Aug 24: cool and rainy lately but will warm up again in a couple days. Gorilla Cookies looks really good and is flowering nicely. Very nice strain. Added some soluble seaweed to the water mostly for the K. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Using the far red light like this is known as phyto-forcing and it’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness making a 26 h day. This far north I think it moves flowering up by 3-4 weeks so obviously a huge trick. Easy and cheap if you have daily access at dusk. Aug 26: it’s been a couple of weeks but I figured it was time for a lazy compost tea. I watered with it slightly diluted and the plants look almost immediately greener and more vigorous…amazing actually. 👍👍 Aug 27: this is definitely the fastest flowering of the four. Hopefully it stays sunny for a few more weeks. Thinned out the understory a bit as there were some small branches and bud sites that were not going to do anything. So Today I Started My Day By Checking My Tricomes On My 2 Kombucha Cream. The 02 Where Looking Fully Milky So My 02 Kombucha Cream Got Flushed TODAY with Some Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients . The 2 Received 80ml of Flawless Finish mix with 1OGallons Of Water Ph at 6.0. Tomorrow they will get Rinse off with ph balance water. Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. Temperatures were mostly in the mid to upper 80s during the day and low 70s at night. I watered 2 times with compost tea adding green sensation on the last watering. Information from Divine Seeds indicates that it can handle training due to its open and branchy structure. In the beginning AK47XL topped herself. You will see she has 4 main colas and a fifth short one and did just fine with a heavy stress training technique. Blooming plants produce massive pungent stench just as an AK-47 hybrid should. I don’t smell much currently but AK47 XL auto is fattening up her buds. The structure shows minimal hairs and mostly calyxes. Her buds have lots of sugar leaves which possibly can trap moisture causing rot. I check all my outside plants daily in the morning. If it rained that night, I give each stem a good shake to help dry them out. So far so good, no mold or other fungus or bug issues. The pics show the trichomes starting to fill out even without a magnifier. I am getting excited to see the full development of buds, colors and smells. Let’s go! Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so.
