The photoperiodic Blue Dream gave us this magnificent main cola which is the most exciting visual part but guys, you should smell what this beauty has. A real marvel I am very happy with her. Also here excellent resin and resistance to the first heat.
** Remember that we have two plants per strain one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques.
Description // This plant was simply left to grow straight, free and beautiful and the result was really excellent. The scent is its hidden strength, great fragrance in the room and soon in the jars. It did not give us particular problems and was very fast to flower.
Trichomes and maturation // We did a thorough microscopic analysis 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and noticed a good percentage of milky/lumpy trichomes; The percentage of amber trichomes was also excellent and still a bit transparent, but that's fine for us as we're not crazy about THC oxidation and hyper indica effects around here.
Fertilizers and soil // We used the Plagron organic fertilizer range, all the recommended additives and Pro Mix soil, both unfertilized and organic. Calculate the dosage according to your needs on the website

Whats up!! Harvesting a little earlier than when i would like, because of the rise of bugs that appeared last days due to climate conditions... this year temperatures are oscillating more than usual having 1 rainy week, then a sunny hot one just after it rains.. In fact, last year, it did not rain until November
So the plagues were on the leaves, mildew powdery(just a coulpe of leaves),aphids(like just in the leaves of one cola), and some caterpillars almost ready to get out and start eating all the buds, (hopefully i cut that day)..
Sounds bad, but the parts of the plant affected was only the leaves... and means that a proper cleaning is coming so removed all the leaves and the result is what you can see, that bonsai.. Spotted 2 dead material points in big colas, that i removed after drying..
I did not weight the plant wet because of the smell that i had on my house that day, things went very tense, i was a bit busy, and even, it has not much sense to me, im better weighting the dry material.
So at the end i think im having very good quality, and the affected parts are less than i thouth at first, so im very happy with the results..
On the scales are the best buds, the rest is the lower part of the colas that were less developed so im doing hash with that part..

Week 5, nothing much, i actually let her chill for a bit.
Watered with 5L, 5.9 PH, 1ml/L PowerRoots and 3ml/L Terra Grow. She is doing great!
Some light defoliation of the crowded lower half, and some slight LST readjustments. Her cracks from the training week 3/4 are healing nicely!
Planning to flip to flower during late week 6 or beginning week 7.

Last week was the last feed week we will be flushing the plants for the last two weeks of this grow flushing with kleens by cyco and a touch of molasses to finish of this grow of the year harvest in two weeks

12/10 Week 11
Wow last week on Layla so bread and water hold the carbs for her now on.
Doubt if Maggie will be finished but may be forced to move her on anyway, we will see. I would hate that
Gotta decide soon on feeding her as they will need water tomorrow

Its decided Maggie will be allowed to finish off and I will find a way to keep em all happy.
Something special may be happening there, want to see it.
Layla though is about done just some ripening and then harvest.
one gal each @6.4, Layla just water, Maggie got the PK boost 12/ml but remember there is a good bit of Dr. Earth still in the pot so cant really starve em.
Update
Ok here is the plan.
Another grow in veg has yet to get into flower which is great though its due just any day, feeding it some bloom nuets in the mix to keep it in veg... we hope.
But when it goes into flowering stretch at least one needs to rotate into the flower tent so harvest Layla, one may remain in the small tent till Maggie goes.

Maggie's buds have gotten so heavy I had to make a quick trellis out of 3 ft stakes and twine to support them and give the rest of the tent room.

Seriously thinking of dropping Brandy from the grow totals, she was just so stunted just one of Laylas buds is going to out produce her.

This is number 3 of 3 !!!
This one bolted from day 1! Ended up close to 1.5 metres. Took a lot of time defoliating watering but turned out amazing one of the best I’ve grew to date
It’s been a few week since I last posted and now the buds are dry just under 6 oz!
The smoke is super smooth super strong
The buds are solid and so full of resin they just crumble with crystals sticking to fingers absolute top shelf green

Jan 26th - pH 6.4, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, Temp 75f, Humidity 40% - Water Change! Keeping the higher pH right now, I lowered the CalMag by 10ml total, and I'm trying to get the VPD under control but I doubt I'll be able to in this closet setup. Next water change I'm going to lower the nutrients in hopes of getting less nutrient burn, and stopping this girl from growing any taller! She tops out at 33.5 inches on her tallest cola, and I have no more room to give it, the lights are as high as they can go. More so than I thought before tbh. Just going to have to run them lower and use more side lighting.

