Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , this grill really has grown right out this week and is unrecognisable from the plant just a few days ago , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

It's blooming beautifully. It's been on automatic watering all week. A 5mm tube is attached to the roots. Currently, a 5-liter bottle lasts 2-3 days per plant. I'm thinking of installing a 15-liter canister so I can go at least a week without having to look at it. Currently, the 5-liter tank with the solution is pumped with oxygen by an aquarium aeration stone and a 2.5-watt Hailea pump (a powerful one, but that's the only one I had in stock).

In future I must take not that lamb’s Breath can thrive in cold conditions, but I am going to witness if the growth will accelerate or just level out with the coming of spring. Week 6 starts with a mild weather but in a couple of days a cold front makes land fall in Jozi and the last brought snow, but my babies survived and look at the love of my life, showing aggression when it comes to growth… I wonder if the transplant and the extreme cold will hinder growth, nature does miracles in front of us on a daily. She’s loving the compost mix, hopefully she will love her new home, if my calculations are right, all I have to do is only add nutrient only when I defoliate. The amount of nutrients in this medium is boardline toxic.

420Fastbuds FBT2305 Week 1 Week 1 of the start of veg for these 2 FBT2305 plants. So far I've switched to 18/6 light cycle and keep a 75'f day temp with a 65'f night time Temps. I give them 500ml of straight well water every other day. I did to a pm spray and didn't realize my lights would be coming on as soon as they did. Lesson learned it'll burn the leafs. 😆 All in all Happy Growing

Today is the second day this week with sunshine. The days before were rainy and cold. All plants are doing fine, but I feel, they should be quicker. But then again I am probably spoiled in that regard, by growing indoor. One of the ICE (3) isn't happy somehow and rolling her leaves, but her green and growth matches the others, so I ignore it. The plants received nothing this week, except naturally falling rain water. I have some plant manure cooking, it should be ready in 10-14 days. The garden is full of sweet peas, so i am using those. I also made some compost tea, which I will give the plants tomorrow morning. If there is interest, I will cover my next batch of manure/tea with some pictures. The Passion #1 look like they have bounced back from the topping. In one or two weeks I will top them again.

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. Update - 4th July 2021 Just still flushing away. The colours that are coming out are crazy. I have edited some pics but not videos and the videos dont really pick up the colour. Its strange that it started completely green and then went darker and darker until it reached purple buds covered in trichomes. I am planning on harvesting both this plant and the purple punch today or tomorrow depending on when i can be bothered lol Tbh, its not hard because i dry trim so it's just a case of plucking off the fan leaves and hanging it in different branches.

Hi friends, So I guess I was being really impatient because the bigger girls have begun springing out trichomes!! I can see them deep within the bud sites and are slowly stretching out on sugar leaves. I've noticed that this plant doesn't produce too many trichomes on the bigger leaves so don't let that fool you if you come across that. My girls look frosty on the actual bud sites. Tried to get good pics, will try post more tonight. Other than that, the fast yellowing from previous issues have halted and yellowing seems to be taking a natural course from here. Leaves are dying off but seems that's just the plant doing its thing and getting rid of what it doesnt need. So excited the trichomes came through. Hopefully a few more weeks from here or so. Stay safe!
