D50. The start of the fourth week of flower, and she is just doing her thing without much attention from me. She drank close to one-quarter of the reservoir in one day, so I expect to fill it again later this week. ------------------------------ D52. I've started removing some LST wires and removed a couple of leaves to increase air circulation. That's about it. ------------------------------ D54. I’m at Spannabis in Barcelona, so there is no plant news today. Completely mad here, though. There are loads of seed banks, many other vendors, and tons of people. Officially there’s no smoking allowed, but… there’s smoking EVERYWHERE, lol Heading back to the madness tomorrow. ------------------------------ D56. I literally came back home from Spannabis only a few minutes ago. The plant looks good and there's nothing to report. ------------------------------

5/14- Buds are getting fat - some are starting to droop. The Calcium issue is resolved and feeding pH balanced water and not switching with well seems to have helped. Hopefully we can stay stead to harvest. Noticing some light burn so will have to potentially keep an eye on dialing back the lights a bit.

As harvest painfully crawls nearer, my own accidental creation is showing of it’s Prowse. Love the smell very floral, to a minty and sweet, with a slight scent of earth. She’s slowly crystallising, which gives off its scent. Like all babies this week, all I did was water and monitor its recovery from the intense defoliating session! I’ve not even poured any nutrients, but to lay it bare, I have not gave them nutrients due to running out of my very own organic plant feed, however today I should check if my new batch is ready to be used, I want to overdose the plants with nutrients, though it is not advisable however being a hobbyist comes with its benefits, I am not growing to sell, I am growing for myself and for the love of this very beautiful plant. Therefore it gives me time to experiment as much as I want.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. First time grower - Day 3 - Seedling Stage Unknown strain, hopefully its a female Light meter currently reads 101 lux x100 Should I give it more lighting or put it closer to the plant? Using roots organic soil, should I prepare for nutrient feeding after week 1? And if yes, what nutrients should I feed them?

Listen, when things are going great it feels weird! I'm following my feed chart and watching these beauties unfold! They are starting to smell rich and sparkles are starting to show!!!! I always fret over my babies but really they seem to be killing the game right now! Stay tuned....... On a side note i'm enjoying the hell outta learning to edit pics in adobe illustrator!!! __________________________________________________________________ Bit too much Nitrogen and they want MORE cal-mag! A grow gone right is a site to behold!!!!! I look upon my ladies with giddy glee!!! only problem is i'm a bit outta space in the canopy, but thats the best problem to have!!!! Just waiting on the buds to get swoll!!

The two surviving Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants develop well after they were planted in soil. The first pot is very small (0,25 l) and only a little watering is necessary now. As you can see in the pics the roots grow VERY WELL with the Voodoo Juice from Advanced Nutrients.

Really big bud even tho my grow room is a little hotter than one may like it stilled the purple through really fantastic grow it was nice watching an auto grow how its supposed to without any problem thank you fastbuds

So I set up the veg room at last since I want to flip the main plant. That meant light proofing it, which I did with air con putty, myler blanket layers and A LOT of duct tape. It's not pretty but I hope it will get the job done! Perpetual grow is the grow, harvesting every 2 months. The clone I made from topping got transplanted to a solo cup, and I can see a root through the clear inside cut so I guess she is doing her thang., Also added lights to the flower booth so it should have 153w. Put 4 led bulbs with the tops popped off to see how they go, apparently, they are more economical than cfls? And I am considering what to do for side lighting, leds might be a choice because they have a lower profile, Or LED strips? Or fluorescent tubes? I guess it's not neccisary for this grow but in the future. I've tied down the main branches so I think they will all have their own space to get light. I think I've done enough training to flip. Can't wait for her to start flowering :)

Easy trim the buds are sticky and the smell earthy & fruity very nice 👍 The buds are less dense 7-10 days on the dry racks then smoke report next year Take care 😎

she only dedicates herself to fattening ... and she has a good smell. there is little left to taste it ... the white spots are from some birds that left some gifts in their leaves ... that will clean some water
