Started another lazy compost tea. Cheers to all growers. 👍 July 7: mild defoliation done over this last week to let light in to the growth tips. Water only as a light flush. July 8: definitely fast growth and looking very dark green but hopefully not too much N. Watered in evening with lazy compost tea. This lazy compost tea is just a 5 gallon (20 L pail) with couple handfuls of mature compost, some molasses, some humic acids and kelp, Dr Bronners peppermint soap as a surfactant (or wetting agent) and vinegar to get pH near 7. Then it’s all left in the shade for about 24-48 hours with the occasional stir. Alternately you could just use Recharge which is made from bacteria, molasses and humic acids. Super easy either way. July 10: added a couple handfuls of malted barley as a top dressing. This is a top organic growing tip from Clackamas Coot. Just get some from a local brew shop which should have a variety of malted grains. Cheap stuff is fine. I’ll add some Power Bloom next week but I figured the barley is good enough for now. Now 25 inches so she grew 6 inches in 4 days. Good times. Good times.

While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Hello, Im back. Day 33 of flowering.They were defoliated in day 22 of flowering and take about 2 or 3 days to recover from the stress. lights at 80% power. lux = 32k. Lets see If they handle it. The OGs are consuming 1.0 EC and the GGs are consuming between 1.6 and 2.2 EC, (depending on the plant). Im using Remo Super charge full kit. Some plants burned a little because of a small overfert. Ogs are very sensitive to salt and Im still not having access to CO2 to let them more hungry. But it was very important to know the limits of each one, since I have already taken clones of them to make a selection. Every day is a learning experience. See you soon guys.

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: Hi there! Here we go let's say half way. Plants are pretty these Original Sensible Seeds genetics are fantastic! The 2 OG and the Runtz Gum is very strechy. Black Ghost is pretty shorter bushier plant. Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG approx the same height Do-Si-Dos OG is taller a bit. Wedding Gelato is really cool little, bushy anf nice buds forming not problem with her all she is quiet. Do-Si-Dos OG has some deficiency and leaf gets dry but nothing very serious..... Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Flowers are coming along nice. Im happy with my new light. Just changed my fertilizer from pre bloom to blooming. Thinking about getting big bud and bud candy.

Y desprenden ya un aroma increíble. Hasta aquí todo bien el único suplicio que sufro son altas temperaturas por estar en pleno verano. Acabaré este proyecto y daremos parón unas semanas. Que avance algo más el verano. Máximas de 30 y mínimas de 27 ahora viene el calor y ando jodido en humedad ronda el 40%. Hasta aquí nada nuevo no sé si las dejaré más o que haré podría cortarlas ya o darles 5 - 7 días más, todavía no e decidido. week 6 i lowered the feed to 500ppm as we are slowly nearing the end, the runoff is now at 600 Its a bit tricky to keep the humidity down with the rainy days but we almost at the finish 💚 Thanks for all the support guys
