Week 4 transplanting 2 today

Well , these girls are just massive 😂 I seriously have never saw this amount of growth in such a short time honestly 😂 When I'm putting the height of the plants I'm measuring from the bottle of the soil to just above and what I like to call gestimating as its beyond difficult to measure so sorry about that in advance guys 👎🏼 I wish I had an amazing camera so you guys can fully see the extreme crazy growth amongst the canopy ! Had to give the girls another major trim As those fan leaves where multiplying , twisting and knotting and doing some crazy 💩 Haha😂 Now we have been in limbo with what to do with regards to the scrog , everytime we decide something we end up doing the opposit so just going to take it week by week, as you can see from the middle of the canopy those stems have been wrapped round the full tent nearly and still popping right up, so put them back under which I was initially not going to do but yeh lol! Still using cellmax nutrients a,b and flower... Feel like I should stop haha. Highly rate them guys the growth with this grow compared to last is outstanding! I found them and i think i staked them back to health in time, no noticeable damage, more blindsided while realizing the volume and coming to grips with the next step. the reality of the bounty of my garden is dawning on me, and i am a bit intimidated. by the dry, as i am in low RH. by the cure, as i have never done one before. by killing my girls, as they are lovely to ease my anxiety, i ordered 20 hydrometers and increased my jar count from 36 quart jars by adding a dozen 1/2 gallon jars. it is obvious some of the buds need bigger jars to stay intact during the cure. i skipped the boveda packs for now. they are amazon prime away in an emergency, but i figure my attentiveness will be enough, at least this first grow; plenty of people did it right before me without the boveda packs, and when i can pay less per hydrometer than boveda pack... it becomes an interesting decision. i choose old school... for now (mind subject to change) end game is WAY more intimidating than dropping that seed into that cup of water. no one told me it would be this stressful! i hope i do them well during this next phase and these next few weeks. they certainly appear to have done me well 9/7/17 I have a confession to make. When I thought the plants got stunted by the heat, I considered pulling the plants and starting over. Boy an I glad that I didn't. I didn't know what I didn't know. What stopped me was reading a forum post somewhere and a guy was frustrated with his grow and was thinking of pulling it (i think he only had 1 plant). Someone responded to him with very prolific questions. "And then what? Plant another and make the same mistake again? Why don't you finish her out so on your next grow you know better what not to do?" Bingo. He wasn't even talking to me, but he was speaking directly at my situation (or so I thought). I decided to finish them, even if they were stunted dwarfs (SPOILER ALERT: They aren't, I was wrong, they were anything BUT stunted) I am really glad I found that advice because who knows if I would have went through with it if this gentleman hadn't given me a moment of clarity. So if you are frustrated by your first grow, I would advise to finish the grow no matter what (unless, obviously, its a male or moldy or something that DEMANDS the plant be culled) and learn what to do better for next time. I thought mine were gonna be bonzai plants. Not even considering the money wasted and the time wasted, I would have missed out on what the plants have taught me and a tent full of superstars. Now, as I am approaching the end, I need some advice. Aside from trics, is there any other way to determine approx how long left in the grow? I need to change my nutes to end stage stuff (adding dry koolbloom, phasing out unneeded nutes, and finally the flush. ) I am super worried about getting the timing right. Besides trics, are there any other clear signals that we are rounding the corner to the final stretch? Thanks in advance. Also, I live in a dry environment. A desert, actually. For real. It seems like dry trimming will be very important for me if I do not want it to smell like alfalfa after the cure. Any thoughts on dry trimming? I know it is more work, but the results seem better. My plan, so far, is to hang the entire plant upside down in 1 piece to dry. The only question is, how many of the large fan leaves to leave on. Some leave all, some leave only the small ones in the buds. Any thoughts will help me decide along with my other research. Thanks!

I have already removed the last fan leaves that were blocking the growth of the lateral branches. Now, after one more week, I hope they recover so I can start flowering. At least this has helped develop more bud sites which, I hope, will burst out explosively during flowering.

All looking healthy beside some insect damage it is acceptable in organics gardens the good bugs keep them in check, healthy soil food web and all😎 To all a good week happy growing😎 07/06/2018 Mid week update #1 is 32.75" tall a as averaged not gonna measure each top. Started doing stem rubs for smell,so I'll include that to see if it relates to the end product tastes,smell. Plant has come to a finish and had about 30 % amber trichs. White widow auto came down exactly 13 weeks from seed and is nicely done. Pine smells all the way , looking forward to testing when dry. :) The weight is in and it's a record for me. I froze over 400g of fresh bud to dry ice and press into rosin . 2 ounces of this was top flower the rest all popcorn bud but no sticks . The rest of it dried was 21 ounces and thats my personal best from a single plant let alone an automatic variety. She smokes well but buds appearence is a little loose and foxtaily however its all flower and 21 oz of it to boot :)

Every day is a joy when I take the lid down and see how the lady comes to life 😊. She is developing great :-) It only had to be poured once with 300 ml because it is under the hood with a very high humidity :-). The hood was sprayed every day. 01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4. I was hoping for a better week with this girl and I got it. Woohoo. She was paling and starting to look a bit sad and droopy. Her first true leaves have yellowed quite a bit, but I upped her food and the rest of her has darkened up, and she’s perky and not sad :). Shes beautiful. 😻😻 I think slightly warmer temperatures have also pleased her as well. She grown quite a bit since last update. She’s now one of the biggest girls. Shes currently at 4 nodes and I will top her when she hits 5. She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 2.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2). I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. I doubt she’s much different than last measurement though honestly. Update: 01/29/25- updated measurement and watered with food. 01/31/25- topped and added picture/video. Soils still a bit moist, anticipate plain watering tomorrow. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

Curta semana de floración de las lemon cookies kush, la verdad que la variedad va creciendo bien, la veo fuerte más allá alguna caga...da que habré hecho x eso lagunas hojas amarillas y algunos errores más de novato, es mi primer indoor así q pegas, muchas, como x ej el "exceso" de nutrientes q marcan las hojas, como tanbm la "falta de nutrientes" q marcan las hojas( no todas las hojas ni todas las variedades), esty un poco confuso con ese tema, no me excedo en los ml del producto, hay riegos de agua de x medio tanbm 🤷🏻‍♂️ es obvió que esto me pasaría, pero siempre con la buena onda y con la positiva... 🙌🏻👍🏻 Se las ve fuerte y en nada veremos qué tal sale todo... Profumatissime e cime da paura.....pianta che per problemi ho dovuto tenere fino alla fioritura in vaso da 1 litro e senza lampade alla luce del sole, appena entrata in fioritura cambiato vaso e messo in una tenda con 400w hps....si spera il meglio le gemme sono promettenti!

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Sour wiz came out amazing. Not many problems during her grow. Each pheno came out really different but that’s from my doing. I trained each plant differently to see what the difference would be.
