Hey now, hope everyone has been well. Super excited football season is finally here so things are about to get busy. I went out of town for 4 days and the plants struggled a little bit with the PH getting slightly too high before I returned. I also came back to see that some type of insect was munching away on the lower leaves of my Sundae Driver which I sprayed the plant and coco with neem oil, but hopefully they didnt do much damage before I can get them under control I have never experienced insect problems indoors, likely because I grow in Coco and not Soil. However, I left a 5 gallon airpot full of coco from a previous grow outside for a couple weeks by mistake, and pretty sure bugs got into. I wont make that rookie mistake again. Anyways the rest of the ladies are looking pretty good, They are almost getting what I consider a full dose of nutrients, even though it half of the manufacturers recommended dosage. I am feeding all Gen Hydro cal mag, Armor Si, and maxi grow. Not sure why I can't add it under GHE or the company that bought GHE. I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep the reservoir fresh for around 10 days or so but I clean it once a week. I did get all the ladies transplanted from solo cups to airpots on day 16, and it took 24 hours or so for them to recover from the transplant and start growing again. I am running 3 of the 3.4 gallon, and 2 of the 5.4 gallon just because that is what I had available. I hopefully top them all sometime this week for the first time, as soon as the roots are a little stronger. I let them grow to 7 nodes or so before I top them and make sure they're growing fast. Hopefully I can still mainline the Sundae Driver, she looks healthy other than those two leaves chomped off. All the plants are on their 5th nodes, except for the Green Crack 2.0 which is only on her 4th node. We got another heat wave coming through my region that I am not too excited about but at least its earlly in the game and I dont need to crank this light up yet. I am only running it at 30% and its putting off plenty to keep this ladies happy. Hoping to get a topping done this week, then another one next week, and be ready to flip to flower by week 7 or so. Zoap is doing awesome, she grows at least a quarter inch a day if not more. I’m going to do some mainlining on her. Sie hat alle anderen Pflanzen überholt in der Höhe wie auch in der Breite. Ich habe die Seitentriebe etwas zur Seite gebogen, worauf sie sehr gut reagiert haben. Dadurch bekommen sie etwas mehr Licht ab. Ihr Aroma ist sehr grün und frisch, so ein wenig wenn frisch der Rasen gemäht würde, allerdings mit einer leichten typischen Cannanote. So far, so good. The Dr amazingly grows similar sized buds above the light level as she grows buds behind the lights. Buds are small in general. I fertigate her once a day, 0.4 g/L of the base fertilizer. Inflow conc is 550 ppm (ca,. 1100 uS/cm), and I think I may be slightly underfertilizing. I plan to raise the concentration 150 ppm within two weeks and see if she tolerates that amount. What's fantastic in these long flowering strains, that it seems one has all the time in the world to plan and make changes, in the end, there's so much time to recuperate in case of an inconvenience! Day 107 (29-12) It consoles me that even the infortunate grow disadventures of mine with this "stretchy sativa" I think the journey will turn out successful. Let's some in April! (perhaps somewhat earlier, I dunno) If not for yields, which I reckon thwy may not be as large as I wanted (if for big yield was the original intention of growing this strain I wouldn't grow this one specially -which is know not ot be a big yielder, it was the desire of the experience of growing this noble and beautiful landrace (heirloom) sativa. by myslef...and I have 4 more seeds ;) I raised EC with 0.5 g/L Bloom fertilizer per liter solution, keeping all the other ingredients constant, in concentration and order of mixing. Every day I have the extra work of inspecting the colas to see whether they are being damaged by heat and eventually apart them from the cobs, etc., but in general, I thank God this could have been even much worse. Luckily she resists both the high indoor temperatures (31 ºC by this date, when outside temperatures are of that order), and pro-silicate additive may have been useful to resist heat, as Grotek claims.

Week 17 Day 113 (04/12/2020)💧: Nice start to the week with a watering. Just as last week, I will be giving her the increased nutrients until the flush. However, I will stop with the CalMag because it seems that the leaves are damaged because the buds are absorbing so many nutrients. I don’t think the CalMag can help here 😅. So today I gave her 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. Day 114 (05/12/2020): The trichomes were looking beautiful today! You can see in the pictures that some are getting more amber now which is a great sign that she is almost ready 🌸 Day 115 (06/12/2020): Took a quick pic of the tent but didn’t have much time to check the girls properly. I’m sure they are great as always 👌 Day 116 (07/12/2020)💧: I watered the girl today with the same nutrients: 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. The buds on this girl are looking super dense and even the ones at the bottom are getting bigger! I hope that this 6ml of TopMax will fatten them up even more in the next few weeks before harvest 😄 Day 117 (08/12/2020): Didn’t have time to take pictures today actually Day 118 (09/12/2020): I’ve gotta say that the smell is definitely evolving in a more sweet direction. It has developed into a kind of a citrusy/grape-flavoured sweet drink. It smells so good I wanna eat it 🍽️😋 Day 119 (10/12/2020)💧: Watered the girl today with the same nutrients as last time giving them 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. She doing well but again some of the leaves and stems at the bottom were definitely a bit sad and wilting. But nevertheless, I took some videos and close-ups pictures and the buds look incredible. Also looking from their trichomes, I noticed some more amber ones so I am thinking to even start the 2 weeks flush from next watering onwards and prepare for harvest! Will assess the trichomes in a few days and decide.

