Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

This week we gave them another trim up a tied them down more a today they have bounced back like nothing happened, strong ones they gonna be an so nice an healthy! The Sangria is looking really beautiful, she’s Been flowering for lil over 2 weeks now so we still got a good amount of weeks for her to build a little more but she is already looking amazing, can’t wait for her to be done, smelling delicious! Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

Yesterday I watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉ and gave her pot a turn. Change of lights as of middle of last week and a Change of schedule to fit with mine, 18-6 off at 13:00 back on 19:00. With temps in the UK atm I've been pretty lucky with my loft grow 🤞 the thinking was if there on through the night it'll keep temps up and the leccy bill down abit 😂 just plodding along still couple more weeks before the magic starts 🤙

just keeps growing nicely. Can't wait to have some room to put this in a bigger pot. Going to have to shuffle plants around hope the nice weather comes outside soon, need to move some plants outdoors.

Second time flushing it.. I’m also running out of time before harvest I should’ve been flushing it a week earlier.. she’ll be ready in 2 days for chop

Started doing some light defoliation a bit each day on the very low level offshoots and any big leafs blocking main bud sights. Looking back I should have done a bit more earlier on as these are very heavy and leafy plants. At the start of the week my light was at 55%, on 13 Nov I put it to 100% to see how they react. I will monitor to see if they are ready for it but they really took off this last week. My one plant in the back left always appears droopy compared to the others because the leafs on it are so big it weighs down the whole plant. The plant in the back right was always janky and I considered not even growing it. The seed came through a few days later than the rest and I almost wrote it off. Figured I would use it as an experiment and try and learn from it instead.

I use the glass of water for 24 hours and the papertowel method right after untill I see a nice size root

Day 84: Well after flushing down to 50 ppm the Blue Dream is done. They’re sitting in the dark cool tent for a couple days. They smell so much. Intense blueberry, sweetness. They faded out quite nicely. Unfortunately the upper fans were ruined by lockout. I will be happy to get these jarred up to keep the smell locked down. My carbon filter can’t keep up. There will be more to come in the harvest entry. Happy Growing 🌱

Week 7 of flower and I opened the tent and it looked and smelled amazing 🤩 I took a few photos and than I checked for herms and other problems… Hidden in the middle behind the bigger buds from DW1 I found some yellow sugar leafs and of course it is bud rot. I remove the whole branch and checked it in detail outside the tent. At the moment I have no idea what I have to do now. I will start a google research and than I hope I can safe the plans from further problems. Sad day... Update After a few minutes of reading, I killed and removed the plant. I tried to clean everything as good as possible with alcohol. I ripped every cola in small pieces to check, on the outside everything looked very good, but I found two other mold spots deep inside the bud. Let's hope for the best. I changed the airflow and the inline fan to the maximum. Update 2 Omg, I am so stupid. I was very surprised because of the bud rot. Yes the humidity is a bit to high, but not that bad and everything was setup with a lot a passion. I grow tomatoes and peppers since 2016 and never had problems. Then I discovered my very big mistake. I connected the air circulation on the same power as the lights so 12 hours per day only the inline fan and I have no idea for how long. 😭 I only checked the plants after the lights went on and today I checked a few minutes earlier. Hope that will fix it.

Still fighting with pH. It was 5.5 when I add the plants, but when I check a few hours later, it's already above 6.5 Days 2: I trimmed the bottom fan leaves from Purple Kush to keep them off the ground. I also topped Purple Maroc. pH was still below 6 Day 4: Veg is gone wild..... I have been shoving the large fan leaves on the Autos underneath other branches to allow light in. Red Purps may get topped yet again. Day 6:. Switched autos to bloom nutrients. Added Purpanator to them. pH set to 5.5. Topped bottom and mid branches of Red Purps to keep canopy more even. Day 7: replaced CO2 generator.
