still recovering from the nitrogen def will flip into flower next week still feeding ph 6.5 and 800-900ppm

(Log date week 7, day 49) So this week was a mixed bag, Tuesday started off with me finding a spider web on one of the lower fan leaves on my Hulkberry plant and noticed some bite marks on some of Fat Banana. In my haste to give rid of the spider mites, i caused some minor wind damage to some of the fan leaves on Hulkberry which caused some copper spotting and a stunted Fat banana cola. After i correctly treated both plants for spider mites and wind damage, they both bounced back and started to recover quite nicely. I also noticed a difference between topping these plants at different times; i topped fat banana when it had 4 cola's but i waited until hulkberry's roots reached to the bottom of my 5gal bucket and she had 8 cola's. A BIG difference in their recovery and overall structure, where fat banana jump out the gate with explosive veg growth and hulkberry struggled for two weeks just to develop it's first set of fan leaves. To now whereas hulkberry is much bigger, greener and bushier than fat banana. Hulkberry has responded much better to the additional stress whereas fat banana has struggled or stalled due to the stressful conditions. All in all wasn't too bad of a week, except for the power going out for a couple of hours on Saturday which raised my grow-room temperature to 90f, i was able to put out a couple of fires this week without any adverse long term effects. I also topped hulkberry on the last day of the week and I'm going to continue to feed them Technfloa at the full recommended strength since they have both responded very well to last week's formula. as always my pic are in chronological order Mr. O.G.T

Good week, plants seem to be doing well. No issues except for plenty of gnats in the tent. I removed some lower branches that were touching the soil after training. Gave approximately 200ml water/nutrients. There was no sign they needed more than that and their bags are still relatively heavy. I expected from next week that watering will need to ramp up but I'll see.

May 5, 2025 Harvest Summary Most plants have been successfully harvested as of today's date. Two specimens remain and are scheduled for harvest later this week, allowing for optimal maturation. Growing Environment Lighting: Sanlight EVO 5-150 LED lights Environmental Control: Growcontrol Growbase Pro system Medium: TERRA PRETA MJ-Mix Irrigation: Autopot XXL with Flexi Tank and Airdomes Results The harvest yielded exceptional results across multiple phenotypes of the same genetic lineage: Smaller Plants: Each produced over 100g of dried material Larger Plants: Estimated yield of at least 200g per plant (final weight pending completion of drying process) Quality Indicators: All phenotypes exhibited excellent terpene profiles with pronounced aromas and high resin production (noticeably sticky flowers) Observations The current generation of autoflowering genetics demonstrated remarkable growth characteristics, comparable to traditional photoperiod varieties but with the advantage of automatic flowering transition. Plant size exceeded initial expectations, resulting in specimens larger than anticipated. Recommendations for Future Cycles Early training techniques are recommended for similar genetics to better manage plant architecture and potentially increase yields. Week 1 of flower complete I got rid of 4 males this week. Down to my final 6 females whom I will be harvesting this season. Started with 45 seeds this round. I bought some flower fuel 1-34-32 I'm going to be using starting week 2 of flower to help these girls produce. I'm having trouble controlling the humidity so I'm getting a new dehumidifier this week. Also wondering if I should get a bigger tent for these 6. It's only a 2wx4lx5t

Week 8 ~ 🦍

Day 40 They are into full flowering and I went at max with Advanced Nutrients; 4ml per lt. With my t-Rex super soil i don’t need much ppm so I will give such amount of fertilizers only for this week. Going back to 3ml per lt the next week.

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

All done, can't wait to try. So final results are 520gr of quality half solid buds🤩✔️ that's not include the bottom trim and small buds. The whole harvest of 54 trees has the weight 5kg of solid quality buds, and around 2 kg of bottom trim and small buds🤩😶‍🌫️✔️

We didn't do much, we moved it around to follow the sun during the day, from one window to another. We feared it might be stretching (later we discovered it is not) so we used a pipe cleaner to support it.

Had a great time documenting this grow, despite all the drama going on in my personal life. I guess the main takeaway from this week is to always have runoff when feeding with nutes and 12 inches should probably be the closest the light gets to the canopy on max power 75% strength bloom boost is probably too concentrated a dose. I fed her about 5 days ago then plain water then a molasses water. Probably getting a bit more molasses tonight then plain water til harvest which could be as soon as Monday the 22nd but will probably be a bit later. Happy growing friends 😶‍🌫️

This week has been all about the trichomes! They haven't really started to frost up to this point but I've just been in the tent to get some photos any my god are they sticky! The size and density of the buds on the shorter plant is beyond belief. The scrog net has worked incredibly well creating a thick even canopy. I recommend this technique to any grower including newbies like myself. Final week of full strength nutes. As of next week I'm expecting they will start to fade out a bit. I still think they could mabey go another 2 weeks before starting a flush. Time isn't really a problem for me im happy to let them go on as long as they need to reach full potential. Even at this point regardless of the outcome I'll definitely give this strain another grow. Its soooo easy to grow and the size is phenomenal. Stinks of stomped oranges with a hint of pepper. Wow.
