more week. Two fritters will be feeded at least one more week and then I will reconsider. However, it was fine week as buds got more big and dense 😎 Watered 💧

La White Runtz è andata a salire più di tutte con un gambo principale enorme e i vari rami laterali anche loro vanno su molto verticali senza aprirsi per cercare luce✨ Anche le foglie prendi sole sono enormi, ieri le ho bagnate con 0.6L 1500ms/cm ph 6,6 (21ºC) usando fertilizzanti Atami e Canna
La prossima volta sciacquio e poi saliamo a 1600 EC 😃🙌🔱💯💚🎬✨

Week 3 started off good but ended horrible. I finally made my first big fu🤬k up. After LSTing on day 19 the next day I tried tighten up the LST and ended up snapping the main stock🤦♂️🏾 Forcing me to try and mainline just to save her, so now I’m just hoping for da best. On da positive side at least it happened to one of the freebie seeds from seedsman and not one that I spent a pretty penny for

she is putting on weight even with all the burned leaves
I believe Jeff123fish is right about the soil being toxic - the run off had about 1000ppms but the pH was good and I think the light distance was a little close and just accelerated the already damaged leaves. I flushed and raised the lights some. She smells like skittles and I think she will pull thru just fine.

Hey guys! Getting close to the finish line here.
NL1, Mimosa and GSC are ready to start flushing NL 2 just keeps on streching and it's seems to be a bit slower flowering, maybe a pheno more sativa leaning. She's about a week behind the others so will feed for a week more and see
where she stands. The smells is really getting strong, and even I have a carbon filter my house has a slight delicious aroma of pine tree ( from NL1) and cheesecake with some sourness ( from MC). They are all getting very frosty.

Flipping today 12 12 9/15.
Finally will be flowering at proper temps.
Did some defol and bending, took last cuts.
All these ladies good my diy immune boosters and triggers.
They also of course got natural growth stims i have researched seems to work making them huge.
Gonna hittem with more cytokinins aftern eylthylene foliar which will self prune it and control some stretch too.

2 week vegetation
The little plant looks weak and pale, and once again it seems like the leaves are curling up like a taco. And I really feel like it’s developing just like my other Purple Lemonade.
I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong with this strain. The Gelato and the Frostbanger are doing great under identical or nearly identical care and conditions. But maybe I’m worrying for nothing, and she’ll be going full throttle next week. Maybe someone has some advice for me?

Did a top watering this week with some nutes added. Then back to plain RO water in the SIP. Seeing some light burn so lowered the PAR from avg 650 to 550. Tried a Co2 canister but without a proper lung room for this 10 x 5, it was pretty useless. Really getting into this hobby, love the abundance of free knowledge and different techniques available. Starting to resent those who I see bragging about "trade secrets". I've been spending more time in hash making discords, hash making twitch streams, and grower instagrams. It never ceases to amaze me what we can learn for free with some motivation and the internet.
*I am growing 4 plants here, but only tracking one.

Not much for feeding this week, accept for the Rezin and some blood meal since she's not as dark green as I would like. Nodes are looking okay so I'm leaving it at current light distance to keep them closer together.
Did a large trim and another spray for thrips. Microbe populations are also looking good.

She's growing very tall and she has forced me to move my light as high as I can. She has also forced me to raise the other 3 plants in the tent. She's starting to build some very long colas.