Jan 30th - pH 6.4, PPM 830, 1.7 EC, Temp 77f, Humidity 63% - Water Changed (3gal)! Still kept a higher pH, but I lowered the nutrients to a light feeding schedule according to the FloraSeries feed chart and as well as the amount of CalMag and Sweet Berry.

For my first ever harvest to finish. I am proud got 59.85gs for an autoflower and no prior experience I am pleased. I learned alot and want a better finished yield for the future but pleased with this girl an her turn out.

We are talking about and showing the second Northern Lights on harvest day, DAY 63, Week 09. Remember we have another plant that is going and we divide them by the other two weeks to distinguish them.
This is a beautiful plant, it has resined in an excellent way, it did not seem super productive to me and it has typical Northern Lights leaves.
The central flower is nice and plump and really full of resin. The lateral and secondary ones have a slightly airy consistency but that can happen, the other plant has bricks instead of flowers.
I arrived a little late with the fertilizers and perhaps I can not make the plant discolor completely but the maturity is there.
We look at the trichomes which are mixed, quite a bit amber, most cloudy and some transparent
The Plagron gruel gave us a lot of strength and vigor now we were a little too dark with leaves so water

Dec 23: Day 73 from seed.
There is a lot to say about these girls, they have been a breeze from the start, 2 plants started producing pollen sacs early flower but I infer that was external, and they were eliminated. The flowers are beautiful and the product to description is very close. The smell is very close to freshly pressed rosin, very fruity and pungent; I see why this strain is a cup winner!

She is getting there. The buds ware not fattening up as much as I wanted to but her trichomes are almost all cloudy and a very low minority is amber. So I guess I give her 2-3 more days and cut her down on friday or saturday. This time I try out the bro science: Befor cutting, I'll let her stay in the dark for 48h. So maybe I turn off the lights tomorrow until friday and chop her down.
The bro science hypothesis is that the not ending darkness will give her a last stress which boosts trichome production.

I chopped her down today. Since I need to do a bud wash (spider mites, outdoor grow), I can't hang the plant whole. So I cut the stems into as big pieces as possible and washed them with deluted hydrogenperoxide. I hanged them into the tent and try to dry them as long as possible.

Terps are here, I definitely made a good choice by replacing my old carbon filter. This strain is very gassy and skunky. No fruit, candy, or citrus. Pheno 2 is finally maturing now, seems she is slower to flower. She is bulking up now pheno 2. Pheno 3 is doing well, probably going to be the first to harvest. Pheno 1 is locked out and no real progress after I burned her. I'm thinking of chucking Pheno 1 or putting it outside to finish. I have clones of all the plants, ready to flip and grow flower again. I also have started 3 different strains in baggies. 6 seeds in all. 3 regular seeds and 3 fem seeds. I have No Training Wheels by TERP Fiend x3, Ocifer by Brother's Grimm x2, and Destination Wedding by Dirty Bird Genetics x1. I hope all get to sprout. If not I have back up seeds of No Training Wheels and other strains from Lit Farms.

Week 6 flower. Not much to report with this one. Growing very slow, little buds, smell musky and not very nice but improving, very frosty and getting frostier. Watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Day 36 flower I turned off Blumat drip and will water with the watering wand from here on out. Just another potential runaway dripper so I eliminated the risk. I will just build another reliable system with a timer and use the Blumat outside. Thanks for the view! Have a great week!

The grandaddy black is looking happy. Will be switching them to flower in a week or less. I gave them a flush and fresh nutrients. The humic acid really makes a huge difference in the uptake of nutrients. I am at about half dose on nutrients compared to what I would have to feed without it.
Winter is approaching and bringing the low humidity with it. All of the humidifiers I have tried either dont work or I have to constantly refill the tank. So I decided to use my redneck engineering skills to throw this humidifier together. It holds 4 gallons of water and she pumps like a freight train. I have dubbed her the Steam Queen. I got 2 cool mist foggers that put out about 400ml per hour each and used some things I had around to make them a little float. Added an old computer fan to force the mist out through a 2 inch pipe. She won't win any beauty contests but she pumps out plenty of cool moist air. I also upgraded my exhaust to a variable speed for more added environmental control. Just going to do a little more training over the next week then try to make some buds.

Hi all!
This girl does not even think of maturing yet ..
the buds are getting fluffier and denser!
the leaves began to slowly turn yellow and turn purple hues.
I really hope and want that she would show 100% of her goetinics expressed in colors! in other aspects, I believe that I was able to achieve the maximum and grow a plant that fully reflects her genetics!
I am 100% satisfied with the result!
I hope that @GreenHouseSeeds will appreciate my work.
