Aug 15: Godfather OG is maturing nicely with a nice 16 cola manifold and nice thick buds starting to fill in. I thought this one might not like the climate here (cool nights) but she is doing great. Here at 53 N latitude the sunlight, particularly UV light, drops quickly after mid-August. i use UV lights from AC Infinity on days with no chance of rain. Seems to help and is easy to setup and teardown daily. These are indoor lights so they need extra attention if you’re ignoring their lawyer warnings and are using them outdoors. 😎

Finally flower. They are 4 feet now. What am I going to do? I don't want them to burn into the light.

Hello everyone. It has been an exciting week for the Outlawz Grow. We've added a new light (MARS HYDRO TS600) to the setup. What have we made this week? Well, nothing at all, only gave them 1L of water every 48hours (NO FEED) and added the scrog once again so it has more airflow. Different phenos which has made this grow a funny and knowledgeable journey, loved to grow this ones and I am looking forward to taste them 😎. Surf Purp Week 6 Flower The last week before flush. All nutrients apart from PK and sugars have been stopped. This brought the ppm/EC down, plus Remo Bloom was reduced slightly now they're not so hungry. With that being said I'm still using a lot more with this line than I'm used to. Only because the remo nutrients feeding chart lists them so strong, which I'm already a lot lower than. In future I'll try reducing them and see how they cope and perform, but that's just part of dialing it in to your own specific set up. Now that they're close to flush they're starting to get slightly more pale, with #2 and #4 showing some purpling too. This is because they are slowly coming to the end of their cycle, so they no longer need heavy feedings and are now eating less and beginning to cannibilise. They're all very frosty and giving off an insane amount of smell. At this point I'm more or less certain that #4 is a keeper, with the most unique terpene profile out of the 4 females. It smells like rotting candy/fruit with a lot of gas ⛽ it's also a close call between #1&2, as they're very similar to each other yet so different to #4. These two have the sweetest, most pungent smell of blueberries but with very slight differences between them that could change more throughout flush (and even after drying and curing). The keeper from these two will more than likely be decided after drying and curing. One or two of the main cola's on #4 are way too close to the light, with one top bud showing clear signs of burning. When you look closely, parts of the burns are brown as you would expect, and others are bleached white. These are both from heat and light damage, and aren't ideal. But, it's only the one bud on one plant so I'm not going to stress over it. In fact, she's smelling that incredible that you wouldn't even know! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🦊

Week 7 (Feb 15 - Feb 21). All three plants are doing nicely, and River, our youngest plant, is doing a good job keeping up, but still a couple inches shorter. So, I decided to FIM the older two plants to see if it evens them out, or sends them into a growth spurt. If the later, then I'll give River a FIM next week.

All rite...here we go! Lol end of week 2 of flowering and plants are in full stretch mode now. I let them grow about a foot above the first netting and at the end of week 2 I did a huge defoliation and tied everything back down to the screen. Took a long time! Lol everything is even again though and all is well. We will let them grow up from here and tuck anything that gets above the screen to much. Gonna try and end with a canopy just above the first screen to maximize light penetration to all nodes. So far so good! Cheer 💨

It’s the 1st week of flower I flipped the plants to 12/12 a few days ago. There is a lot going on and a lot of cool and amazing things coming in the near future. Make sure to check out my YouTube page. I bought me a DJI gimbal this week. Might be my new favorite toy. The temps are starting to break for the summer. I don’t see it being very long until winter is here and it’s time to use a heater and not an ac unit. All of the plants are healthy. The plants have all grown so well I turned down the light intensity a bit today the plants didn’t seem like they was starting to strech very much. Hopefully the lower light intensity will make them strech out just a bit

Tried not to mess with them too much this week. Less stress for everyone!

It was a busy week full of events. I got them a 600 watts HPS light and microbes to help them grow faster. I finally started the trellis netting to even the canopy and get more from the lights and I also spray the plants again for bugs. I found out that I've been using powder nutrients on my reservoir and that's probably why I've been getting floods two or tree times a week and now the valve is open only when I'm there, because I'm sick of cleaning and I took that little sick plant out. My cats have her now.
