We on the cusp of the end ! Starting my flush this week to get that ultra super smooth smoke and flavour . The ladies have displayed quite the amount of purple on the leafs and some nugs . GG#2 is displaying far far more purple then GG#1 they are indeed different pheno's its gonna be quite the treat to taste the difference between the two . I've watered them already twice now with Flawless finish . Now it's just straight PH corrected water till we reach home base ! A special thank you goes out to everyone who comes down to the diary . So Flowering has started, I defoliated a bit and started giving some Bloom and flower...the humidity is starting to stress me out because its super humid outside and getting some crazy RH (70/80%) I need to fix this before it becomes an issue. So I moved my clip on fan to the bottom to see if I could move the canopy a bit better. it lacks power though.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

Week # 9 Hello everyone. The plant has been rinsed with water for 2 days, my ph is 6.3. As can be seen in the photos, the buds have grown significantly in size. I am really not interested in achieving the largest quantities, but rather creating a top medicinal product. Because of that, I prefer organic products. You still don't see any orange-red threads on the flowers, and the process of crystallization is slow. But the scent is finally sweet and fruity. I have 2 other strains in the tent that are probably ripe 1 week earlier. I made a self-made harvest cabinet.The dimensions are 150x50x50 and runs with my old ventilation 280m3. This allows me to use my tent only for growing. And to be able to react better to the ripening time of the plants. The Fox 🦊

Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

Mimosa is putting on some serious weight, extremely vigorous. so far i’m feeding it twice a week with a teaspoon of Biocity bloom and nova bloom and a half teaspoon of biocity silica

Such a beautifull plant i dont know what to say, the buds are so dense and frosted out and soooo lemony

Day 5 : The Apricot was still stuck in its seed so I decided to remove it. I broke one cotyledon during the process. Hopefully, the second seed was still in the paper towel and was already out of the seed shell. I replaced the plant 1 with the plant 2. The root of the plant 2 seems more developped than the plant 1. So in the end, I guess it's a good thing I broke the cotyledon of the plant 1 because the plant 2 looks stronger. Day 8 : The plants in the soil developed pretty well so I decided to get rid of the back-up seeds and took some pictures before throwing them away. They were all out of their shell with nice root, great seeds! I’ ve been really really excited in growing this 🍊. I really loved it to do ti in grow diaries. Community helped me and I hope I’ll be doing always better. I think next time I’ll do a foto to play a little bit more with structure of the plant. Buds smells like orange and cotton, chocolate pinus. Can’t wait to try it. FD36 - True to form I completely forgot to take any pics before the lights were out. The third week in a row. I'm detecting a pattern... lol FD37 - Pics! FD38 - Today, I was proactive in trying to prevent botrytis (budrot) since I have had problems in the past when temperatures and humidity get too high in late flower. I started with defoliating hard by removing fan leaves. That should lower the humidity in the tent as there are fewer leaves to transpire moisture, and also increase the airflow around the buds. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent to further lower the humidity. FD41 - The anti-humidity measures are working. The tent went from an average RH in the high 60s to the high 40s. (The average RH in the last 24 hours was 48.9%.) I'm happy with that, which should be enough to avoid budrot. Better safe than sorry, so I did additional LST to open up the plants and thus increase the airflow around the buds. It's also helpful to increase light penetration, so win-win. FD42 - We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and things are chugging along in the tent. The buds are slowly fattening up, but it will take some time before they are done. There isn't much to do in the tent this late in flower besides watering. Today, each girl got 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5.

