The plants structure has become more sturdy and have seen development of more side branches developing I have topped both side branches at the 2nd node as didn’t want to top main bud site and have been doing light defoliation of the bigger fan leaves hoping to see more development and have seen a development in the lower 2 sets of side branches and have seen more development in the top section of the plant too

A good week with no news to report. Very sativa like growth and buds... EC dropped to 1.6 and more pk removed from the diet. Just greenbuzz nutrients organic bloom now. Lights are at 60% and 1100umols average across the canopy. Life is good Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼

🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. This is the 5th ILGM OG kush I've grown, the first I've tried to top. Now I know that I topped about 2 or 3 nodes to soon. But what I know from the other og's I've grown, buds will be fat and sticky and from the looks of her she is going to be all bud!!

The first 3 finger leaves are coming so I'm counting Vegitag#1 as of today, anything before 3 fingers has always been the seedling stage for me. It is now in the 4.5L pot where it can spread and strengthen its roots for a while before it goes into the 30L fabric pot. At the moment, until Vegitag #21, the little lady is only getting Soil Activating Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L& Hesi Root Complex 5ml/L. I add Biobizz Calmag from Vegitag #1 in a preventative dose until rinsing. Starting with 0.3mlL, then increasing with 0.2ml per week of the vegiphase. The irrigation water has a pH of 6.5, so all nutrients can be absorbed by the plant in this phase. I'm happy for everyone who has stopped by and good luck to all participants. 01/26 No pictures this week because I'm doing multiple days of time lapse photos. Next week should have some yummy vids and photos. Plants have been doing well. Topped all of the plants between 01/20-01/23, except Berry, which will get topped tonight. Berry has had a very strong rebound. Still very pale in comparison, but is showing strong vertical growth. Vigorous growth of lateral shoots in most plants except for one of the WW. (iirc, it's WW 3) The tallest WW with the widest node spacing has had extremely poor lateral growth, even at the topping site. Likely another 2-4 weeks before mothers will be a clone-ready, based on observed growth. I prefer DWC and haven't done soil for a very long time. It's shocking how much slower growth rate is in soil. A good thing in the long run, because pruning a mother plant in hydro is a PITA. At the same time, I want these plants to hurry up so I can toss clones into a SOG test. My plan is to take 2 clones of 4 plants and flower them all in one 14-gallon tote. 01/28 I had some issues with the timelapse because I didn't set the intervalometer correctly and it eventually went weird after running for over 36 hours and started taking pics every 5 minutes. Things have been fixed and I have add a video from 01/24. I am going to trim some fan leaves tonight and decided to flower 2 cuttings each from the two Bananas.

Welcome to my second grow of the Blue Dream strain. This girl was veg'd for 14 week in a small pot while my first grow of this strain is in the flowering room. She didn't gain much more in size, despite the extra veg time, probably due to lower levels of nutes and the smaller pot size.
