Thought I'd show you guys some root growth. The 3 plants in the video are all gorrila zkittlz.... Non of which look the same or are growing the same way lol. No complaints its just interesting too see such difference characteristics from the same strain. GS#3 The tallest isn't as busy but has huge root growth and strong branches (thinest leaves darkest green) GS#1 The smallest the probability the most symmetrical but shortest in root growth (widest leaves and lightest green leaves) GS#2 The Mid size plant is basically a mix of both all round

had to do a long veg and clone a lot whole cos I couldn't flower. glad I had all photoperiod plants and gave me lots of time to work on environmen. flower commenced. let's get it. grrrr

Candyman Day 22, Week 3 of veg! Will probably push 3 more weeks of veg until I flip 😬 The first plant (first pictures) seems a lot smaller then the other two 🤔 I've upped the lights to 50% intensity now. Second plant I've topped a set of lower branches aswell hopefully can start using my lst clips to train all three very soon. Last one seems a bit unhappy to me but still growing nicely. First couple branches only pushed out 3 finger leaves probably nothing just not noticed that before 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 Update: I've just applied some LSTing so see how they look over next couple of days

Did some more LST. Added a CO2 bag (first time using CO2) it will be interesting to see if this adds to yields. Also, decided that the Phlizon light was not performing as seen by the the fact Ultimate 3 is a dwarf compared to the other two so added a Mars Hydro TS 600.

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Hello, long time, no grow. I’m trilled to start on a new grow project, i’m away from growing a long time, but my love for ot was always present, i miss it a lot so i have got a few strains from Fastbuds to test and come back with a minimal setup. I have got the Festberry, Bluedream, and the 1:20 cbd, they have sent in the Banana Purple punch Ok, so what is a minimal setup? For this grow i have choose to grow in my balcony, it is fairly big and i gave good sunlight, we are in summer now, so temps are high, swinging a lot. It is raining often as well so I did not need to water much. For the nutrients i will go organic i think, in my substrate i have about 30% warm castings, so i’m good for till mid grow length +-, i might add a bit of nutrients in 30 days mark. The objective of this experiment is to use as little as possible, 360 degrees. For the germination process i have used a mixed process method, that i have learned from Fastbuds and i have loved it, 24h in a glass of filtered water, paper towel for about 24h -48h and then the Floraflex gremination pellets, i have tested on the jiffy and worked fine as well. Cool about this method, if you are more on the anxious side or like to control more the process this is the way, you can follow the hole process and see the development in parts. I will add images later on, for this breakdown. Well that is it, lets hope for a cool, safe journey for this girls.

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

Solid week of growth and development. Temperature, humidity were solid and dialed all week. Both plants were defoliated and trained towards the beginning of the week. They bounced back quickly and started to pack on weight which led me to look into trellis. I don’t like that you can’t move the plants once the trellis is set and that it’s stupid pieces of plastic. We’ll see how many times I can re-use the trellis before it’s trashed 🙄. That said, I can already see the benefits. It really helped me even out the canopy and lower a few stubborn colas as well as open the lower levels to more light. Nice. I’ll be investing in some biodegradable trellis in the future if I like the results. I started using Fish Shit! between feedings to condition the soil. So far, so good. As for the clones, I used hardware store rooting hormone instead of a high quality gel or powder rooting hormone. You get what you pay for . . . I also think I’ve kept my growing medium too moist. I’ve had one clone root and transferred. I’ve been trying to dry the medium out a touch. Hopefully I get at least two more rooted within the next few days. This upcoming week I’ll continue the nutrient regiment and begin the pk boost for weeks 4, 5, and 6.

Week 3 . Buds start forming and stretching. Watering with Bioenhancer every week 1g/l of dechlorined water. Normal watering just with pure water w/o PHing
