I harvested one of the three critical purple plants I have today. I've been flushing it all week and finally, today was the day I cut her down and moved her into the dry tent. I trimmed one nug to dry a little quicker so i could try it out because I'm impatient. Lol As for the other two.. well they are looking great I've moved them under they're own light for the remainder of the time they have. I'd guess that I have maybe another week. They're just now starting to cloud up pretty good but still no amber color after scoping them today. I dont foresee any issues with the rest of this set. These have been super easy to grow and they smell nice and potent. On my next post I'll have the dry weight from the first plant and I bit of a review on how she turned out.

Everything is looking good. Gave these girls a shot of recharge and fish shit. Prepping there new homes and getting ready to transplant.

I got the purple pheno at last !! So glad actually... that it is actually changing colour and with so many more weeks left for it to continuously transition. Totally what I’m looking for in future breeding projects. Black amnesia haze fast: for its rooting and overall vigorous performance. Creating good yields each run And this one I’m still waiting to see how she goes! Way more grows in the future!

Hey growmies, first week of flower and i pushed my comfort zone and defoliated a lot, I also taken off most lower nodes, as my previous plants have always had a bit too many popcorn buds. Weaved most of the branches through a trellis, I need a better one but it still worked out okay. Week 8 night fro day 1 in to day 2 and all is going as planned 😁 i broth down my lights to a 50% power, this gives me a 500 ppfd, also reduce the shedule to 9h light. After I ran into (read: caused) some critical problems with my last grow I took some of the lessons I learned and am already back with my nose to the grindstone. I've made a few changes to my setup, namely I decided to switch to using seperate buckets instead of the combined tote for a number of reasons; Less risk of TPK from shared issues, less wasted nutes, higher air/water ratio, easier to inspect the plants, the whole nine yards. I also went and decided to upgrade from the SF1000 to the SF2000, because I could, so there. These are the last of the Green Crack seeds I got from a localish seed bank, this time I started the germ by soaking them for 24hrs in a glass of water and then transferring them to the paper towel method, were they only spent a grand total of two days in before they were already shooting out tap roots and I moved them to the Rockwool (with a dash of Great White) and into the lot new homes today. And I definitely learned a lesson from last time in regards to my feeding, they're just on straight tap water here until they pop and get past their baby leaves. Learned my lesson about lockout the last time.

Hey growmies, another week and here we are. The flower structure as you can see in the pictures is crazy in this strain. Long colas l, filles with flowers. If this led fixture I'm using for the first time performs, im about to have baseball bats of weed. I'm hopping it knows there name is not only banana, but FAT too. The smells are sweet and fruity. The ec are at 0.95. 0.25 of the water plus 0.7. See you guys next week

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.
