QUESTION TO EVERYONE READING THIS: My tap water is pH 8.3 (yes I know right ?!) Adding the BioBizz nutes brings it down to pH 6.2 - 6.4 depending on the amount which is great. Now, I dont really care about runoff pH that much, doesnt tell me a lot imo but I measured it twice, last time it was 6.8 this time it was 7.1. Is there anything to worry about or is that just irrelevant? Thank you guys :) Day 48: Watered the Liberty Haze with 750ml Water and 2.8ml / l BioGrow, 2.8ml / l BioBloom, 0.7ml / l TopMax which is the equivalent biobizz week 7 feeding schedule with 70% strength on BioGrow & TopMax and 90% strength on the Bloom. Therefore, dont mind the leaves hanging down, I just watered before taking pictures. Also tied down one or two branches a bit more to make the side branching even again. I dont really realize how much the plant actually stretches, the Liberty Haze seems to start budding already while the G13 Haze is still a bit behind. Day 45: I really wanted to try serious and "professional" training methods. Defoliation was obviously needed, I couldnt even see what was going on below the plant. Removed all leaves except on the top 2-3 nodes of each branch. Then I did some heavy LST to move the side branches to the outside for filling up space. I hope the center will grow some branches at some point. Unfortunately, I couldnt supercrop the main branch like I did with the G13 Haze because the stem is weakened due to the partial break. It looks a bit fouly (the break wound itself) but at the same time it looks like the plant just "abandoned" the damaged tissue and continued growing using the remaining part of the stem diameter. Sounds really weird, but it definitely makes sense considering that the plant didnt even stop growing at all. ~Watered 650ml today, too Day 44: Everything seems to go well. Apart from the snap though LOL. But seriously, it doesnt seem to have affected the plant at all :D I did some LST and was very careful ! The Liberty Haze seems to be a bit stiffer than the G13 Haze so I was extra careful which was a good choice. I decided not to train the main branch anymore at all, just the side branches to keep them even. Lets see :) Also the Liberty Haze is quite smelly for not having buds yet. If it was just the G13, it wouldnt smell AT ALL and I wouldnt even have to use my carbon filter !!!

wow! this girl also took the fish shit i gave her last week and turned it into huge buds! I am going to do this every year from now onwards. No visible PWM either, just like the others. Will go out to the pot patch mid week after this leftover weather from hurricane Fiona clears to see how they fared in the high humidity and low temps.

Brand new here and my apologies as I'm actually on Week 5F at this time and have had to scour my journal, notes and photo's to catch this diary up to the present. Next run is 8 auto's( 2 FastBuds & 2 Seedsman) with 4 different strains so STAY TUNED! ...The babies are doing well with the exception that I had two Power Plant beans that failed to pop, third time was the charm which puts it roughly a week behind it's sista's. GSD is just hanging out desperately waiting for the little one's to catch up so she can flower as she's been vegging for 50 days already (I had her on a 19/4 light schedule with a Auto run that just finished). Temp's and RH good to go, daily light water right now with seaweed extract added @ 1tbs/gl.

The outdoor plant's stems are thickening and hardening af. This will be perfect for when my next light arrives; I will switch it back to flower and will support some fat buds. It is windy af; I am also twisting all stems on the outdoor plant every 3-4 days so they harden/thicken even more. I really might need to cut it to size before going inside again... I am giving it full veg nutrients (2.5ml/L fish emulsion, 1ml/L Activera, 0.8ml/L Bloom) with tiny bit of bloom; There are also some small pests eating some small holes through the leaves, but seems to handle it; I get rid of anything I see and will give it an organic pesticide (garlic and neem oil) spray before bringing it back inside. Indoor plant is going OK, the buds are fattening a bit slower than I want, The light is now also a bit too small for this plant as well; I want also the lower buds to fatten so some of the higher leaves are burning a bit but the middle is best. I might have given it a bit of nitrogen toxicity a bit ago but I lowered my fish emulsion and it stopped spreading,

Great smell and I hope it keeps its candy smell love this pant kinda of airy but look like it gonna be great smoke cutting down three of them

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚 Very nice phenotype with an extremely good smell. Growth was normal after the initiation of flowering. Looks beautiful with its jagged leaves 😃. As always, the Green House fertilizer did a very good job and I can only recommend everyone to try it out🚀 Have fun and stay healthy 💚🙏🏻

