######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. Borked the time tracking on the previous diary weeks, both are still going strong. Grapefruit is developing a lot of new internode fan leaves, but she's too late into bloom now to defoliate etc. and don't want to stress the GG XL either. Latest GG XL photos are in Week 5. Microgreens are also coming up fast. 17/07: Forgot to take Day 42 photos for both girls, my apologies as my wrists have been giving me hell but will get some more up soon. I've been keeping with the same watering schedule, some bud sites are being shaded by fan leaves so I'm trying to VERY carefully bend them down to prop up the little bud sites better. I've rubbed my fingers on some of the fan leaves to get rid of whatever weird white dust is ending up on my leaves, probably just debris from the air and the fan might need a cleaning soon but holy shit my fingers smell strong like Pomegranate and fruits. It's getting quite addictive to smell the bud sites and rub that resin of her fan leaves, I wish I could describe it better but damn it smells good. If the resin is any indication of the final smoke I know that the Grapefruit is gonna be dank. Can't wait till drying + harvest time :)) 18/07: Plucked off some lower burnt leaves that were really old, snipped off two more big fan leaves shading new bud sites and removed the stumps from old leaves rather making those closely cut down stubs instead so no bug invaders can get a free home. :P Humidity has been ridiculously high today >~65% and dropping now in the evening after the rain has stopped to <~60%, I added some Sodium Bicarbonate in plastic jars around the tent to help pull out water from the air. (18/07: Seems to be helping, I'm seeing about a ~2-5% drop overnight and this morning, usually the humidity in the morning before+after rain is ~60-65%) 20/07: The paper ref regarding RH and Bicarb. of Soda: W.-Y. Kuu et al. / International Journal of Pharmaceutics 166 (1998) 167–175 / PII: S0378-5173(98)00049-0 - I don't know how or why but keeping temps at ~21-23C drops the RH down to a stable mid-low 50's range. Thank fuck now I don't have to drop tonnes of money on a huge dehumidifier... Occam's razor baby :) 21/07: Had to move the light, fan, carbon filter and literally everything. Some minor shit for the cover broke on top of the CaCl -RH% and the bicarb got knocked over. Wiped, sprayed down and cleaned out the fan filter as well. What a fucking start to the day... 31/07: GG XL is in Week 7 now, so getting well into flower, growing at an exponential rate and starting to give off a very subtle smell, Grapefruit smells quite noticeable now too. 03/08: GG XL ending week 7, getting massive. ~77-78CM now. Had to defoliate the Grapefruit since leaf miners were still assaulting her, hopefully this helps get more light and airflow into the bud sites, been having humidity issues but can't do much.

Day 63 - All the ladies seem to be doing great, one of the orange sherbets is still a little behind but over all I think they have all bounced back from the light & nutrient burn! Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

Quick Drying (60 gr Auto ak + 20 gr Jamaica auto ) profit ))

