Buds are getting huge and extremely frosty. Looks like growth is starting to taper down a bit which is good because the temps and humidity outside have been rough. I think shes only going to go another week or until the weather starts getting bad because i don't think she can handle another round of storms like we had last week with all these fat juicy buds.

8/24 I am going to be cautiously optimistic here, the buds on Poly are looking so frosty and a consistent ratio of clear to milky at 1 to 3 with very occasional amber caused no doubt by wind damage. Four weeks to go and the excitement is building. Zona my Zona ... she is just continuing to improve and build buds like a good girl should. Expressing very sativa obviously I dont expect them to be as dense as the indica Poly. I have great designs on the bud she is producing. Fed just bio-bloom in a light dose (1 tsp/gal) 0.5 gal each more to give weight to the pots in heavy winds than anything else. Just some pics of Zona, like children, sometimes the troublesome ones find a special place. Six weeks remain for her god willing and the creek dont rise, so those scraggly little buds are gone be heavy. Beginning the process of bringing her branches higher and supported firmly for both wind and weight protection. I may never cut a plant down again for looking puny. As it turned out she is helping to save this grow :) 8/25 Zona into a seven gal pot for weight in windy conditions as anything else. Just put her smart pot and all into the larger container on top of about 1.5 inch of soil in the bottom and fill in the sides, worked well. If I lose the pot no big deal, those are cheap. I know its week 19 just making a note till I can update 8/28 Feed - grow 1 tsp/gal bloom 3 tsp/gal pots light due to humidity and sun

Week 10 into this grow and just finished week 4 of flower. The girls are looking great and starting to smell just as great. Definitely some hungry hippos. Buds are filling in nicely. Already medium sized and still going frosty colas. Beautiful widow white with that pungent gorilla smell. Like I said before such a wonderful mix. Added a video this week of the girls and my canopy.

24-07-21 Week 5 Flowering Day 34 🙌🏻 I apologize if I'm not active lately I've been busy and haven't had time to upload any updates. 😬💚 Today we are in the fifth week of flowering! As you can see two plants are missing..😅 That have been removed from the tent due to (hermaphroditism) I don't know what caused this. But I only managed to save the Meringue which is growing outside, she is fine now and in shape! I removed her because I found a seed on her, at the time of the beginning of the general flowering of the plants. While the K-Mintz I had to kill her because she kept growing only seeds without seeing any female sex signs. I didn't have choice. Leaving the latter, the survivors are the Lemon Tree and the Mimosa. I'm really happy with them! They are strong despite having had some problems due to wrong PH value (7.1) now it seems for a week to have corrected the right value bringing it to 6.5 at the drainage of the plants. I will be uploading new updates soon! Thank you all for being here 💚 see you soon!

Week 6 Flower Report: Maturation in Full Swing! 🌟 Welcome to the week where the magic of maturation takes center stage! 🌟 The garden has reached a pivotal moment as the trichomes are bursting with potential. Each one a glittering universe, they are the undeniable stars of this show, taking over every surface with their frosty brilliance. ✨ Watching them evolve is like witnessing art being created in real time – it’s a reminder of the beauty and patience this craft demands. Trichomes: The Frosty Frontier This week, the focus is all about those frosty beauties! • Trichomes are the key indicators of ripeness and cannabinoid production. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. Nutrition: Balanced and Boosted We’ve stuck with the tried-and-true nutrient mix this week but with some strategic adjustments: • Removed Breaking Powder to focus on trichome maturity. • Introduced K-Boost at 0.5 ml/L, giving the plants the potassium edge they need to pack on weight and enhance terpene production. • Feeding solution details: • pH: 6.2 • TDS: 755 ppm • Temp: 20.6°C In the Autopots, the medium stays perfectly hydrated at 100% with: • TDS: 580 ppm • Temp: 22.2°C Shoutouts and Gratitude A huge shoutout to the amazing genetics and these incredible ladies, and a big thanks to Trol Master, Aptus Holland and Pro Mix for the stellar products that are elevating this grow to new heights! 🌱💪 To all growers out there, remember: Patience is the secret ingredient. Watch, learn, and trust the process – the results will always amaze you. Here’s to another week of growth and gratitude. So here are a bunch of photos/vids of the first 4 weeks of flowering. This girl really took off and has filled out the 4’x4’ net on top of her nicely, and my 1000w hortilux eye HPS bulb is really kicking ass! Got her in the same tent/RDWC system as 1 other Cement Shoes and so far she’s loving it. Got a massive root system backing the 5 gal bucket and spread out beautifully. They are really drinking up the water now too, putting 2 gallons in everyday. Another 4-6 weeks to go! Cheers 💨

Hello Growmies, Week 16 unfolds with a sense of closure and accomplishment as we approach the final stages of this remarkable journey. Throughout the week, the plants have undergone a meticulous flushing process with RO water, purging the last remnants of nutrients from the soil. This intentional cleansing is met with a positive response from our plant, as she gracefully transitions into the closing chapter of her life cycle. The effects of the flushing are vividly apparent as she starts to reveal her autumn colors. A captivating mix of purple and sandy brownish hues is painting her buds, creating a visual symphony that signifies the culmination of her growth. In assessing her readiness for harvest, the trichomes provide valuable insights. The presence of approximately 10-15% amber trichomes suggests that we are nearing the optimal moment. However, a few scattered white hairs indicate the possibility of a slightly early harvest—perhaps by a mere couple of days. As we witness the plant's response to the flushing process and the emergence of autumn colors, it's a poignant moment to reflect on the entire journey. The care, attention, and shared experiences have converged into this final phase of growth. In the coming days, we'll carefully monitor the trichomes and continue to observe any changes in her appearance. The anticipation for harvest is palpable, and every detail is scrutinized to ensure a perfect culmination. I want to express gratitude to each of you who have joined me in this journey—your observations, enthusiasm, and shared joy have made this grow truly special. Stay tuned for the next entry, where we'll delve into the harvesting process and celebrate the fruits of our collective labor.
