Week 8, probably the last week of Veg , it will depends on how the main tops are gonna grow compared to the side shoots that are supposed to fill up the inner holes. If the plants redirect their energy in the shoots instead of the main tops I could be able to add another week of Veg , plants have been ScrOG’ed and shaped for this but after all they will decide by their own if they fill that the main tops are to low to catch the male pollen they will send the energy in the side shoots to get a chance to catch it ! Plants grows for only one purpose, to reproduce ! And the Cannabis has an maniac obsession to reproduce this is why it makes it so resilient ! And this why it gets twice bigger in just 2-3 weeks when it stretch. So, if you’re reading this my friends, you will understand that the time to prepare your girls for the stretch is now ! Starting to bump the feeding mix with some Veg nootz preparing them for the battle as they will use a lot of Nitrogen ! No reservoir change this week in the end, just top ups and nutrient top ups - If I stop being lazy, I might do a complete change out tomorrow (D85). They're getting really frosty now. This plant is thriving in its 3rd week of vegetation—it’s growing very healthy and strong!🌱 I’ve applied some Light Stress Training (LST) to ensure all parts of the plant are receiving equal light exposure, and it’s responding beautifully. Had major struggles with humidity due to cold front, but got it in somewhat better ranges. My planet of the grapes started wilted/ drooping mid week [other strains were fine]. Did some research and it turned out they needed more water.[ I normally water every other day, feed every second feed and I top dressed before flipping].I fed them, got the humidity back in acceptable ranges. I also gave them some tea [molasses, banana peels, Gaia green bloom,all purpose and worm castings] They seem to be happier. Very eager to defoliate at end of this week been taking few leaves here and there but nothing crazy. Decided to build a suspended 2ply scrog net seems to be working great. 👨‍🚀This week I continue to defoliate the lower branches. from the beginning I have been making different cuts on each plant Some of my noris cakes did not appreciate the defoliation that I did to them, I must admit that I did that like a bloodthirsty butcher on one of them... 👹I have at least one that is developing well but for the other 2 I notice a slowdown in their growth With supports I start trying to balance the height of all my plants so that they are approximately the same distance from the lamp First time that I have grown so many plants in my 1M², first time that I have not cut the main apex of the plants. I try a lot of things in this culture and it is certain that there is a lot to improve.😉 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering On average I water each pot with: Day 36 : 0.75 Liters Day 40 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water 💧Spraying I mix a little black soap and neem oil in 1L of water and spray everything in the tent just before my lights go out, keeping any electrical appliances away while I spray. I try to soak all the plants. and I repeat this 2 times this week and the next before the buds appear.
