Y Griega and Gelato Ice Cream are approximately 2 weeks ahead of the rest of the plants in flowering. Adding 1 teaspoon of Blackstrap Molasses every watering and fertilizer every other watering.

ON DAY 23 REMOVED THE BOTTOM GROWTH FROM THE PLANT. DAY 26 THE PLANT RECIEVED A TOP DRESSING OF DRIED GROUND EGGSHELL,DRIED GROUND ORANGE PEEL AND BLACK GOLD! ( WORM CASTINGS ). WEATHER THIS PAST WEEK HAS BEEN MILD RANGING FROM 13-17 CELCIUS WITH 2 DAYS OF SOME RAIN. THE PLANT IS LOOKING VERY VERY STRONG AND HEALTHY!! PLEASE COME AGAIN!!!😎

Everything is looking really good. I decided to remove more fan leaves than I was comfortable with, I guess I will see how it affects overall growth. I figure the stretch should be done, so now the main focus is on the flowers. The smell is sweet like berries that were dipped in kerosene (like toxic gas)

Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

Today is day 61 and she is maturing nicely.. trichomes are still mainly clear but this girl's had orange hairs for a while now.. interesting how some get orange hairs quick and then some hairs never turn orange.. Pollination is well underway. The ladies are prego and the seeds are developing very rapidly! A few of the first flowers to get hit have there flower bracts already torn open. Exposing the growing seeds(still very green and immature). They are coating there flowers with protective trichomes like crazy! Sucess. All three ladies I have in there are heavily seeded! Now I'm watching them work their magic. Producing me some new killer crosses to phenohunt. The male flowers have been dried and stored. I'm slowly sifting the pollen into a vile. Whenever I get a chance to play with pollen lmfao. I've only made a dent in my freezer bag supply. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Hey guys welkome back in week 14 this will be the last week of flowering, yesterday i gave the last part of nutrients and ill start flushing and continue doing till next week monday that will be harvest day, Im very excited!! After cutting them down ill at least let them dry for a week and after that week il put the buds in glass jars for 2 weeks (at least 2 week without me smoking it...) As soon the buds go in the jar the NL X Haze will be put in to flower for atleast 8 weeks or so. After that ill cut clones from the “leftover” NL X Haze for outdoor growing. Girls are growing good. Previous I had problems with temperature because it's freezing outside. This problem is fixed by turning off the vent every hour (automatic) And there enjoying it. This week gonna stop adding roots en start adding sugar royal 1 time a week 2ml/l

The buds smell a little like standard weed not so special but that doesn't surprise me as the plant looked in bad shape almost the whole grow. Exited to see some return on the hash, will be making fresh frozen so that should be cool.

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.