Hola amigos! Buenos humos a todos! 🌊🤙 La semana anterior no hice actualización, pero he estado haciendo lavado de raíz casi en todas las plantas. La humedad acá es todo un reto, 3 ventiladores, 1 deshumidificador y 1 extractor no es suficiente para 1.5m2. No hay forma de bajar del 70%. Hasta arroz he puesto en la base de las macetas. He tenido nuevamente problemas con botrytis y tuve que cortar algunas colas o parte de ellas. Esto es lo peor que puede pasar ya en la última semana. También tuve otro problema, pues a pesar de nunca haber tenido un macho en casa, ni haber detectado alguna hermafrodita, una de las AK47 apareció polinizada y está echando semillas (ya al final de la floración) . Tuve que cortar varias ramas y flores para detener esa producción y así la planta termine de madurar. No sé cómo irá a quedar esa marihuana con ese problema, pero por el tiempo que queda, no creo que termine de formar por completo las semillas. Otra opción pudo ser estrés por exceso de PK o por exceso de calor (más de 27C). Leí que esta sepa es propensa a crear flores macho por estas causas. Todo lo demás anda bien. Les dejo unas pocas fotos y un video rápido. Hoy estoy limpiando un poco y esta un poco desordenado.

She's still growing very well this week. 9cm growth! It's her first week on 12/12. Changed to 6-12-36 powdered nutrients now.

Very simple throughout grow and didn't require loads of food.. Harvested around the 8th week of bloom, almost looks like 2 different phenotypes but they taste and last exactly the same.. The sativa looking clone ended up having lock-out on last few weeks when i tried to push them to far.. All in all a very pleasant smoke with sweet creamy tones which gives a nice tickle on the throat on the exhale.. Not my best yeilder but I'm positive if i ran her again i could improve.. Very sticky,pretty dense flowers which grind up nice and fluffy.. I found a pre-seed a few weeks bk now (cant remember the week, but logged it), but the wife nor myself have found anymore and we've got through a bit already so that is great for us.. My 1st photoperiodic strain from Emerald Triangle Seeds and im extremely pleased with the results..

I had not finished updating this diary since I came back I show how it ended 💚👽 the girls got too big and the situation almost got out of hand ... but in the end everything went well and the harvest was endless! thanks to everyone who came to visit the diary🌱

Well here goes nothing! Only one seed so this is do or die lol, but at least it looks quite healthy. Going to start it indoors until it sprouts, it's only 45°F for a high during the day and 29°F for a low at night so there's no way to get her outside today. I have a 10ft x 10ft pop up greenhouse that I plan to have functional by the weekend. Update*- Smoothie sprouted on 4/22 yesterday and is looking like a healthy girl. So stoked!

To tell the truth, I am very surprised myself, how amazing she is FastBuds Gorilla cookies, she copes well with a small space:) she drinks 1 liter every day :) everything looks better than expected:) good luck to everyone.

I'm a few days late on updating this diary as well as feeding my girls (well, just a couple days late on feeding) and the weather is not helping! It's 48F and drizzling out, which is prime conditions for mold production😒 but there's not much I can do about it at the moment. So I did include a video this week to give a better look at the girls (And please ignore me saying Amy aka CBD Gorilla is a late September finisher.. It's actually mid-October, I can't keep anything straight) Jojo is still the runt of the litter, Amy is catching up to her big sisters and Bubba and Ice Cool are still the stars of the show. Nice colas plumping up and soon to be ready👏 I'm excited!

This girl is looking delicious! She’s not packing it on quite as much as the Obi-wan’s are, but they are so beautiful looking. Just covered in tricombs everywhere. She is starting to show signs of pk deficiency, older leaves are starting to yellow and we are now seeing the hairs starting to recede and some turning red. Probably be harvesting her first before the other 3 obi-wan girls as she looks to be slowing down faster...if that makes any sense...lol I’m not planning on doing a lengthy flush on her so I’m thinking we will wait till we see all cloudy tricombs and then give her a week or so flush till we start seeing about 20% amber.