Harvest - 169 days / 66 days in flower Well, we did it. I made it to the end. All I can think is...WOW that was A LOT of work. But I think I had very good results for a first time grower. I For harvest, we took Plant B and D and prepared them for immediate freezing. Altogether, I ended up with 1212g wet on plant B and 1089g wet on plant D. I ended up freezing 1816g of this. There was some from each of these plants that was set aside from freezing because, for whatever reason, I thought they were not worthy of washing because of how progressed the leaf damage was from the root rot battle. So that was cut up and dried as nuggets instead of hanging like the rest. Sawtooth and Plant C were both harvested and hung in the tent to dry for 12-13 days. I think I overdried by 1-2 days because when I jarred them they struggled to raise up to 55%. So I am using rh% packs. After drying Sawtooth and plant C, I ended up at 459.8g for dried flower and 170.8g in dried trim. So just over 1lbs between the 2 plants and 4.15lbs wet between the other 2 plants that was washed for hash. So... are you for real with the effort involved with washing bud for bubble hash? I don't think I would do this in the warmth. I only pursued doing bubble hash cause it's cold right now and I figured that would really help. Even in the 30s(fahrenheit) stuff would stick. It's hilarious how sticky of a process this is. I hope you have a bunch of gloves, water, and ice to burn through. I went through over 60 gallons of distilled water and 80lbs of ice to wash the 4 lbs. I am envious of people in videos using a hose to collect, clean, and refill. Also, doing this as a 1 person show is the definition of insanity. I broke the washings up into 3 parts. The first part was was the tester wash. I broke off 420g of plant D's 848gs available. I used 7 bags to see where I would end up. I used 220, 160, 120, 90, 73, 45, 25. What I determined was that if I was hunting a specific micron with a lot of material this would help find what you can get. But for the next washing I reduced the amount of bags to 4; 220, 160, 45, 25. The time, with the 4 bags, I washed with 809g. I had a much more favorable experience and return this second time but I had green fast and probably used too much ice. The 3rd wash was the remaining 631g and I found an extra 137g I added of sugar leaves and trim, brining the 3rd wash to 768g. I used 5 bags this time; 220, 160, 73, 45, 25. By the 3rd wash I have become an expert in collection but also never want to do it again. lol. 2 of the 3 washes have dried and I have 43.4g of bubble and 2.8g of dry sift. 37.4g of that bubble is able to be pressed into rosin. I will probably press that dry sift as well. The other stuff is 25u or 160u that I will experiment with or cook with. The other stuff is drying so I can't add it all in. I pressed a bunch of trim and some flower. The trim presses nice and the dab is decent. I am working out a good temp for the flower. But the problem with all these tests to find the sweet spot is that I have all these testers to go through but want to keep pressing and trying that! I think I will need to work on a better storage solution. I can't wait for the fresh frozen bubble hash rosin pressing... I have over 20gs of bubble to put in one bag. I am really looking forward to this. But I will need to work up to that pressing since I have never pressed hash/kief/bubble before in my rosin press. So this should be really fun. I will 100% post an update of the hash pressing once I do that and also after the 3rd wash session is done drying. In closing, saying I learned a lot from this grow would be an understatement. I fully expect to start it back up in a few weeks after some R&R then some R&D. There's some things I will need to work on before I start again, such as: having a single external reservoir that feeds multiple plants, hard to clog and easy to use ebb and flow system, miscellaneous final run stuff like space for drying. This is the week. We know we put it as veg but we are turning back the timer this week. Around and hour a day we click back the timer. We use to just flip it to 12/12 in one day, but we thought it was too hard on the ladies, so we are trying this now. The gruntz is just trying to bully the others out the tent. She is a beast. We think going with 4 in the tent from seed might not work. If they were clones for awhile maybe. The clones we took off them are somewhat making it, might have to take a few more just to be sure. Otherwise it’s just been water. We left a few leaves on the soil surface to help hold some moisture in. I just hope the Bruce and gruntz don’t stretch much after the flip is done. The tent feels a little full already. If you see anything we can do better, let us know. Spread some love and share some bud!

Fifth week of flower and it was time to defoliate the indoor units as they were starting to get bushy and block exposure to the lower bud sites. Quick work with the bonsai shears and they were ready to soak in the sun. I left the rooftop plants alone as I believe having additional leaf mass enables them to withstand temp and environmental fluctuations better. Whether or not this is the case, it was an experiment.

Everything seems to be going great. The buds are developing nicely and there are no signs that plants are stressed at all. I hope they continue to fatten up over the next few weeks for a good harvest!

3 of the 4 plants didn't do much stretching at all. I'm excited to compare the harvest between all of them too see which yields more. The one plant that did stretch seems like it will take a little bit longer than the others to be ready, but I am not sure. Had I known they wouldn't have stretched much I would have considered some light defoliation to increase light pen but this will be a nice experiment. As of 11/23 the plants have stopped doing any vertical growing and I can tell the buds are starting to fatten up a bit and getting frosty. I am leaving the tent open now 24/7 to help control the humidity, trade-off is I can smell the plants from my office two stories up. The sent is very fresh and fruity so it's not so bad. We will see how my family feels when they visit for Thanksgiving 😆
