Temps and humidity are getting up there and harder to control. Equipment is working harder to keep cool. Heatwave forecasted for next week:( Got old lights switched out for new Mars TS series:) Ladies might need to be watered everyday soon as they are taking a lot more every other day. Don’t want them to dry out to much. Added some mulch to help with the top layer from drying right out between waterings. Want to keep the top alive and not die off as the sides of the pot also dry up and really only the centre stays healthy between waterings. That’s why I have now decided in future grows that I’ll being going with large pots, like 30-45 gallon and fewer plants, maybe 1-2 and grow longer for bigger roots!

Week 5 flowering (a week is 5 days) I lowered the longer branches trying to give as more light as possible to the plants, correct some top branches direction and defoliate a little bit. Both plants keep developing some beautiful flowers with beautiful hairs and trichomes on buds and leaves. This week I started using Overdrive in my feeding blend. Advanced Nutrients for coco professional program (I calculated EC of every single nutrient and made a custom dosage program for every week according to a more realistic EC value - check nutrients in my diary). Plants are doing well, leaves are beautifully green without signs of nutrients burns, excess or deficiencies. They are watered every day in the morning with fertilized water. My daily routine is to correct the training of the branches, removing unwanted popcorn/bottom growth and removing leaves that covers buds and leaves that don’t perform well (i.e.: leaves at the bottom that will not take light). 🌱

Ab nächster Woche werde ich dann beginnen müssen, die Triebe nach und nach ein zu Flechten. Leider hat #2 nicht die selbe Höhe, aber da kann ich mit leben. Die ältere Pflanze zeigt leichte Anzeichen von Überdüngung, auch das ist nicht so tragisch aber wertvoll für die nächsten Grows. Mittlerweile hat GHF auf ihrer Seite die Empfehlung auf 3G/L Substrat angepasst, ich würde jedem empfehlen erst einen Teil und ab Blütenbildung den Rest der gesamten Düngermenge zu geben. Mittlerweile lässt sich auch ein leichter Geruch im Zelt vernehmen.

Yesterday I wanted to hang the lamp a little lower and unfortunately it fell into a plant. The damage could be greater but it makes me a little sad. One BigBud looks really beautiful and is slowly turning purple. no one else does that. I also ordered canna terra flores because a few defects are slowly becoming noticeable, especially in the 6 l pots. I am otherwise very satisfied. I currently water about 2 liters in the 6 liter pots and about 3 liters in the 9 liter pots. I will probably use fabric pots or AirPots less in the future because watering them annoys me so much and they dry out very quickly.

day 29 - 11/12/2025 all looking fine in the tent. didnt have time this morning to feed/water, but i will do it later today once i get home. they will take it, and leave less chance of mold. stacking nicely, i will gradually raise the light intensity as the days go, to buildup for max intensity. bless

All right so here we are and again I am shocked by how much abuse this girl has taken not only by me but by the medium it originated in which killed another plant so this girl at a young age had to be tough and that willingness to live and resilience has gotten us to where we are today.. WEEDSEEDSEXPRESS big thank you to you as this grow has been 24 years in the making.. since an amateur grower in Bridgeport Connecticut very close to where I was born handed this clone over to someone who has kept it alive for all these years and not only am I able to smoke it but I'm able to grow it how awesome is that... Back in 2000 I was 14 at the time and I had a subscription to high times that my mom got me and my room walls were covered with bud shots and posters one of them being a centerfold of strawberry cough and it has been something since that day I have yearn for.. as you guys can see she's coming along great and I couldn't be happier... I think in the future I'm not going to train so much because it just takes so much time for the plant to recoup and I'd much rather have a 3-month grow than a 5 month.. but because of what it is I will make an exception this time I don't care if it took 7 months this has been like I said a long time coming... H1, burns on the tips of the smaller offshoot were up to something-observe! Spraying Trihomazer by RUSTEA (2ml/l) in the middle of the week.

Yo yo yo what's poppin It's day 2 in week 7 some more pics incoming this week Triple G and Wedding Gelato is fire. North Thunderfuck has the most weight and doing also great Hulk Berry is a sativa and will need a little bit longer. It smells already gasoline diesel berry like. The smell of Triple G is the best I've ever smelled. It's so fruity and has trichomes everywhere Day 46 today and I started feeding water only. I guess 14 to 16 days and they are ready to harvest. All plants do really good. Day 49 every plant got flushed today. 30 Liter clear water for every plant.

8th Week Report 05/12/19 - 12/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 05/12/19 Didn't changed reservoir as is more or less half capacity full. I plan to change it on the beginning of the next week(12/12/19). 09/12/19 Added a small and cheap diy dehumidifier kit built with a Peltier module (search on Amazon Peltier dehumidifier) 10/12/19 CMXL got a light defoliation where I removed bigger fan leaves covering lower bud sites 11/12/19 Even if they look healthy I added a small Humidity and Temperature sensor to be sure humidity doesn't get too high and let the mold form. However you will get an average humidity level the next week after some tests/readings. 12/12/19 I plan to change reservoir solution and increase its strength to 90% tonight, but diary will be updated with new values with the next week ;) For tomorrow (13/12/12) is also planned a stronger defoliation to CMXL before she gets in full flower, I hope it helps to achieve a better light penetration into the canopy and also it could give an extra stretch to the plant since I noticed that even after a small defoliation she stretches a little faster for a while. As you can see from photos/videos LSD is just doing good and probably she won't need extra training. Her sugar leaves are getting frosty as ice ;) Last Update 12/12/19 See you guys ;)
