Putted the seeds between cotton pads, they did germinate in like 48hours. After that they went straight into the main pots and the last pictures where made at the end of this week. She truly might be becoming the Gorilla that was promised, huge leaves. Not as pungent or bushy as the Orange Hill beside her but she seems to get there. I'm finally seeing some exponential growth, I'm going to give them as much rest as I can coming weeks to maximize growth before flowering and to prevent (hopefully) them going hermie on me, which both Gorillas and Orange Hill Special are prone to. I have made a video to thank them for letting me use their SP-3000. What a beast of a light!! Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for letting me test this awesome light! I have made a new layer of topsoil made of organic coco-peat, which should help me prevent more fungus gnats. They already seem to hate it and are wandering around in agony trying to dig in... Good for them, freeloading beastards. Now we go to flowering coming weeks, and I can't wait... Thanks for checking in and the likes and support!

Smooth week plants very healthy. Leaves keep growing. I plucked as needed. Branches are like steel. Strong as can be. Stacking nicely. Very happy with this plant.

Not much to report. Checked my trichomes with a jeweler's loop and most were still very much clear with very few cloudy on my most furthest advanced plant so it appears I still have some time left. More details in video.

So these two are growing completely opposite of each other. I feed them the same and one is losing fan leaves while the other is thriving. The one that is thriving I actually topped so we will see if it stunt the growth by any chance

Aaaah che settimana ASSURDA. Ovviamente questo è tutto un work in progress, non si finisce mai di migliorare.. Adesso ho dovuto sostituire la luce cinese che mi si era rotta dopo 3-4 giorni, facendomi maledire la volta che ho deciso di andare low budget >:S Poi ho spento la ventola, che buttava dentro (eh si, perchè invertire i poli non fa effetto) aria fredda, e l'ho sostituita con una piccola stufa, che mantiene la temperatura costante sopra i 20°C. Primo di allora avevo 16-15°C costanti tutto il giorno, la terra non si è mai asciugata come si deve e le ragazze hanno avuto problemi a fare fotosintesi, probabilmente dovuta alla scarsa qualità dei led cinesi :( Iniziamo con un breve recap: La runtz auto è andata. Probabilmente è affogata :( Le tre auto del mio amico per lo stress di questi giorni sono entrate in fioritura! Mannaggia, mi sa che non ci tiro fuori neanche un bonsai :/ La girl scout cookies auto è germogliata nella serretta! Che bello, son cosi contento! Ho dovuto metterle una stampella per tenersi dritta, ma piano piano crescerà.. Le mie in veg, la banana sherbet e la critical 707, le trovate nel loro diario - purtroppo hanno avuto un arresto di crescita, dovuto a vari problemi di freddo e luce.. Le due gemelle Bruce Banner stanno bene, sembrano piante pronte a crescere in maniera gigantesca! E' probabile che una di loro la cederò ad un amico che mi restituirà poi dei cloni in futuro! La monster skittlez sta benone, una pianta che darà ottime soddisfazioni! Sembra un pò carente in qualcosa, ma mi darò un'altra settimana prima di cominciare a pensare di cambiare illuminazione o fertilizzanti.. Il mio amico dovrebbe prendere casa a inizio mese, spero che riesca a sistemarsi entro le prime settimane in modo che possa avere il tempo per far crescere ancora di qualche internodo prima di toppare e fare cloni per me e i miei amicissimi :))

These funky mutants continue to surprise and amaze with their one-of-a-kind growth patterns. While the colder weather has introduced a few challenges, we’re adapting and thriving together. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. Week has been going well. Had a really bad underwatering while I was unable to look after the plant, which stunted it for a few days sadly. Started to LST her as u can see on the video But other than that, its looking good and growing fine

2020-01-12(Day 15) - Fastbuds Purple Lemonade passed the MegaPowerPlant of the same age in height. I just implemented LST and introduced Nutes. From the grows I've seen of this strain I think I'll stick to LST and not top, take advantage of the large internodal spacing. One or two more weeks and we should see some dark buds forming, can't wait!

Last days before chop. Limiting watering and reducing temp really boosted maturing. They ripened fast this last week. I’m glad o made it in time. Next update chop.

Last few days then starting flush. I didn't have as much time I was hoping this past month so I wasn't able to give them the attention they deserve but none the less they are going to turn out just fine. Thanks for all the kind comments from everyone, much appreciated 😁

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period.
