I have been using lemon juice as a PH UP since we went organic late last spring. Because of all the problems I have been looking into a lot of things further and found that lemon juice begins to degrade as a PH up after as little as an hour. A 6.0 PH water gallon can go to 6.5ish in 24 hours simply sitting in a dark corner in a jug. One can imagine the variances in soil. Why I dont know but I am going back to chemical PH additives post haste in fact its already done.

So far this plant is looking good - it sprouted up nicely and now it’s starting to level off and put some growth into the first leaves! Just some info on the grow - I am growing in organic living soil. For the most part I use plain filtered water for my soil. There are somewhere between 300 -500 worms in the bed helping to keep things nice and happy! I also will plant a cover crop after I get my mainline built - I’ll let that cover crop get about six to eight inches tall and then I’ll smother that with straw which will give the worms and microbes in the soil a lot of yummy material to work with! The plants are lit up with a sweet COBB LED built by Timber Grow Lights - they’re the 3VL model which is 600 watts and dimmable from 10-100%. I currently have it set to about 20% and will ramp up later as I get towards flower. I’ll be keeping this updated - excited to log and share the process this time around!

Well I was gone for 10 days and came back to absolutely astronomical growth! Must of grown a foot and a half at least! No signs of pistils yet, which means she's got another foot even before the pre flower stretch! What the heck have I gotten myself into. Did some minor defoliating, mostly removing growth tips below the 4th or so node, and LST clips to try and control height and canopy. All she had while I was done was 90min drip irrigation every 3 days and a quick spray of LCPT.

Hey everyone! Week 2 is going well for these ladies :) Day09: The two Auto Somango Glue seem to be happy, healthy and are growing strong. The two Auto Afghan Skunk however, showed a weird claw-like curl on their second set of leaves. They're still growing and I don't see any kind of discoloration on those leaves, though. I've been watering sparingly, 0.5L every 48h approximately, so I'm thinking they may be stressing due to too much light...? I brought the light inensity down to 75% and raised it 10cm yesterday to see what happens. The Auto Afghan Skunk 1 is already showing signs of improvement. Hopefully the other one will too - fingers crossed! I'm just guessing honestly 😏 Any suggestions would be welcome and highly appreciated! ---- Day 14: I've definitely overwatered these girls. I was following my instinct based on my experience using HID lights, which generate a lot more heat and cause for 1. plants drinking more and 2. faster water evaporation. Of course LEDs don't genrate as much heat and I need to adjust my watering habits...! 😏 Should have payed closer attention, but hey, you live you learn right? Luckily growth isn't stunted and the two Somango Glue keep growing strong :) The two Afghan Skunk seem to be suffering a bit more from overwatering, but they're showing signs of recovery so I'm confident they'll bounce back 💪 The girls got a 200ml watering on day 10 and didn't get any water since then. Waiting for the pots to dry out some more before next watering. I turned off the fan inside the tent so the girls can have a little more heat too. Day 9 and she looks as you guys can see lol i mean to my eyes she just looks amazing, she is fully recovered and full on going like there is no tomorrow , she is praying for 11h strait non stop and i could not be more happy with the way things are running. For this week i will keep the same food regime as last week, man i love how my girls love Aptus Holland and how well they respond to it all 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏✊✊✊ I know she has a lot of leafs , but its only that hehehe since i clean the branches all up to the top before flipping her to flower leaving just the leafs to help them get more energy for this first 2 weeks of the flowering stage, after it i will defoliate the hell out of this lady best and let her focus her energies on but production, but for now i want her to stretch the most she can since she is not phenotype that stretches a lot 😅 non or lees she is an amazing bud machine i believe she will do it once again hehehe As for the Light intensity i took 12 readings over my canopy to find out my PAR and the average PPFD is 1013 Umol/m2/s, for those of you that do not know the meaning of this, it means photosynthetic photon flux density , this basically the number of photons going arround for plants to absorve in a determinate area, in this case my 3x3 room Day 11 and there were toooo many leafs for what my eyes are use too so i decided to defoliate her, this will also help stopping the stretch since she is doing it more than her mother did and space is not something i have in this 3x3 area lol she is drinking like crazy, 5,5 liters day and increasing, curious to see how much will she be drinking wen in full flower. 🎅 So, as for the smoke after 30 days of harvest day. Biscotti Mints have a high concentration of THC, definitely above 25%, you can feel it. Beginners should exercise caution. -The taste, I wouldn't exactly call it mint. It's similar to peppermint, but it doesn't taste like mint, it tastes like flowers. Bottom line, the taste is similar to pepper flowers. -The effect is only evening, not daytime. It will be good for an evening relaxation or in the company of friends. -The appearance is something beautiful. Everyone who saw him liked him. Dense, stone buds, green-violet color.

9/2/25 Overall I'm delighted with these. 17 weeks grows for me are few & far between. These 2 phenos had 7 weeks in 2L pots. And were put into a 20L pot of coco/pebbles and gives 10-14 days to recover and were flipped. I purposely grew them this shape as I had to make sure I kept them apart if hit with WPM or anything like that. As grows these long, buds this dense. And running a tent with a bunch of mixed grows from done to days into the start of the 12-12 flip. I would have liked to run for another week on a 100w light and high doses of UV but because of such a mixed bag of grows in my tents. Running reds/uv just wasn't even attempted. 10/2 She smells absolutely amazing, buds are super big, sticky & very smelly. They're still mainly hard for the moment. And leaves not even limp. So, I removed the big fan leaves to allow air to move around better. They're hanging behind my 100cm2 tent kept out of UV rays.

Lots to improve on next time. My first yield with this was 3 oz from a partially sunny balcony. I got about 7.5-8oz dry this time. This was the only female of 3 seeds I got from last years out door. My buddy crossed one of the males with a very pretty purple lady (mendo) and the next round I’ll be showin ya that. Trimming this stuff was super easy, it’s very sticky but I found the trim to be quicker / easier than some of the stuff I’ve trimmed for friends. It’s day 15 after chop, I just got them into jars, starting to smell perrrrtttyyy good! Still not the right structure/density i hope to achieve someday but overall I was happy with the results. Have yet to test it out but will leave a review once it’s ready to sample . ✌️🌲

11/17: I fed today but didn't have time for much of a photo session. Gave them One, Signal, Sweet & Sticky, Cha Ching, and started them on LiquidSoil. 11/19: The bigger plant just keeps putting on big swollen green calyx every day...such a big lovely freak! Amazing frost and pungent fuel aroma.😋 The smaller plant is a true beauty..got some purple in folage and flower and frosted over wonderfully. This pheno looks more like a Sugar Cane than the other.

Wow! This strain has impressed me so much. She is stinking the place out with her ice cream smell and is covered trichomes. Very happy to grow this strain and I’ll definitely try again. Hopefully she will be finished in 2-3 weeks as this girl will require much patience as she looks and smells great haha Happy growing 🤙🏿
