Week 14 for Gigi! Six weeks of flowering. Ok now we are talking! Buds are fattening up and trichomes are starting to get very milky, I want to try to take a picture of them really close but I don't know how. If someone in the community knows some good instruments for taking trichomes pictures please let me know. 🙏 However, Gigi is doing well and I think I'll flush her in two weeks or maybe the next week, we'll see. Day 92: watering with all nutrients. She drinks a lot, almost 2 lt every 2 day. Day 95: some leaves are turning yellow, I think maybe I've overfert her or it's just a ph issue. I need to check it. Day 98: watered with only pure zym and a little silica. Cutted some leaves. See ya next week guys!

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Dec. 13 - start of week 11 and all's well into the flip to flower. Clipped 'er out real good twice but there's no stopping these girls. Probably looking at some serious pruning over the next 2 weeks. We'll keep it light but regular and with luck, it'll be a perfect mix between max photo synth. and energy allocation. We've gone much more aggressive with the nute shed. - gonna jam 'em every feed on a 5:1 ratioof full strength to calmag only and see how they take to it instead of the current 3:1. @quexos was spot non about the defo - shoulda been a little more ruthless but all good - we'll get there homie😉 Thanks again to the usual suspects for the comments and critiques. This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Hola así vamos terminando la tercera semana de floración de este seguimiento de clones y semillas , las encuentro bastante rápida para la formación de flores y pegaron un estirón bastante bueno , tengo una Sugar Black Rose ( la más alta del fondo izquierdo ) que se espigo más que todas le he realizado 2 cropping pero sigue de todas formas levantándose hacia la luz .- La producción de tricomas es bastante buenas y los olores son muy agradables . . . . Hello, so we are finishing the third week of flowering of this clone and seed monitoring, I find them quite fast for the formation of flowers and they hit a pretty good stretch, I have a Sugar Black Rose (the highest one on the left bottom) that spikes more I've all done 2 cropping but still getting up towards the light. The production of trichomes is quite good and the smells are very pleasant.

I am sad too say out of all my seeds this blackberry kush has has the slowest development and just looks poorly slow growth and new leave deformities , The newest leaves are curling downwards and have a very round leave appearance yet everything else in the same space is loving life , I intended too top this plant but will see how she picks up in the next week , This week I had too change my lighting too 600 true watts of kingbo dual optical LED range due too the temps getting closer too 30c than I would like , and by doing so I have now got a constant temp of 27c lights on and 18c lights out

Starting to get close to lights. They love the boosters! Ill post week 3 in few days since this is behind. Took to immune booster and ball buster shmoe krebs cycle booster i made. Now need to give it some cytokinins keep stretch zero. Bubba diagonal is ahead of them all and kush mints barely started flowering probably gonna be a 9 weeker+

Day 43 - First day of week 7 today and she looks really good just not sure if she’s really starting to flower yet. I’m hoping this is just typical of the GC strain. Day 44 - No major changes, she’s growing and I’m loving the looks of her. Will continue uploading daily pictures. Day 45 - She’s looking really good and budding more and more each day. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give her another feeding on Saturday. She’s drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Day 46 - Things are looking good with this girl. Bud sites are growing daily and this thing is a beauty. Gave her another feeding of just pH’d water and will “feed” her tomorrow. Day 47 - ALL is looking good and she’s looking purdy. Gave her a feeding with the foxfarm nutes today. Did a true measurement to the biggest branch and she’s at 25.5”. Will continue to measure each day to see how much she’s growing in a 24 hour period. Day 48 - Looking gorgeous and still stretching. Grew another two inches and is sitting at 27.5” right now. She’s really starting to fill in now and looking forward to the next few weeks. Day 49 - The way thing thing is growing, she’s gonna be a beast. Gave her straight pH’d water tonight and will give her a feeding tomorrow. Looks like she finally stopped stretching, sitting at 27.5” still so hopefully she’ll start putting on the weight.

I watered my girl in day 10 with merely 250 ppm and 5.8 pH. Hope it wont cause any nutrient burn ! Update: watering every 1-2 day with 300ppm and 5.8pH.

Hello everyone, we are therefore at 67 days of flowering, the booster is having an effect, the buds have grown well, the plants will now remain in water only. Regarding the trichomes, it begins to be mostly opaque. I hope that the senescence will now advance. the lamp went from 470w to 360w. I'll tell you next week. bye

This girl is now just as stanky as the OGTH. If you've ever smelled LA Confidential or Cataract Kush she is 100% on spot. This is the plant I was hoping for :)
