Stacking very nice...

I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

Added Yara Kristalon Orange, Yara Calcinit and a little bit of Haifa GrowClean to the reservoir. Adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Light intensity is measured at the hottest spot. The stem is swelling, the netcups are 24/7 soaked due to the pipe being full with roots and increased water levels, next grow I'll go for a bigger pipe. The stem is not getting soft it is actually harder at the splitting part. Flowers are swelling up nicely, no deficiencies, stretch stopped, EC 1800-2000 seems to be a good range for this strain/pheno in my specific setup. Did some defoliation as needed. Can't increase the light distance anymore, kinda hot for the super stretched branches but great for the rest, the super stretched branches don't show any sign of stress so I take that :) Nothing else to report. On the home stretch of the flush. The berry smell is unrealistic. It smells like a fruity perfume in my room. I could hold this plant under a non-weed smokers nose and they'd have no idea. She's gettin her lean on too, a heavy girl.

So this week I took the decision to bend over her cola to clear the lights. I didn't want to scrape any THC off when she's moved 😂 Week 2 of flowering is going well. She's doing her thing.

There isn't much more to say about this fantastic strain. Hardy, easy to clone, quick to flower and absolutely delicious in every respect. It resists well to high temperatures, "accidental" over fertilization, and recovers soon after a period of drought. Easy and fast.

The 4-week-old plant in the rapid growth phase is a fascinating organism to behold. It's incredible to witness the transformation of a tiny seed into a thriving plant with a sturdy stem, extensive root system, and vibrant green leaves. As the plant enters the rapid growth phase, it seems to come to life, eagerly soaking up sunlight and nutrients to fuel its growth, stretching its leaves towards the sun in the morning. The excitement of watching your plants reach this stage is hard to describe. It's a reminder of the beauty and wonder of nature and the incredible potential of life. She is receiving 4 ml/l general purpose organic flower fertilizer based on guano.

Well here we are, only a week or two from finishing and this girl's has been a champ! Nothing happening this week aside from watching the buds finish swelling and colours coming in on the leaves. Smell is overwhelming stank, with a sweet undertone just filling the room (and the one above!) when I open the tent. Starting to notice water consumption is down to 2L or less per day which is not a lot for a plant this size, that combined with the colours and the leaves starting to dry and curl makes me believe that there's maybe 7-10 days to go. Not going to rush her, but will start checking trichomes daily to try and nail the perfect harvest window. The last week or two always feel the longest!

Can anyone shed any light on this mutation? Just 3 top leaves no nodes or sites other then the lower first set?

Start of week 3 flower (Day 15) and things seem to be going OK. Slight calcium deficiency, I think I may have overshot the bloom too soon and it's locking out the calcium, I'll cut back slightly and see how she goes. I'm excited to see how this turns out. Hopefully just keep things running smoothly for the next 6 weeks. Ill try and update as much as possible. ✌️

I really enjoyed growing this strain. I hope I can get my hands on it again and take what I've learned and apply it. I didnt have any herm's or anything of the sort. I think Ethos really makes some great genetics. This stuff gets me really good. If i had prevented stretching's, and trained a little bit, I probably could have gotten a half pound out of here. Regardless 5.5 ounces is respectable for a 2nd grow if you ask me. Curing turned out very well. My whole place stinks when I burp these jars. Im OBSESSED with this Rosin. Best smelling and best tasting dabs I've ever had so far. Hope you all enjoyed this diary. I really loved sharing how this strain came out. I hope it comes out even better for all of you guys! We'll see where the future takes me!