6/1 I'm anxious to get my plants in their final homes. Another 90 degree day today and then it will be cooling off with some showers. I plan to take advantage and utilize that to make the transition. I have some small burns on a couple plants bit considering the weather we've had its nothing. Temperature swings 50 degrees. I hope these girls do OK outside. I was tired and stoned last night and I accidently topped a plant I had already FIMed. Oh well. Transplants soon. Supports screwed in after the heat. Plants have been handling this weather like a champ. Big thick healthy stalks. UPDATE PUT THE PLANTS IN AROUND 730. Cutting down on light hours I'm poverty close to where we are. It was 95 today. Plants have suprisingly little burning. My fan was taken so they go without that tonight too. In the next few days it's going to cool down and that's when I'll transplant. Only thing left before transplant is sanitizing trellis and supports. Easy peezy. Especially if it's supposed to be in the 50s. And people dent climate change lol. I'm hoping that all this adversity makes my flower a higher quality. I'm glad to have the quantity to pick the best phenos for the BIG POTS. Im trying to stay excited but it's just so dumb hot. Oh well. If the plants can do it so can I. I'm planning to give them some kelp me kelp you next watering and may start some light organic nutes. 6/2 Phone doesn't like uploading my videos. Broke record high temp yesterday 95 and tomorrow we will break the record low 50. Plants withstood the heat well and are doing great. Transplant soon. They were a little light but I held off on the water. Plan on it tomorrow. May transplant tomorrow. I have several videos that haven't uploaded. I thought they did but I was wrong. Oh well. UPDATE: Forgot to water. Some were light and others could've held off. Did the half a powerade bottle ahain. A litt ke less on the heavier ones. However I'm looking to transplant into final homes tonight and into this weekend. I sanitized a fifty and a forty so my bags and two pots are sanitized. Cage is sanitized and ready and pallets are sanktized and in place. The 40 and 60 fit PERFECT in the small space left from the pallets. Plus the plants always lean the opposite direction so things should go smooth. Only thingvleft is sanitizing stakes, bamboo, plastic garden stakes and all the other plastic training stuff. I'll just soak it while I transplant. Gotta mix the soil first too though. UPDATE. Heat went higher than expected and hit 90. I figured I'd go back around three and screw in suppirt stakes and begin getting everything ready for transplant (i.e. supports, mix soil, sanitize trellis) before I transplanted tomorrow MORNING was what I had planned. Unfortunately we got a huge thunderstorm with a shot ton of rain and it's gonna continue throughout the night. I think this is God's way of telling me to take a break. I can get up early and get those support stakes screwed in. Then when I get back from the wife's doctor's I can do the transplants. I'm trying to break the labor up into manageable chunks. Looking at my other diaries I can see that my plantscare fine in their three gallon homes. It'd a little disheartening seeing such big clones that I started so much earlier on the other diaries. However I always was fighting SOMETHING (usually more than one thing) and last year was a shit show. At least this year I stay away from anyone else's cannabis any clones and I'm extremely cautious. I've seen my cousin out perform me multiple times with healthy plants like this I'm excited to see how it goes. I really needed the break anyway but tomorrow morning the stakes will be in. Hopefully they'll be outside. 6/3 Broke the record for low days after breaking record for highs. I saw it 94 yesterday and the day before. On the way to my grow at 6am it was 44 degrees and it's not warming up much. Fifties at best. Rainy. I left the door closed. The big door on the otherside got opened as the other end of the garage neededcto he used. If the rain let's up I'm going to set up the grade stakes so I can transplant in the morning and throughout the day. I think I'm going to light dep a couple of them and leave them in the 3's. We'll see. UPDATE: At 12:30 the temp today was 44. Yesterday it was 94. I can't believe this. Plants are doing great though and are in the garage under lights for the day. The BIG door was open part of the day. Didn't take any pictures (or even enter the grow area) as I sanitized the last 40 gallon pot and a bunch of grade stakes. I drilled the grade stakes to the pallets in the front. The first row is done. Just need to sanitize the plastic trellis itself and finish attaching the other grade stakes. I don't need the fill trellis up by transplant. I just need the bags to not knock over and have SOME support. I'll be back over there either to tonight to put more supports in or tomorrow when I actually plan to start transplanting. I'm getting excited. After dealing witb the stiff that I sanitized I didn't dare go fuck with my plants so I looked through the window. I'll finish sanitizing the net tomorrow. These plants look great. I'm wondering if doing the two diagonal I poles with zipties actually works. It would save me some kone for sure. I'll definitely update in the morning. 6/4 It's warmed up to a balmy 44 degrees. My plantsxare in the garage still. Weather sucks this whole week but after this heavy rain it should be perfect weather to transplant these girls. I thought the roots just might not have been rootbound abdcthat could've been the case. After having another rough transplant I recognized I was tired, all the hard stuff is done and it's gonna keep raining until Friday. I wanted to transplant three and put them outside but with the wind and rain and the difficult transplant I let them sit under the light in the garage in indirect light. I tend to "throw" them in the hole before they collapse. With my anxiety I suck at transplanting. Plus these plants haven't filled the 3 gallon pots with roots yet but i want hem in their final homes and its time to go outside. I transplanted the other two plants indoors and let them have days in the garage with the door open and the light on then protection from the elements at night. I've been doing this for awhile. They would all be outside if the weather wasn't so shitty. This rain is supposed to stop. I'm curious as to what will be the fate of the two plantsci transplanted and left outside. I'm praying and hoping for the best. I also put my back tarp up so I have a wind break between rhe buildings. I stopped working because I didn't want to fuck anything up. Anxiety disorders suck. Plant is fine, except one stormy night the weather is just fine. Heard that is gonna be a nice September, hope they are right. I plan to cut the tree on the second/third week of September. Yes some yellowing leaves, I still think is the aging process and a little bit of K deficiency, that should have decreased, and looks like it has, new growth are just fine and there is no worsening. Still watering with: Big bud, 2 ml x L CalMag 2 ml x L Bio Bloom 3 ml x L silica, one tablespoon neem oil propolis aloe

This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. I few thing seem to take a liking to the but seems to be leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon al that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

Phed reservoirs to 5.8 10/11 Trichomes are are getting near half cloudy, no signs of amber yet. Phed to 5.6 10/12 Water added and Phed to 5.8 Trimming finished on chopped plant that's drying. 10/13 Adjusted Ph to 6.0 and topped of the reservoirs. Harvested plant will be drying for another day or two. 10/14 PH was really low on the Flushing plant. Adjusted it to 6.2. The other plant had its reservoir topped and PH set to 5.8. 10/15 Started the flush on the final plant. Will probably do a shorter flush this time and test the difference. I think a week in DWC feels long. 10/16 Reservoirs topped and PH adjusted to 5.6. Flush started on the Final plant 😎 Extremely excited for the smoke review of these badgirls. So far so good! Two of Three plants remain. One of them has less mature trichomes the other is coming down any day now. These plants are amazing to handle. You can Smell that these girls are not playing around one bit.
