Week 5 (11/30 - 12/6): Things are getting excitingggggggg!! I had to get some gloves because the buds are getting sticky -icky -ickyyyyy. I mean over these two weeks you wouldn't even recognize this tent. The flowers have really packed on some size and the smell is increasing by the day. It feels like we are coasting and just need to keep things watered at this point, but we have our lights up as high as they can go, so we are hoping we don't get too much more of a stretch from the plants. Next week will be our last topdress for these plants with our Gaia Green 2-8-4, and from there we will have about 4/6 more waterings with our terp tea and we will be just about done with our feeding schedule. We are considering another layer of trellis, and we had to upgrade our PH pen AGAIN.. so to all new growers, don't waist the money, get the Blue Lab from the start and take good care of it. We learned our lesson with $20. Otherwise, I don't have much to say other than stand by for some big ole harvests coming your way. Check out our before and after pics!

Considering that Syrup is a fast-flowering autoflower (lifespan 56–65 days), we're getting close to the finish line... :) Big thanks to everyone who's been guiding me through messages and answers — and also to all the growmies who just stop by! BTW: For those chasing purple buds — just underfeed them a bit and give them a phosphorus deficiency. 😂

Our little Do Si Dos has started to flower, the main lining has given it a very nice bonsai look, there are a good number of buds that are coming up. The plant is an exemplary with a very short internodal distance, the mini brunches were growing and becoming lignified quickly. It probably won't produce a lot of grass but it will be very beautiful to look at, full of resin and flower quality for sure. I deal with the image of cannabis and the eye also wants its part, what can I say. We are still using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. Had no issues at all with this girl.. she's growing lovely. I have removed the bigger fan leaves so the lower flower heads can catch up. I wanted yo top her but at this stage I'm not chancing it.. She's actually at 3 and a half weeks. This week maybe early next week she's due to flip into flower. So only good things to come.

12/12/24 Short Facts: Watered: 1 x 2.4L, 1 x 2.5L, 1 x 2.5L — Total: 7.4L VPD @ 1.4 Light @ 70% (~700 to 950 PPFD) Stopped watering with fertilizers, only water, CalMag and Silicia Force --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve stopped watering with fertilizer because I’m planning to harvest her in the coming days. You can already see that she’s slowly dying. I hope she’ll put all her remaining energy into her flowers in these final days. I’m going to dry her, but only because there’s a new method I want to try. You can now place the harvested buds into a special plastic bag immediately after harvest. These bags are designed to let water out while preserving the terpenes almost completely intact. One of the German grow shops selling these bags tested different samples in a lab, and the results seem to support their claims. If it works, great! If not and the harvest ends up molding, I don’t mind. 98% of the harvest will already have to be trashed due to the legal limit.