Welcome again 🙂          Finally, after about 40 days, I am ready to post the real harwest of these two spectacular Cookies Kush🍪🌱..                                                     It is a wise cross between the famous GIRL SCOUT COOKIES (known today as GSC) × a very powerful phenotype by OG Kush,named ROLLEX OG KUSH..        Cup winner🏆                  I have already posted the harwest of another CK grown with the same organic fertilizers, but in a smaller pot, about 7l geotexil..      I divided the diaries because initially I had planned to grow them differently one from the other..    In the end, however, the only difference lies in the pot, 20l geotextile for these two..   I already say that I have very little negative for this strain..    Its vigor and its resistance are impressive..      Added to the fact that it is a type of plant relatively simple to follow and in addition with a final yield in terms of both quantity and above all qualitative, I can only recommend it to everyone..    If you love Kush it is definitely a must try👌..   But let's get to the facts..    I reported weekly with precision everything that happened, therefore I invite those who want to learn more about going to review the various weeks🤗..   Unfortunately I have not posted the first because I was on vacation by the sea, discovering the best cannabis clubs on the Canary Islands😎🌊..   The first three weeks have grown inside a classic plastic pot for just over 1l..   Later I transplanted them into another plastic pot of about 4l.. Shortly after the second transplant, some very "nice" thrips decided to break the balls🧐..   I had never seen so many together and the situation in few days was going out of control..   I'm always reluctant in the using   of products to combat insects or pest , but this time I was forced to use neem oil mixed with about 1/5 of potassium soap..     Apart from some survivors the thrips disappeared, at a high price though.. The plants in only 36 hours after the treatment they had a phytotoxic reaction to neem oil.. The leaves seemed to be bitten by animals, not earthworms or the like🦌🐛🐌..      After a few hours, the situation was getting worse.. I found myself unprepared for what was happening..   But I thought the best solution was to remain calm and understand how to best cope with the situation🧘‍♂️..    I think I have prayed an indefinite number of times to try to resolve the situation⛪🕌🕍🕋🙏.. After a few days the symptoms of intoxication seemed to have subsided..   The two girls still continued their growth process🌿..      After a couple of weeks I took them to their accommodation final, a 20l geotextile pot..    As a base substrate I used a mix composed largely of light-mix of biobizz + coconut always from the biobizz and in addition a little humus to improve the characteristics of the soil..     In the soil it was already present in good quantity also perlite..                                                            Once I created the hole in the ground, I placed mycorrhizas (MICOSAT F) directly in contact with the roots.. Theoretically I carry out an action in about five weeks..  Shortly after the transplant I gave by leaf , using a pump sprayer, a little bit of fish emulsion (Fish-mix + Acti-vera of biobizz)..   And the girls appreciated a lot by continuing to grow and produce foliage vigorously..   Unlike their sister minor, given the large amount of vegetation, I felt the need to defoliate a bit.. I must say that this strain responds very well to this practice👍👍..  Seeing the vigor of growth I decided to also make a topping on both..   Also in this case the genetics of these plants has demonstrated its strength by continuing to grow as if nothing f bones..                                   I was doing a little lst but very roughly, almost for fun..   The final result, once in bloom, was fantastic😍..    Fragrant and tasty buds at the head of each branch..                    As you can see in the photos over the various weeks, the phenotypes emerged were two..                              One low and with light green colored leaves with a good production of resinous buds..                                                  The second one has practically tripled its height🌳                                                      The leaves in mid-bloom have started to be tinged with a truly spectacular red-violet color..  Full of buds entirely on the branches,like mostly  Sativa strain..                                                               An incredible resin production and very dense and super fragrant flowers.. Compared to the Cookies in the 7l pot, neither of them had an evidently mint scent.. But then I was happily surprised to find it in the flavor, especially in the purple-red phenotypes..  The structure of the buds is another of the things that have me and make me fall in love with this strain..   A true work of art🎨🌿🙌..                                            Thanks Barney's🙏..    The amount of trichomes and the aroma is truly exceptional🔝               The final weight of the flowers is divided as follows..                 40g for the purple-red phenotype 21g for the lower one                                                                           The total weight calculation was done after about 40 days of care, with the flowers cleaned in the best possible way, therefore without leaves or parts of the stem..   Also I did not take into consideration the popcorn buds, which I will probably use to make edibles.. As a growth light I used a 205w LED panel of the Black-dog brand, apart from two weeks in the vegetative phase where they were always illuminated by LEDs but of another type, much less powerful and efficient, but which however they did their job..   Speaking of nutrients..  This time I used the greenhouse biobloom powder (70g equally divided between the two of them and the younger sister in the "Cookies on the Kush" diary) for the flowering phase + biobizz biobloom about twice +bio heaven twice + biomagno biomass twice + unsulphured molasses + banana macerate made by me, a couple of times topmax from biobizz and finally at the beginning and halfway through flowering I always gave them an enchancer of green house..   Growing organic and having a water pH always between 6.5 and 7 , 5, I never bothered to check / regulate it.. And everything went well👌..   Towards the end of flowering, especially the larger of the two, it suffered a little overwatering, but nothing to worry about..                                                                              Despite being different phenotypes, I still gave them the exact same quantities of water and fertilizer..  About taste and effect..  The flowers of both had more or less the same aroma, sweet, slightly earthy with some notes of mint in the distance..    Personally my favorite is the one with the violet-red leaves and I think it is the best phenotype of all three, also considering the one in the other diary..  The amount of resin is more or less similar,also the tate too.. The first test was carried out using two vaporizers (mighty and ghost mv1)..  With both I was on temperatures between 180 ° and 195/200 °..  Later, as you can see in the video, I also carried out a test in smoke. Obviously only grass from top to bottom, about 0.7 / 0.8 in a joint..   Organic papers and filter, without glue😉👍..  After drying for 7 days with a whole plant, two days on a branch by branch net, two further days in brown paper bags , and a careful care of about three weeks the flowers, remained hermetically closed for another 20 days in the jar, were perfectly soft and crunchy, going to burn to perfection leaving on the palate a delicate flavor and a velvety smoke both incoming and outgoing.. I think strongly that this is the most important phase where the skill and attention to detail of the grower comes to light😊..   I personally think If the strain is from a competent and serious seed bank, the cultivation phase should simply be a help to grow on the part of the grower..   Once the plant has been cut, it all depends on us..  Patience and constant attention are the two key points🗝️👃👁️..  Going back to the flowers💐.. Going too far on the flavor and effect I think it leaves a little time because it is two very subjective factors..   Honestly, to say that it tastes like real cookies no I can't really🍪🤔..    But one thing is certainly☝️.. The taste is exceptional🤩😍..   Sweet and spicy with earthy notes and something else that I don't recognize..  Kush certainly as a base, but very complex..             Predominantly relaxing effect..   It acts on the body relieving tension, perhaps for someone it can be too relaxing💆‍♂️😴..                                              "I'm a kush guy", and I love what they give💚..    I would use it safely at any time of day, but it is very suitable for the second half of the afternoon onwards.. The joint are only weed, raw organic papers and filters, without glue 😉👌.. At both ends I used the low and light green pheno.. Centrally the red-purple pheno.. The three joints were ignited once and continued to burn evenly until the end.. Halfway through I decided to smoke one alone (the middle one) and the other two together.. Well the middle one (pheno violet) was the tastiest one😋.. In the photos you can also see how much oil is present around the base of the hottest point.. Kush effect, very relaxing, but not necessarily that you can't do anything anymore.. Very mental relaxation.. Top Kush🏆..
