The Extrakush, the odd one out. What started out as a save because my third-party Barneys Farm seeds didn't germinate, this diary was supposed to be about their Runtz, but when dealers sell old seeds and replace those old with some even older seeds Expert seeds, fool me thrice.... So this was a shot in the dark, these were the only seeds I had available at the time, bought as a try out for the garden. A species designed for NW European climate. And she had, due to germination disasters, two weeks less of growing and she had a brother in the same pot, only removed in flowering. Still she filled out the entire tent and some space of her failing neighbour: the Gorilla. What a gem this strain is, look at those buds, look at her outperforming expensive seeds at a dollar a seed. Yes we still have to see some trichomes, yes she is mostly still hairy and not filled out yet but she is racing there. Let's hope on some quality smoke from this lady, for now, consider weedseeds.site as a place for quality strains. Strawberry Amnesia is growing great. I did a neem oil treatment on the whole room yesterday. Another plant was having issue and the prior treatment on it seemed to help a lot. So I wanted to do everything to ensure there was no survivors, or any that can reproduce. I will likely change to flowering in a week or two. 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

This week's been real fun seeing alot of purple coming in slow leaves are turning very purple I ditched the blurple light... it was good for supplemental lighting bit it started burning the tops a bit ... however I have 2 of the exact same plants strains are same ingrow both exact same and one is a green pheno looks scraggly and the left one is the ourple phenonwhich looks absolutely stunning they are like day and night crazy cause I have done nothing different with each and the ammount of issues from right to left plant have been drastic . Lots of purple on the tip calyxes' ! And the bottom of the nugs are very sticky smelly and very very fruity I cannot wait to chose this lady, trim cure going to be so much fun...

These seeds are doing great. Very happy they both popped and Would love to see an explosion of stretching and vegetation growth. Let's hope for it this week so it can encourage the others.

Week started off good. 8 days in and we have great bud set . Tropicanna is such a fast flowering plant that in 8 days I have my poms beginning to show . Let’s goooo

Still one orange Sherbert lags behind the rest in the race, I’m hoping it will be just s pheno thing rather than a weak spot in my room. All others looking great and possibly better than I’d normally be seeing at this stage of my grow. The plants have started to kick out an aroma, a skunky hash smell I’d say, at the moment anyway. The buds look like they should be fat, of the density I’m not so sure, let’s see how much they fatten up and tighten up. Beautiful covering of frost across all flowering areas covering pistils and leaves. I think at this stage that 3 of the 4 will be ready to harvest at 8 Or 9 weeks the slow one maybe at 10 weeks. ANYBODY!!!! Out there using New millennium WinterFrost. I’m really thinking about hitting the girls with the fear of death when the time comes, is it as effective as I’m lead to believe?????

Aug 16: Sunday Punch EV is a strong plant and it will likely be my biggest yielder this year. Have the UV lights going again today and the buds are looking great. Natural UV drops really fast here after mid-August so the UV lights should help them finish strong with higher potency. Aug 18: flash pics before using red light at dusk is okay, but don't take flash pics if you don't have a far red light. Bad idea. Likely. Video shows how to use the far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds at the right time of day is all it takes. I use Civil Twilight for my location as listed on timeanddate.com which is a few minutes earlier each night at this time of year.

GENERAL COMMENT. So the RQS STRESS KILLER AUTO is down. Now we have the NL to manoeuvre and try to keep her alive for the final flush. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. Many but slim colas emerged, showing extreme spotting and deficiencies, but gained weight since last week and started turning purple, first time that happens. So now the final flush started and hope, afraid taste could be off, because of the problems i ran in with her, probably a good strain to considere light feeding, the smell is very gentle, a good strain to do stealth. 10-14 day to go! Yield could be amazing but will be common because of the locks, nothing out of the curve in my opinion, something to retry and correct to deal with this strain. Not turned on or off by her just feeling neutral and glad she made it. Trichomes wise she is just ready, mostly cloudy, she will finish with some amber will do a nice sleeping aid. Trim job will be a pain on this one because i will clean all the small affected spotted leaves.

Stretching is slowing down now. I defoliated reasonably hard 2 weeks ago , now I know I should have gone harder but this is my first time growing this strain. I've got one pheno that's looking like it will be done in the next week or two . I have one pheno that has very few stigma which is something I've only ever seen before on super lemon haze crossed with mimosa evo . You can see them in the video. Keep growing 💚

Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Hi! A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. I just put a stick there was not necessarily but looks better with it... She is a haevy yielder girl.... the buds are thick so thick I am amazed.... This genetics is amazing as well.... All the structure is pretty much cool she is outstanding quality lady.... Solid... just grows nicely a bit strechy but nothing serious.... Almost done by Christmas she is. By the way I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts. She needs more time from now but it would not be an issue to be cut if needed. The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December.... Only flushing and no more nutritient will be used. Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off.... The last 4 days she will get 4 days darkness and only ventilation will be working no even more water ;)
