It’s-a-growing... Not too stoked on how quick the top layer of soil is drying out with the hot weather. Definitely see a decrease in predator mite activity on the surface... hopefully they’re still busy down below. I added straw to help keep the upper layer from drying out... This decrease in beneficial bug activity could also be from switching to tap water... I did some rain water from my barrel to begin with, but got scared of pathogens because I know crows take lunch breaks on my roof and their scraps definitely means rodents coming in to clean up 😩 The tap water has no chloramide in it, so that’s a good thing. Hopefully my tiny air pump and stones bubbling a 5 gallon bucket for 24 hours gets rid of enough chlorine to keep the micro biological ecosytem in balance 🙏

Felt like growing was slow going this week. I know they’re only 7 days from breaking ground so they’re establishing their roots but there was two days I felt like they didn’t grow at all. I germinated two more seeds, was going to have a total of 5 in my 4x4 but I somehow managed to kill both my master kush seeds despite having a beautiful tap root when I planted them into the soil. (Any advice/methods for getting seedlings going from germination to 🌱 is welcome and appreciated) My two Gorilla Breath plants struggled for the last 3 days of this week and went pretty yellow, which I presumed was a lack of nutrients since they’re only in solo cups right now with Fox Farm soil. They most likely used up all those nutrients and thus began showing signs of nutrient deficiency. I plan to make the next transplant into pro mix with added perlite so I have Advanced Nutrients Micro, Grow, Bloom on standby with RO water for that process. I ended up giving the two gorilla breath a 1/3 dose of micro, grow, bloom in 1L of water for one of their feedings to attempt to get some color back. It seemed to start working as you can see on the pictures. I was into my local hydro store today to buy some perlite to add to my pro mix next week and the guy talked me into some foliar spray (see attached image) to address the nutrient deficiency. I sprayed it on the leaves right before lights out on day 7 (February 6th) Hopefully that helps them out. Time will tell. I also struggled with humidity this week, ended up using a wet towel temporarily to keep humidity levels around 50% but I ended up ordering a humidifier on amazon and got that set up today. Super happy with the results from that 😁 Stay blessed and happy growing!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Zkittlez Auto de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es normalita de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo, o igual tendría que haberla dejado alguna semana más no entiendo bien. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que va repleta de tricomas. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue suficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. 24.02.24 - 1.03.24 Red hot cookies performing stunnigly as always. This is a true beauty and a wonderful plant. Very healthy and sturdy. Yesterday I already noticed some distinct candy mandarine aroma with some chocolate cookies mixed in. Lets hownshe develop those lovely colours ans smell. One of the older plants is already fed 7 times a day. Thats a record for me. In around 9l of coco.

NOTES: This week I'm starting to flush with only water and Final Solution -nutrient, so emptying the tanks and refilling them as doing so. I'll try to keep the pH at around 5,8-6,2. Overall everything looks pretty good and I can't wait to harvest. 🙏 Day99 (23.1.) Took some pics and videos for the diary with my shitty camera. Day100 (24.1.) Emptying and refilling all nutrient tanks with fresh solution as mentioned above. Day101 (25.1.) Increased the dark-/night-time by 30min so now the lights are 11,5h On / 12,5 Off. Day102 (26.1.) Day103 (27.1.) Reducing 30min of light again so now my timer is set to 11h On / 13h Off. I also moved the lights a bit higher for the rest of the grow, about 10-15cm higher than before. Day104 (28.1.) Day105 (29.1.)

Here we are day 121 and 59 of flower and I am extremely excited because this girl has about a week and a half left.. yesterday I gave her strictly water and that will be all she gets from here on out pH 6.4 ... The boys are starting to swell and smell just like strawberries.. Jack herer is doing alright for a cold space grow. She started showing her first pistils. So her preflowering stage has started. I imagine she will start to stretch soon. I don't see her getting really big with the cooler growing temps. I could be wrong though. 3 Out of 5 Ready for harvest.

Well here we are at 14 days into bloom (day14) was 2 weeks ago Monday night I started the transition! And now look at these ladies! 🙌🏽 beautifully trained of course to accommodate all the bud sites that were situated! I’ve also been daily training maybe twice three times as they stretch pulling them back down and resting the main head on the scrog so the secondaries come up and allow the younger girls to rise to the top where they’re at too! The rest are not far behind now! Excited to get to the end of this one! Going to be a HUGE yield
